Crooked mechanics are some of the worst. By all accounts, this place needs to be shut down, and the owner BANNED from operating any similar business in the state of Texas.

SCAM ALERT!!!They will send you a docusign from a Towing company stating that a wrecker will pick up their car and the person at faults insurance company is liable or authorized it. Assuming when a police report is filed they get your contact information from report. This is a SCAM call your insurance carrier and verify this before signing ANY documents that they send you. Unfortunately, my friend signed had to have cops arrive but still had to pay to get vehicle back will end up in small claims court. Just beware and do not sign any documents. Go through your insurance agent only. Owner is not very friendly and could care less about you, your money or your vehicle. Shame they keep doing this to vulnerable people especially during these times. No conscious and they have changed their names several times. Do not know how anyone could work for them and sleep at night. Hope this helps someone else from becoming a victim.

These people are NO DOUBT running an insurance fraud operation. Sadly, I have fallen victim to it. Stay far far away from this shop unless you want your car held for a ransom. Im reporting this business to the BBB, the TX attorney general, and any other entity that can help me take their operation out.

For anyone looking up this company due to receiving a call from a Towing company stating that a wrecker will pick up their car due to the Auto Insurance company saying that they will waive the deductible: PLEASE, PLEASE call your car insurance to verify this before signing ANY documents that they send you. They tried to scam me with this and thankfully I called my Auto Insurance before having my vehicle be taken in by them. Unless your Adjuster calls you and tells you this, this company may be trying to scam you. The key question to ask is if they can tell you the claim number from either your insurance, or the other persons auto insurance. And even then follow up with the Auto Insurance because they will not do anything without your consent

Helpful diagnosed issued on the spot - Mechanic honest and suggested i can just change a fuse myself. Very courteous front desk staff. Will bring my car for future repairs.

Scam totally car was towed here items stolen out of vehicle ..... did no work to the vehicle and wanted 2 grand to get the car back without doing any work woman behind the counter has alot of practice against law suits against the company ..... feel sorry for who ever brings there car here ...... total scam rip off company got car back bumper hanging off ....

One of the worst experience i have ever encountered. Please do not go to this place ever.First, the customer service is the worst, I think the lady name Lauran in the front is a very disrespectful and unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to handle customers or their needs! She hung up my calls when I try to reach them out. Furthermore, the lady threatened me to call the law enforcement if I don’t step out of the door. She embarrassed me in front of the customer. She wasn’t giving me my car, although it was sitting in their garage for a week and half.Second, Still if you want to go to this place you may want to reach out to Francis. He can solve the problem if you are having trouble with anything.Moreover, this place is not professional at all, they don’t keep their commitments or promises.I had the worst experience with HARRIS COUNTY COLLISION. This is a true and honest review. Please beware.

Beware of this shop! It sucks, and they steal money from their clients. They take many months to repair very small damages. I will be reporting them to the BBB, and all the administrators deserve to be fired and imprisoned.

These people are scammers. They hold your car hostage and make you pay to get it back. All their good reviews are FAKE!!!

There is a scam run by this place which is facilitated by Geico employees. Geico provides your claim number and other personal information so that they can pretend that your car has been towed there by Geico which is a lie. You will be stuck with them even if you do not want the repairs to be done here. Never ever let your car being towed to this place, it will take an eternity to get your car back and they lie constantly.

Do not EVER bring your car here. They returned my car smelling like weed, had damages, they even stole valuable items from my car and the work the promised they didn’t complete, they wouldn’t return my car until I payed. Worst company ever, their where cigarettes inside my car as well as a beer bottle opener. Had my seats all stained, do not go there !!!

DO NOT bring your car in! They didn’t install the part they were supposed too and still charged me, said if I didn’t pay I wouldn’t get my car back. When I received it, had a stench of weed and cigarettes. Car overall was given back dirty and my full tank that I left them with was returned with less than half.

Update: 3 months and counting without my vehicle.I have learned many things, this shop along with the owner has many names. The name this shop is registered under is Fix My Car Collision and Mechanical LLC, and the registered agent is Octavio Castellanos. You will need this info for the following.If anyone is having the same problems with this shop here are some thing you can do, 1. file a fraud complaint with the Texas State Attorney General Ken Paxton, 2. file a fraud report with the Texas Department of Licensing, 3. open a personal civil suit with the shop (this will cost money and time but worth it), also 4. leave your reviews and experience on google, the bbb, and their website. Google Fix My Car, its under the same address. ALSO collect evidence, the shop and all employees will lie and talk you in circles for your property, record them. DO NOT give up and keep fighting for your vehicle. They want to prolong you to file a mechanical lien on your vehicle. Law enforcement and your insurance may not do much to help you because this is a civil issue, so lets civilly handle it. Lets shut this shop down and hit the owner with countless paperwork!SCAMMERS!!!! Do not trust your vehicle here! Tricked me into getting my car towed here for a free estimate. Ended up stripping my car and charging me ridiculous fees for the tear down that I did not authorize!! Owner is very rude and hard to get in contact with even with a serious matter pertaining to his shop. Everyone that works here is in on the scam & has no answers when confronted.

It is a bad place to repair the car and in order to work as a production employee the owner looks bad to the car owners and to his employees in their pay. When the employee leaves he does not want to give him his tools, he wants to keep them. Make sure your car never makes it to that shop. It was ripped off with bad parts and fake repairs.
