If I could give it 0 stars I would have, Worst experience I have ever had with a custom car shop. Took my 2011 camaro in to fix a minor fender work and a damaged rim and it took them 5 months for the car to be completed, they expect me to handle all the details between them and the insurance which was not professional at all. They contract other companys to do there work and the company that they use to fix my fender is trash because i still see where the damage was done and no quality inspection was done by 713. Most likely they noticed the fender wasnt fixed properly because they had to install my chrome wrap on the fender which would have been noticiable when walking by it but they didnt care. Then the most disturbing part was that when I did decide to take my car out the shop my wrap was completely destroyed on the opposite side of the car that was not damaged at all. Had a 3 foot section of the wrap damaged that looked like someone tore into it. But of course they denied all responsibility and said it came like that until I showed them pictures of when the car was picked up from my house with no damage. So if you decide to take your car there just please know what you are getting into you have been warned.

I am an accessories manager for a major car dealership in the Houston area. I contracted with this company for many car alarm installations and on a major $6000+ vehicle up fit (lift, wheels, tires, bumpers, lights, bed cover, roof rack etc). The vehicle came back with installed electronic buttons peeling off, wheel balancing weights dropping off (see photos), and a long delay on one of the parts to be installed. Their turnaround times on all orders are nothing like they promised. It turns out they did not have a long term secured supply of alarm parts; contrary to the dependability and turnaround times they promised. Finally it all came to a head with several alarm orders on hold with customers waiting because they did not have the parts. They advised us, several days after we ordered, to use another vendor while they sort out their supply problems, while still promising that they would secure the parts. It was too late for that, our paperwork and vendor selection and cost was set so we accepted several repeated postponements while our customers waited. Finally after 10 days of postponements they said they would definitively no longer install the ordered modules after all and left us in the lurch to scramble to find alternatives. Towards the end they would not even take or return my calls and would communicate by text only. Initially they were easy to communicate with and the manager and account rep were at first professional and returned calls. Until they didnt. Finally it all collapsed spectacularly and we were left with a huge mess and angry customers waiting for their alarms. And of course we could not trust them again with a major lift/wheels/tires upfit because of the shoddy workmanship done on the first one. So disappointing. If they can fail so miserably with a major institutional customer like a dealership, I shudder to think what individuals must suffer.

I was referred to 713 Motoring by a friend. It was last minute and I needed a driver side window replacement. (at least I thought I did). I took my car in and after they examined my car, my window/glass was fine, however, it was another part that was causing the problem. Mind you, 713 had already ordered the window. In knowing this, they replaced my part SAME day with no additional charge and returned my window to the vendor. I would like to say that their service was impeccable!!! If your looking for excellent customer service, 713 is definitely an option. Thank you so much Ash and Erfan for all of your help.

Major respect to Ash and Mark for helping me out. Drove out here on a Friday. Weather held them up from getting to me on Friday so they opened their shop just for me on a Sunday! This is just the beginning of a great project! They are about their business and take care of their customers. Definitely recommend coming to them if you’re looking to get some custom work done. 713 Understood my vision I had for my vehicle! They worked a package deal right around my budget including my vehicle wrap and the best window tint on the market 3M Crystalline. Now this film might be more pricey than regular film but its keeping the heat out of my car like nothing I have ever experienced before and worth every penny! First let me start off by saying this company, 713 Motoring, stole my money. I purchased a new 2019 Jaguar F type convertible and wanted this company to attain and install some accessories, rear states reflector, and door lighted logo. I called 713 Motoring on 11-1-18 and spoke with a Mark. Mark explained the process and informed me that to get the parts and labor for installation would cost $1005.56. I made a down payment the same day over the phone of $400.00 via credit card. He e-mailed me an invoice for the transaction and scheduled an appointment for two weeks later. Two weeks later Mark called and said he did not have the parts and rescheduled my appointment a week later. A week later came and I called Mark and he said there was a power failure at the shop and the shop was close. Mark informed me that because of my inconvenience he would take $200 off my balance. We made another appointment to have the work performed but when this date arrived Mark called me and said he had over booked and canceled my appointment. Mark said this time he would send someone out to my home and take $50 off the balance. Again when the scheduled date and time came no service no calls from Mark. I called Mark and demanded my money back. Mark said he would credit my credit card but never did. Two weeks later he said he would mail me a check and never did as of 2-12-19.As stated at the beginning of this post 713 Motoring stole my money.

**ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!** Ive had cold feet for some time about doing any custom work to my 911. These guys were professional, more than fair as far as pricing but most importantly they pay attention to detail! AK and Ash I cant thank you fellas enough! Ill definitely be back with more toys. These people had my car over 2 months and constantly lied about it would be ready. Finally yesterday i went got my car the install was never started . my A/AC no longer works this place is a joke . i wouldnt take a Hot Wheel to this place ever

I was referred to 713 Motoring by a friend of mine who was very satisfied with their services on his car he had just recent got there. With this Houston weather I was needing tint and they educated me about the diff kinds of tint and why some are better than others, so I definitely had to go with the ceramic tint because it actually keeps most of the heat out of my car instead of just a dark film like most other places try to sell you for cheap! Now when I get in my car my leather and dash are so much cooler than before! I highly recommend the guys at 713 Motoring. Ask for Ash or AK.

Had spoiler, painted calipers and x pipe installed on my challenger. AK helped me every step of the way keeping me updated with wait time and pricing. The crew at 713 was super professional and timely when it came to installation. Their work on my vehicle was exactly what i had imagined and the attention to detail and paint job they did on my spoiler and calipers exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be bringing my car back for any and all the rest of my upgrades! Highly recommend!

I went to 713 and got my BMW chipped, tuned and got a custom exhaust installed as well! My car drives more efficiently and faster then ever, sounds great too! Ask for Malik, he took great care of my car! Will visit them again soon, I have to get my car some crystalline tint in time for the summer!

These guys really know how to customize. its all about the details and you can tell Ash & AK have experience with setting your car apart from the pack. i went in just to get some rims but their ideas enticed me to do more for not much more money. ended up wrapping the roof black to match the sunroof, changed all chrome to black, tint, new headlights and i couldnt be happier.

Beardo kept lying about not having customer service reps and the he calls then sales reps... Hello, My husband brought in our family 2010 Range Rover 2 months ago to add over sized tires (24) with miniumizing any major modifications. I can say these guys did a great job! Can I give this place negative stars? Their representative JT told me he could fix my rims, correct my engine light and the (3) o2 sensors, and for free would paint the trim around my car. After waiting 3-4 weeks for the job to be done and upon picking up the car I noticed absolutely nothing was fixed. The engine light came on, only 1 out of the three os sensors I paid for were replaced, the tire ran flat, and the so called free paint job was painted with a $3.50 spray can purchased at a local home depot store which damaged my trim and vehicle. This place is a SCAM, GARBAGE, CROOKED THIEVES, I wouldnt trust them with any car. I also noticed an increase on my mileage odometer. DO not trust these people!

