This is a rarity, a Great Full Service, Neighborhood gas station. Mike & Kendra give great Customer Service on the front line. Mike has been there for decades, & some of the mechanics have been there for years, too. So, it is nice to see a familiar face. It is a hard working crew, & I value & appreciate the work they perform on my 2010 Linc MKX. They also do all the inspections on the vehicle. Like I mentioned they are Full Service, & so far have properly diagnosed the problems, & gotten me back on the road‼️

I was looking for a new place to have my oil changed. This place had a lot of great Google reviews. The Google reviews were right! This service station feels great and is because of Mike and the guys who work for him plus the price was fair. I will be back!

I am a mechanic who recently had a mesh implant in my chest,so i could not do my own repair on my loved 2000 durango. I ask them to change out my brake switch which went bad and asked them to perform an ABS coding and when the abs light kept coming on they said bring the durango back to reread the codes aand they found a code 63 abs. the their very good mechanic told me to flush the brake fluid to the abs sensor block to rear w2heels and the brakes were not engaging as they should .i released the brake line to rear brakes and started the vehicle and pumped the brake 6 times which flushed the sensor block and vale in the block cleared the valve within. no more ABS light and vehicle rear brakes engaged properly. thanks for your great assistance!

I trust Mike and his team to maintain our cars. They do great work at a fair price.

They have a Yelp coupon for $12 off service which they DO NOT UPHOLD. The oil service is $34.45, charge a $12.50 labor charges then charge .50 again for labor, $3.00 other fees, $3.00 for shop supplies + $2.81 sales tax. My total came to $41.40, I’m confused as to how my $12 coupon was used/adjusted to my total. I tried talking to the girl before and Mike the manager and they keep stating $12 was taken off but that’s IMPOSSIBLE! They’re very expensive and at this point liars. Can’t go back again, untrustworthy.

This place is right around the corner from my work so I drop it on my way & pick up at lunch. They are ALWAYS so fast with getting the job done, and they have excellent customer service. I have used them twice, and they will continue to be my go-to.

Ive been going here for 20 years. The staff always takes good care of my vehicle. They do all the maintenance and do an excellent job. Mike is the manager and is really good to business with. I recommend having your vehicle serviced here. If you dont have your vehicle on a preventative maintenance plan discuss it with Mike.

Excellent customer service. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during my visit to get my A/C replaced. I was in and out in one day and he also offered to drop me off at home while i waited and pick me back up after service was complete. A month or so after the work was done he contacted me just to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Now thats what i call customer service. Will definitely be a lifelong customer now and will absolutely recommend.

Anyone that goes here has no sense of worth, they do a good job when installing/repairing parts, but get ready to spend half of your life savings at this place...

I used to be happy with this place until I took my car for an inspection. Turns out they wanted a 3,500.00 repair in order to pass the inspection. Took it to another place, they said there was nothing wrong with it and passed it. Took it to one more place just to be sure and they agreed that there was nothing wrong with it.

I had to get my wifes car inspected after dealing with a check engine light. I hadnt completed the drive cycle so it didnt pass as a lot of the sensors were not ready. While there are many auto repair shops in Houston, few, if any, compare to Memorial Conoco Car Care! I have used them exclusively for the past several years for both our cars. Mike Balzer & his techs are just a great bunch of honest, hard working REGULAR people. I was recently going out of town to a convention. I had many things to do the day before. I walked out to my car & saw I had a flat. After several calls to see about getting roadside service, Mike & Ed came to my house, put a spare on, drove away, went back to the shop & fixed my flat, which I got back later that afternoon. They didnt need to do that. They just did it anyway! I appreciate their keen sense of detail. I want to drive my car for many more years! They make the necessary repairs & nothing more. I TOTALLY trust them. If you need a great place to get your vehicle serviced, dont hesitate to give them your business!

