Was in town had vehicle towed illegally and took them to court won judgement and Sharks collision/J hook towing have been unresponsive and evasive in trying to collect funds from court order. A simple reply from owner would work wonders I’ve sent emails over 100 phone calls and issue is not addressed please be wary of businesses who even when ordered to do something they avoid at all costs is this who you want taking care of your business needs I wish I never encountered this establishment and hope those reading would do and use due diligence before engaging in service from Sharks. Better to swim with the fishes than deal with “Sharks”

Long time to answer the phone. No follow up when requested for pricing after initial quote and estimate provided (after recommendation/referral on nextdoor). Only plus was the personable customer service representative when I actually visited the business) Very disappointed ☹️, was hoping for a new place to have auto work done.

Took my truck for a repair after a car accident where someone hit me! Not only did they do an awesome job, but dealt with the insurance and I only had to drop off and pick up my truck! Worst repair shop in this area they cant fix anything right and still your money

This shop is a TOTAL waste of time!!! I went in several weeks ago for a paint job estimate. I was given a price that was reasonable and decided to let them do the work. They were not able to give me a written estimate as they claimed to have computer issues. After several request for the estimate, they advised that it would be emailed to me. Well, today I went into the shop to get the estimate and start the work. Of course they gave me an entirely different price (which was about $700 more than the initial quote). Complete disregard of my time. If you did not want to do the work, you could have told me this several weeks ago and someone else would have done it by now. They are un-professional, un-organized, and have a lack of communication (as stated in previous reviews). I would never refer this company to anyone. The previous owner was much better. Good riddens!

ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely a horrible experience!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!! We brought 2 vehicles here (a 1976 and a 2020). One they had for 2 months (only needed radiator and AC fix) they kept telling us the parts were at their other location. The other vehicle they had for almost 3 weeks and they kept telling us the vehicle will be ready, but when the date came it was always an excuse why it wasn’t. Mind you we paid everything upfront (a huge mistake on our part), so there was never an issue with payment. My husband finally got tired of the lies and unprofessional service, he decided to go get the vehicles regardless if they were done or not. When we got there they tried to withhold the vehicles for whatever reason came to mind because they kept switching things up. They could never keep the same story/excuses going. Again they were paid upfront so their was no reason they could hold our vehicles. Also the work on both vehicles wasn’t completed at all. We just wanted our vehicles. After much back and forth, I decided to call the police for them to release our property. When the police arrived the police made them release our property because they could not hold our property. The police also advised us to contact an attorney and file suit because they were paid and neither vehicle wasn’t fixed. We had to have one of our vehicles towed to the dealership because we couldn’t drive it (when we took it there, it was safe to drive), who knows what they did. We are taking the advise of the officers and filing suit. You can’t let scam artist like this “business” continue to take advantage of hard working consumers. We have heard they have changed their name several times. Now we know why, wish we knew that before! They are Sharks alright!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

I took my car to Shark on Hwy 6 to get my car fixed from a hit on my door. They did an excellent job with my 2019 Red Camry the color is perfect, the job on the door is like if nothing ever happened!! So glad I took it there. I never had any problems with them through out everything. Laura is so nice and always kept me up to date with my car.

The worst customer service and place to take your car. Please save yourself from coming here. I left my car there after my accident and requested to get it transferred. They held my car for a whole week so it could keep sitting at their lot and keep getting paid. They were also upset I changed collision places and they stripped off my car more than it already was. They will turn on you if you dont choose them. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but they proved me they dont care for your cars but only to get paid.

I took my Nissan Sentra in for some body work from a hit and run, and Laura took care of my car from start to finish. It was a pleasure to speak with her, she explained me all the fixing process and is a very nice lady. The job they did was perfect and I could not be happier.

Great work but no communication!!!!kepted my car for almost a month by 1day only communicated with me after I contacted the insurance company once and another three the wrecker driver.Communication is the key!!!!!Atleast do follow ups or have the party Sign to approve to work on the your car.Just saying

They use cheap parts,but charge like new. Long story short of you want to do the job twice, then this is your place.

I do not know, I recommend it to anyone, a real disaster, nor is the service good all the time telling a lie to get more money from the insurance, they delayed the car for a month and supposedly it was only the bumper, at the end they gave me the dirty car, the wheels were low on air. He will step on it, he marked the check engine, the small lights on the bumper did not connect it, I had them put them on me, those workshops are a disaster, they are not professionals, they only care about getting money, they are not very intelligent, they lose clients, I love they lost me and like me many more every time k I went to the workshop they were claiming it is a shame k they are ispanos the same k one but God will charge it