I was referred to 713 Motoring in November of 2013 by several people in the city of Houston. Its seems that everyone was enamored by their popularity, in addition to, the automotive before and after visuals posted on various social media. I connected with Jamathan Tillman AKA Jaytee713_ via email using the JT713 gmail account posted on his Twitter and Instagram. I was quoted a price and given a specific turnaround time for completion of Rear door modifications on a Denali SUV.On November 19th,2013, the Denali arrived to 5922 Richmond Avenue which is the showroom and warehouse location of 713 Motoring. The vehicle was removed from the location on January 20, 2014, after being contacted by Matthew Favard who identified himself as the owner of 713 Motoring. He advised that he would start the process of putting a lien on the vehicle. I assured him that full payment for parts, labor services, and even shipping cost for the vehicle to be returned to NJ had been given to his employee Jamathan Tillman on several occasions either in person or through wire transfer.That same day I scanned receipts from the Western Union Wires, as well as, discussed the times where cash was paid at the Richmond auto showroom and that I could identify the whereabouts of the locked safe his employee said that he would store the funds.Prior to the car being removed from the 713 Motoring Richmond location, Jamathan Tillman was given a balance payment of $1300 in cash on December 21st for the added service of having suede interior installed in the SUV. During the visit, the vehicle was inspected and no progress was evident beyond the removal of the rear doors. Tillman assured us we were waiting for parts and even showed us from the UPS home page the tracking status of the suede interior that was due to arrive before Christmas. No parts were ever ordered.To date, no work has been done to the SUV and to date Jamathan Tillman has been paid a sum of $7425 for which he tried to dispute. He also has a DBA under the name of Performance Audio with which he said he handled this transaction under, but could not produce any records to validate that claim.After explaining the ordeal in detail, emailing receipts, in addition to, being a witness to a verbal exchange between myself and J. Tillman, Matthew Favard advised that he would allow the vehicle to be towed from his warehouse, if some form of contract was signed that would not hold himself or 713 Motoring liable for the fradulent dealings of their employee and the business transactions that occured at their showroom. On January 20th, I composed two documents at their location. The counter agreement for 713 Motoring was composed on their invoice letter head advising that they would not be held liable IF AND ONLY IF they continued to cooperate in the attempt to collect a debt from their employee. The other counter agreement stated that Jamathan Tillman took payments in the sum of $7425 under false pretense and that he failed to render services or deliver parts for the work order with 713 Motoring for the custom modifications requested. During this time, J Tillman advised that he would pay $4000 on Friday January 24, 2014.Today is January 24, 2014 and the time is 6:55PM CST. After several attempts to reach Matthew Favard and Jamathan Tillman, there has been no response from either party. We have no choice but to pursue this matter in civil court.713 Motoring as a company cannot be trusted for any auto modification services. From further research, it seems every employee has a relative 713 Motoring DBA (give or take a few words), and you honestly dont know who you are paying simply by the way they handle their business transactions.

NOT AT ALL!! I spent $15,000+ with Brandon and Ash on my truck. I was promised the WORLD and I barely got it. They had my truck 6 months. 28 inch rims RUBBInG haRd! Candy PAINT DONE SLOPPY SIDE PANELS HANGING OFF AND CHARGED 4000 FOR THAT ALONE. TRIED TO GIVE ME A PIECE OF SHYT ALARM SYSTEM! NO STERO SYSTEM, that woulda been extra. The LAMBO DOORS ARE HARD AS HELL TO OPEN AND CLOSE, PASSENGER SIDE IS NOT ALLIGNED NOW AND FRICTION FROM THE DOOR HITTING THE FRONT QUARTER PANNEL CAUSED ALOT OF PAINT TO CHIP OFF OF BOTH, PLUS THE DOOR WONT CLOSE RIGHT. The interior looks stitched together. THEY SUBCONTRACT OTHER SHOPS TO DO THE WORK, CHARGE 3 TIMES WHAT THEY PAY TO GET THE WORK DONE, AND TRY TO MUSCLE PEOPLE WHO COMPLAIN. THEY LOST THE KEY FOR MY RIMS AND NEVER REPLACED IT. THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE RIGHT INFORMATION ON THE RECIEPTS. I EVEN LOANED THE OWNER ASH 3K CASH AND HE ACTED LIKE HE DIDNT WANT TO APPLY IT TO THE BALANCE ON THE TRUCK, SAYIN NAW THAT WAS PRIVATE BETWEEN ME AND U BUT HES THE OWNER OF THE SHOP, AND WNTED TO CHARGE ME 3K MORE FOR THE WORK AND PAY ME BACK LATER! WHOEVER WROTE THOSE FIRST 2 REVIEWS WORKS FOR 713 MOTORING BECAUSE THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN HOUSTON TO TAKE YOUR CAR FOR WORK! THEN THEY WERE ABOUT TO TRY TO CHARGE ME 8K FOR AN ENGINE TUNNING ON MY BENZ, WENT AROUND THE CORNER TO MOTRWERKS, 2K!!!!! I PAID 15000 FOR ABOUT 4000 WORTH OF WORK!! RIP OFF AND TERRIBLE WORK!!!!!!
