This body shop is a joke and one of their members at Monday Chevy drive my Zo6 Corvette for 15 miles or so to do a alignment. My car is stranded and had not been the same since. There body work I had to bring back to fix 4 items that were not aligned correctly and the black paint was not buffed correctly leaving swirll marks they said was normal. They put 1 wrong tire on my car and it took lots of arguing to get it replaced, that wrong tire being on there almost had me total my car. They seem to be all about the cash and no customer satisfaction. I would never recommend them to anyone, I would avoid and try another shop.
Probably hasn’t been fixed! My car windows where jar both sides; passenger and driver! The drive side was fixed. The problem with the passenger right rear; still has issues. They say it’s my tires. Took it to discount tires and they have said it’s not the tires you hear air from. So I’ll come out if pocket for some tires. Take it back then see what the excuse will be next. Not been back and forth 4 times.

Mark the inspector for geico did not have any sense of urgency with our vehicle gave us the run around very unprofessional and tried to blame us for not answering his calls. For his actions I will never recommend this sterling Mc call
I think the way this bodyshop works is very poor. First I feel that if you are going to take a job, you are responsible for everything. Second, if the job is not going to be completed in a reasonable amount of time, you should contact the client and follow up. Third, if you dont get on with your client, you should seek help from your manager or transfer the job to another employee. fourth, if the client is upset, his manager should talk to him. fifth, on the day of delivery of my car, I would have liked the employee or manager to show his face. I did not like that after 3 months, only what they told me was the deductible is $$$$. This is why I give it a very bad rating.
This place was the absolute best. My vehicle was done in a timely manner, and the folks that work there are very professional. I strongly recommend you see Max at Sterling McCall for all your collision needs!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service, however was disappointed they used, Used parts to fix my car, however I was told its bc thats all the insurance company would pay 😒, accident wasnt my fault either... hopefully I can update this later with better news...

Car was hit from the back. All they change was a bumper cap nothing else. For 1000$ deductible and total cost was very expensive. And have bad communication

The manager Ken had his boys spray in my bed liner and it looks beautiful! They were faster than promised and more than fairly priced which is unusual these days in most dealerships. It definitely has been the worst repair service I have ever had in over 45 years especially since my Sterling McCall Representative Mr. Ken DID NOT LISTEN TO ME & DID NOT GET MY OK FOR HIM BUYING A DIFFERENT TYPE OF TIRES! This makes me so upset that I will have to see what avenues I have for this issue!! Now the worst thing but how thisanyone can do is to send a customer out into Houston traffic with front suspension damaged/broken!!Please explain to me why I shouldnt pursue actions starting first with the Greater Houston BBB and then hopefully stopping there unless something isnt done!!
They got my car fixed quickly. The only complaint I have is that I tried to contact them several days in a row and couldnt get an update on my vehicle. But I didnt feel like it was unattended to since they got it done so quick. Just the communication could have been better.
The work I needed on my car was like opening up a ticking time bomb. But the staff tackled it like super heroes! The world was efficient, and when I got my car back I felt like I had a new ride! Thanks guys for the professionalism. It was greatly appreciated!

Very thorough. I loved the great customer service Jose in the Collision department gave me. Because of his excellent customer service, I will be taking my car there to be repaired.
I was initially given the estimated date of service completion of 19 days. They completed the repairs on my vehicle in 9 business days. Considering the amount of damage incurred from a front end collision, that was pretty impressive. The vehicle looked better than when we bought it brand new. They even cleaned the inside of the vehicle. Customer service was great! They kindly and patiently answered any questions that I had. They went over with me step by step, while inspecting the vehicle, what parts were going to be replaced. Whatever concerns that I had, they put me at ease.
I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. Jose Castillo was very professional and informative of all the work that needed to be done and completed in a timely manner. I will be returning in the future for any body work needed!!!

Excellent communication. Issues getting the proper bed cover ( that was more of a GM issue). Went to get fuel just to find out they never reconnected to fuel fill tube. Took the truck back to them, they fixed it but the lanyard was broken. I asked if they fixed that and their response was that it came in that way and then wanted to argue with me about it when I told them it was not. Would not recommend

