Keaton is a great guy the loves his job. He is a master technician and knows Cars like the backside o his hand. I took my car in for service and he explained it in and easy understandable way. Compared to the other shops I have been to he has the best customer service and a competitive price. I would recommend Keaton if your are thinking about any service or modification to your car.

Keaton, you did a good service on my moms new beetle. So far, A/C repair, timing belt, radiator fan, water pump, thermostat...Check engine light is off so i think the booger is done for awhile. Anyway i think this shop is one you can rely on for honesty, friendliness, and impeccable service. I highly recommend Keaton to look after your VW. Friday evening of memorial weekend my VW Jetta 2011 key would not turn in the ignition. I was helpless looking for an answer on how to fix this problem because I need my car specially over the holidays. My options was to tow my Jetta to dealer 30miles away and pay 150for diagnostic or figure it out my self, I had called every mechanic shop for an answer and the only one that replied and saved the weekend was Keaton at VW Autoworks replied to my voice mail. Keaton was able to diagnose my problem fast like he knew exactly what was wrong there and walked me through how to do every little thing and I got my car running. he even followed up with another call later that day to make sure my problem was solved.I have to say that Keaton went 5extra miles out of his way to help me out.

I had an exceptional experience with Keaton and his crew. I took in my sons 2004 VW Jetta and had them thoroughly check it out. Keaton went over everything with us and I felt right away his honesty, He told us what needed to be changed and what was OK, and gave us some info about the car that we did not know, like where extra fuses were and some other informative info. Keaton was very knowledgable and honest. I ended up doing the work myself, he got me the parts dirt cheap and even gave me some pointers on special tools. What other mechanics will do that for you? None. When I have a problem too big to tackle I know where to go.

I went in to replace a headlight but will definitely go back to Keaton for further repairs. I am new to the area and am thankful I stumbled upon VW Auto Works. Keaton does better service at better prices than previous mechanics I have visited. He will explain what is wrong with your car in understandable terms. He is friendly and does not take advantage. Took my 2008 Eos in, and they immediately knew what was wrong with it. They made the repairs quickly and at a fraction it would have cost at the dealer. It runs better than ever now!

Fixed my breaks and diagnosed other issues. Reasonable and efficient but not overpriced in services.

On Friday at 6:00 pm I needed a vehicle specific ignition coil, even VW was telling me 1 week from Germany, Keyton had me a new coil within 20 hours even though it was AFTER HOURS on FRIDAY when I initially contacted him. My own family wouldnt give me service like that.

I will bring all of my business to Keaton and Wautoworks. He was the most honest and most friendly auto technician I have had the pleasure of working with. I was leaving to go to the convinience store at 2 am and the ball joint on my passenger side popped out because of wear and tear. My car was stuck in the road at a 90 degree angle from the curb blocking both lanes. Keaton made a house call (this is not something mechanics will normally do and may not be something he does often) and helped me move my car out of the road with a 3 ton jack so that the police officer that was on scene due to complaints would not have my vehicle towed. He saved my hide and has my business permanantly. Prices are great, markups are low to non-existant on parts, and labor is cheap and efficient. Reccomend them to anyone. Thanks Keaton!
