Great place to go get tires reasonable prices the manager awesome person to work with

This shop has helt my truck for a month and a half(little over 6 weeks) for a ABS module. Never received a call on info.. after I closed 4 times throughout this period, only to get a, we will call you back, very bad service... after I get there to pick up my truck after charging me $160 service fee, took them 1.5 hours to bring my truck out from the back of the shop.

Do not recommend this place.Very sloppy work.I just came in awhile ago to get a simple alignment because the car was leaning left. When it was done, car was still leaning, to the right this time. It was only a little bit so I just brushed it off. A few days later, I went under the car to do some work and noticed that both the rod ends on my camber arms were crooked, giving them little room to freely move up and down. This had caused some minor damage to the arms. The technician obviously neglected to adjust the arms properly.They were perfectly fine before I got there, their job basically left my car in a worse condition than if I hadnt gone here.

Pulled up and walked in to the waiting saying I needed an alignment the guys tells me there’s two in front of me and it’d be about 20-30 mins, no information was taken from me. Told them Id be out in my truck, I sat out there waiting for about an hour. The alignment guy only worked on the vehicle had in there when I pulled up. I walked up there trying to find somebody to speak to, nobody was around or they acted like they working. Never trying this place again.

Came in Hempstead tire & wheels feeling down about my vehicle. Left with my vehicle running like new. Thank yall very much highly recommend this shop.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The three times Ive been there no help! Not even a Hi maam, we will be with you shortly. Im just standing there looking around to see who I can ask for help and when I get eye contact and wanna ask something they hurry up n go back to what they are doing or walk to another area.

They have real good price and they do real good work I would recommend it!

The mechanic there was excellent you can not get any better service than that I had a front brake job done in about 45min. To me that was fast the mechanic was very nice and kind 2 thumbs up for the entire shop I found a new mechanic good job I highly recommend this shop you will not be disappointed 👍👍.

This is a great little shop. They do alignments as well as general repairs. I have had two car’s alignment corrected there. They replaced shocks and wheel bearings on another vehicle. Prices and service are great.

The service were great but they need to take care one thing at a time because the person that were supposed to do my tire were doing something else and I didnt appreciate that at all.

Showed up and their staff quickly asked me what I needed. Very friendly and fast service!

I am not sure if i have to write this or not. But long story short. i went to the shop for wheel alignment, after its done i paid $40 and left, while driving i feel like my car is still not going straight and it need to be fixed, i went to the shop again and they were so polite and took my car inside for a check up. after few minutes a guy came and said your car have some issue on right tire or may be something technical which need to be fixed before you do the alignment otherwise we cannot give you any warranty, so i asked him why don’t he check before he was doing the alignment for the fist time, and he said if costumer wants the alignment we don’t check we just do it.So my question is, is that the right way or do they have to check first and let me know that it need some other thing to be fix before the alignment. Now i end up paying $40 and 2 trips with no result.People are good, they are polite, and price was good which attracts me to go there. But still they need to provide some information to costumer before they do the work.So Not Happy definitely!

Good service but the job on my car not so great

Was passing by this place a couple times on my way from school with my boyfriend and we finally decided to stop. We noticed our car needed an alignment and we went to 5 other mechanic shops for alignment. For the other shops we were top me had to wait hours or even days for the mechanic to look at our car JUST FOR ALIGNMENT!! Not at Hempstead Tire and Wheel they took us right in. They asked us what the problem was for the car and said “no problem we can fix it in a few minutes” for ONLY $40!! Your not gonna find a better price than that and not to mention that their alignment is done with the laser alignment which was amazing! A lot of other places are gonna charge you $60 and above for just a hand alignment or even a premium because of laser alignment, but not here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for something quick, affordable, and wants great results.

Came for a alignment but was informed of my control arm was damaged. witch I knew, but I was told honestly wich isnt done at most mechanic shops these days. I came today for an oil change and was Impressed to see the mechanic keep my engine manifold and any other part of the car wich usually gets oil and oil prints on very clean. I definitely am grateful and will continue to come here thanks guys keep up the good work.

This place is horrible! They gave my friend a bad tire & a couple days later it caught a flat.. The manager Jose acted like he didn’t care! His worker Carlos put it on & laughed at her like it was a joke when we tried to returned it! Customer service was horrible!

My husband and I have gotten tires from here 3 times now and the service just went from okay to bad. For those costumers who dont watch how they work make sure to check your tires and rims before you leave they have inexperienced and careless workers here.

Years ago they changed an alternator and they had to align it, the alternator lasted 8 months and the alignment did not work, the car was always going one way, 🤭Apart from it is very expensive, that workshop I would never recommend 😔They recently changed the system of the air and it turns out and it didnt last a good year, I didnt know that my boyfriend would take it to me there that I didnt leave it crazy, so if youre going to take cars there, think about it several times.

Excellent service. I went for an alignment and the truth was that I had a little concern due to the model of my truck that can sometimes be difficult to align, but they did an incredible job. It was a detailed job and now my old truck is handled like new. Highly recommended. I would definitely go again.