Dissappointed in work, based on agreement with companies in particular Sterling. I received used parts at low discount prices, but charged dealership labour. Over 6000 in repairs, i get my truck back the piece was missing from my door. Small hole in factory tint. The rear door will not open on a continual use. I am returning for 2nd time for repairs. Despite that, the gentlemen that work at body shop were very supportive and understanding. They are professional and they were are patient with my feelings about this matter. Despite not there fault they condone these parts which deserve cheap labour. It makes me say why or whats benefit in going to dealership. Cheapest parts with high labour. U do that math!
I am not a happy customer. I took my vehicle in for repairs advised issues with vehicle communicated this to multiple people. Picked up my vehicle and had issues tried to contact and was unable to reach anyone by phone or email. With help fixed the issue myself. Then another issue popped up that I thought was fixed and I called immediately to my surprise I got through on the phone this time to be told the issue in question was never addressed when my vehicle was brought in for repairs in the 1st place. When I asked questions about repairs and the other issues I got the we arent responsible I dont know how what happened. At some point the battery was taken out I was told the battery was never touched but the cable was loose which i fixed myself. But when i picked up my vehicle the battery in fact had been disconnected because i had to reprogram my radio. So lie #2 I took it immediately to another mechanic who verified the battery had been removed and confirmed what I already knew and also said the strap to hold it down was never put back on either and that if the battery comes into contact with my hood for any reason could cause serious issues with computer and electrical. The mechanic also verified the other issue in question could have been caused by the accident but they never checked when they were advised of the issue and tried to pass it off on the previous repairs that took place 6 months ago... give me a break which I have documentation of those repairs. But after the I dont knows and it wasnt us but these problems only occurred after my vehicle was in their care who else would be responsible. I feel there is some shady or unqualified people or both working at this location.i was then told to contact my insurance company. Well like I said on my way out the door Ill do more than call them I will also reach out to corporate and the BBB as well as consumer affairs.. how dare you try to pin the blame on someone else then try to charge me to fix what you didnt do in the 1st place..I wouldnt trust you with my vehicle ever again... oh and the paperwork I filled out and asked for because i wanted to see what they gave me wasnt all there once again shady.. BEWARE OF TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE
I brought my vehicle to Sterling McCall collision center . The automotive specialist gave me a cost and service time estimate. The cost estimate was exact and my vehicle was completed one day earlier.
I had to wait almost 2 weeks for Sterling to put 4 new wheels and tires on my truck, and after I was told they were going to be brand new, they put takeoffs and still charge me the deductible even though they saved money on them. Then on top of that I felt the truck very bouncy and took it to a tire shop and was told that all 4 tire pressures were off by a lot and that it could’ve damaged them. So they didn’t even check the tires from the takeoffs they put in. It was the worst experience with a body shop.

I’m not happy the way some things are communicated and/or lack of communication. These things are huge in terms of customer experience and can make it break a review. Some people have been fairly pleasant but more have not at this point.

Please never take your vehicle here bad customer service. Because of Jose not calling me back to inform me my vehicle was ready I had to pay $200 out of pocket I will never go here again.
They did a great job on the repairs of my Tahoe my only concern was the time it took due to shipping delays on my parts for my vehicle. I was a little disappointed when I picked up my vehicle I still had warning lights on my dash appearing from the rec. No one had checked to clear those off so I had to leave my vehicle another two days for them to get fixed. I feel like that shouldve been looked at before I was ever called to pick up my vehicle . The people I worked with Max and Maxine were wonderful to deal with always polite and cordial just that one little hick up with my vehicle and the warning lights .

Deceptive used car internet pricing $12.2K advertised and $14.9 price after taxes and Pro Pack fee of $1500 (nothing but a fee). They called it creative marketing... NO! its a deceptive practice Shawn. My out the door price should have been $13.3K. Never doing business with your companies.
This place didn’t want to repair a dash light that came on because of the accident. I was told the accident didn’t cause my light to come on totally a lie. Never going back

Munday Collision/ Sterling McCall idk but Brought my truck here after an accident with the help of my insurance. The turn around time was 2 weeks. The body shop completely replaced my front end on my truck. Everything that had to come off was replaced as said by my agent. Went to pick up my truck and I get it back full of scratches. Leave it for 2 more days and I come back to my hood not aligned correctly. Waited 30 mins and finally done. Driving 40 mins my check engine light comes on. Over 6k worth of repairs and I get this. Not once did the body shop update me on my truck it was either my insurance or the false text messages I was getting about my truck status. Ac was supposed to be fixed/replaced but all I got Was a recharge and was sent on my way. Let see if that actually sticks.

After a long wait for repairs the truck on the inside is full of dust and and Im going to have to get it detailed to clean up all the dust embedded in it not happy with that. I believe dealer should have protected the inside of truck while doing repairs.

According to Munday, my truck was ready. Picked it up, not even 10 miles later. Truck is shaking, squealing upon braking, tire monitoring system is going off. Air is coming into the cabin once entered on the freeway, window is making noise when bringing it down.This is my 2nd pick up after everything didnt pass the eye test the first time.Ive now wasted time off from work, gas, and significant more frustration. If it wasnt for the pleasant experiences and service from the receptionist Maxine I would have already lost it.~4 weeks and counting....

It started off well and I was given 2 separate dates when my truck would be ready and it wasnt ready....it was frustrating because I missed out on jobs because of the delay of not having my truck....from September 22 until October 20.......i did get a $3.81 discount.....thank you all for the job that was done