I went in to have them check my air conditioning system and the tech found the smallest of leaks on one of the valves. They took in my car immediately and let me watch as she search for a leak and then heat repaired the valve and recharged the system very quickly. I couldnt be happier with my car experience.

Took my Subaru here for an oil change and found their prompt service, honesty, and fairness a refreshing change from the usual pressure-filled visits to the dealer. I really appreciated that Mike and his team only changed or replaced what was needed, rather than trying to push unnecessary work on me. Just recently, the day before I was to drive out of town for the holidays, I noticed a small oil leak caused by a worn out drain plug washer. Its a $1 part, but the dealer wouldnt replace it without a complete and unneeded oil change. Rushed over to Memorial Conoco with the part. They took care of it for free in about 20 minutes. Super nice of them. Ill definitely be back when my car needs work in the future.

Sharks!!! Avoid at all costs!!!Drove in from the North and my rear drum brakes had about enough after the trip. Being as I just got in town and was staying with family I could not do any of the work myself. I do all of my own work all of it.After checking online and seeing the good reviews(people paid off for sure), I thought Id give them a shot. They were local and in the neighborhood they were in I assumed I would get the great service as well. This was not the case at all.This is a terrible group of people that prey on those less fortunate or in a jam. Im sure they thought they could take advantage of me from being out of state but Im not the one buddy.First red flag was they had never scene rust before. But that was only the beginning. When they starting listing much more work then needed to be done, I knew they were scammers. Much more way more ridiculous amount of work.$1800 quote I received for rear brakes. I was completely dumb founded to the parts they were saying needed replaced master cylinder, brake lines, drums, pads blah blah blah. Even said my lug nuts were wrong lol.. I had just done a lift so I know what my undercarriage looks like and I knew my brake lines were fine. But oh no they said they needed replaced. I shut them done and said no way pal. Then they insist it was too dangerous to drive. I knew better and got out quicker then I came.Being a car guy I just could not believe the service here that these guys tried to provide to me. How could you even sleep at night taking advantage of people like that? Im still shocked 6 months later. Im sure they take full advantage of those not knowing anything about their vehicles. Makes me sick.I ended up taking my truck further down the road. New pads and drums turned for $169. Running perfect ever since.I used to stop here in the mornings for gas as well as its convenient for me. Not any more and never again! Not a dime of my hard earned money. If I broke down here I would tow it else where.

We broke down and had to stay at a hotel in I-10. In the morning we called memorial conoco car care. Eddie, the owner picked us up & drove our car to the shop w/ the battery charger attached, saving us money on a potential to. He even dropped us back @ our hotel while they worked in the car. The price to fix the problem (serpentine belt came off) was around $350, right what we expected. Now we can get back on the road & head to New Orleans where we are supposed to be spending our honeymoon. They were honest, fair & went above & beyond @ memorial conoco.

I took my car here and told them that I just needed the inspection and approx. 15 minutes later they tell me that they have accidently did the oil change to my car and it cost amost $40. I rea;ly dont like this kind of accident, so please tell them CLEARLY what do you want/need for the services when you brought your car there to make sure. I wont bring my car here anymore and Not recommend this place.

Wow couldnt believe it. I have a 2003 Honda Civic and noticed that the oil in my car looked like chocolate milk ( which can be really bad) I took it to Memorial Conoco and had them look at it they told me that my block was cracked and to get it fixed would cost me near $4000.... I had my brother a tow truck driver pick my car up and take it to my dads mechanic, He looked at it and told me that it was just a problem with my head gasket leaking and it would cost me $350 to get it fixed!!!!! I had him print that out for me and went back to Memorial Conoco and showed them.... they flat out said that I was lying and the shop my family has been using for 17 years didnt know what they were talking about, Im a 19 year old girl so Im pretty sure they quoted me so high cuz they thought I would just pay to get it fix and not have someone else look at it but to call me a liar and say another shop didnt know what they were talking about... Come on they where just RUDE and over priced I WOULD NEVER SEND ANYONE TO THEM!!!!!
