I went to this shop for alignment and balance of my f250 I talked to the lady by phone the day before I explained her the model and tire size of my truck when I got there she told me that she was going to charge me more because of the tires size even though she knew the size I agree with that I didnt want to lose time looking for another place becauseIneedittogotowork. when they told me my truck was ready I asked her why they didnt balance the back tires she said that those tires dont need to be balance and if I want them to balance the tires it was going to cost me more Im not happy with the way she talked to me and trying to tell me something that is not right. She was trying to blame on my for that and she just get mad to dont do the work and she charge me 3 more dollars because I paid with my card.This is my answer to you. we discussed the price over the phone you and me not the staff I told you to model and size of the truck and tires you changed the price went I get there and before I post this review I called 3 shops in the area and asked them what they usually do when someone ask them to do the balance and alignment all they where agree that in a truck you do the alignment to the front tires and balance the 4 tires on the truck after that I called my wife to ask her the same question she does not know anything about mechanic but she has her own car and she answers the same. your apology is not sincere because I talk in person to you in person and you where very rude to me. Now my truck is shaking as soon I hit the 50 mph. Not just you did not respect the price that you gave me you didnt do the work right. Bendiciones maam.

Thank you Vanessa and her skilled team did an excellent job and I recommend any that wants the work done right see her team A pin fell off or not properly installed her team replaced and didnt even charge me that never happened to me I know good people and Alpha Omega tires have good people

I called regarding an alignment and was told to come. I arrived 10 mons later to find the mechanics working on another car and was told to wait. I went across the street to the store and can back and was told to come back tomorrow. I wish they would have told me that before I came, thats why I called to save time.

The people are really nice and they started working on my Nissan Juke right away to replace an ignition coil and the 4 spark plugs & Im also going to use them today for an oil change and inspection. So glad I found them !!! Ill definitely use them again. Fair pricing too.

Worst alignment shop i have dealt with first off they do an alignment before checking suspension after alignment was done my suv still pulled to the side then they checked suspension and happened to be an inner tie rod was bad fully exposed which was something that you cant miss and didnt tell me about it until after alignment was done then so i replace part i bring it back since alignment was warrantied and tell me warranty is voided since i didnt do work there with them and it states on receipt ALTERATIONS voids and clearly its not an alteration, and to top it off they did not accept atm card like the first time so they had someone come with me to the bank to withdraw cash to pay them sharing this with you all to prevent this waste of time situation to you all that are thinking of coming here to deal with dishonest people that only want your money also safety pin was not installed on outer tie rod when adjusted if i wouldnt of caught it i would of been riding around unsafe with my family in my suv

I took my chevy to get a diagnostic because I was having trouble with my steering wheel locking on me, so Itzel (the owner) said that she had it fixed and everything was working fine. Little did I know we trusted her judgement and we paid her almost $550 parts+labor so i drove off with it and SURPRISE!!!!!1. My original problem was not fixed (steering wheel)2. My brake light was ON while driving (didnt have this problem before)3. My horn magically didnt work either (didnt have this problem before)4. My wheel front compartment was not professionally put back together5. Basically STOLE my hardworking $$$$$$$$$6. Not affordable, Not reliable, Not honest,ectTook my car back to the shop and guess WHAT?Itzel (the owner) was so unprofessional and playing stupid didnt get my problems resolved, per her mechanic my car was fine.. Be careful not to take your vehicles there because you end up with multiple issues if not MORE ...DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE HUGE RISK

I went to have the mailboxes changed for my vehicle. Ivan to collect ($ 150.00). The mailboxes were broken, and they said they had to repair the heads, and that the repair was going to cost ($ 1,150.00). I agreed, and they started the repair. During the repair, they told me they needed more parts. Then they told me to go, because the truck was causing problems with the time chain. And they said they had to change parts of the time chain. I told them to repair it, and three days later they told me it was ready. There was only one woman, and she was charging me ($ 1,900). I asked him, why did he charge me so much? He got angry, insulted me, threatened that I was not going to return my vehicle, and I spoke to the police. I paid him ($ 1,900), and when I got home, my vehicles engine was out of gear. I went back, to claim that they will repair my vehicle, and they said they were not responsible.
