I’m extremely disappointed and shocked with the results of the repairs on my car. I was in an accident 8/3/21, the car was supposed to be ready 8/27/21, it was not actually ready until 9/1/21 and at that point I was just excited to get it back. I picked it up and although they brought the car out to me with the rocker panel not completely attached and dangling from the car, that was fixed immediately when I pointed it out and I thought everything else looked good until I got home and saw the car in different lighting, the paint didn’t match AT ALL as seen by the pictures below. The next day it started raining while I was driving and I realized I had water coming through my window. When the window was reinstalled during repairs, it wasn’t put in the correct spot, causing water and wind to come into the car. 2 of the reverse sensors were replaced and were steadily going off. The car also was vibrating throughout the floorboard and steering wheel when giving it gas at freeway speeds. Not to mention that there were gaps for both the front and rear bumper. After arguing for a while about whether or not the paint matched, I brought my car back to ProCare 9/13/21. I was hopeful they would fix it right this time so I was waiting to leave a review, but I just picked it up today 9/28/21 and there are still gaps, paint is better but doesn’t seem to be the quality your website says you’re capable of. The car also is STILL shaking at freeway speeds even though I was told the wheels were balanced again. The employee who was in charge of the repairs (I’m not here to personally bash someone but this is extremely unprofessional) was not friendly or professional and either brushed off my concerns or tried to contradict them, he also treated me like I was stupid throughout the entire process. When I went to pick up the car today he told me that ProCare has decided they are done with my car and are not doing anything else at this point. 2 months in the shop and it still has problems. So much for complete satisfaction. I will be taking it somewhere else to have it looked at and compared to the repair list I received.Update on 9/29/21 - I went to go replace my other 2 tires and one of the wheels they refinished because it was not bent, is actually bent.

I was treated courteously and very professionally. Work is always done when promised or even a day earlier. Always have arranged for a rental car for me. I would not consider using any other shop. Definitely a top notch company to go to for excellent work.

Everything was good they work with Geico so that makes things go a bit faster when they found there was more damage and needed to get payment from Geico. The work was good and was pleasantly surprised that they detailed the interior of my car although that might be part of the service. Either way they did a good job. I only have one issue which was a bit of lack of communication when it was passed time they said they would probably be done no one called me. I had one text at 7:00 a.m. saying that there was going to be word on my car. And then I believe they called maybe 1:00 p.m. but after that on the day I thought they would be ready I did not get a call I ended up calling. All this being said and done I can forgive the lack of communication for the excellent work on the detailing of the interior. Plus I was in no hurry and they may have been a bit busy, as I said everything was great very professional very nice people just could do with a little more communication.

I may, or may not have scraped my car on a concrete pole. And if I did, these guys made it disappear. If I hypothetically have body damage on another car, I’ll trust it to these guys to repair. First class service and communication. No surprises, and very professional organization. Hope I never have to go here again, however I will if needed.

Took my Honda here for repair after being rear ended -- they are a shop certified by both Honda and my insurance company. My car was ready early, they kept me informed along the way, and dealt with a couple of issues that arose during the repair. I would use them again (but hope I dont have too!)

From reluctant potential customer to trusting fan...Initially, I wanted to take my vehicle to the dealership where I bought it. I already had a few stellar experiences there, including one with the body shop, so they had my trust. Unfortunately, the dealership wasn’t in the insurance’s select shops, and there was a possibility of facing a penalty in cost if I went with them. Given only a few local choices in the area that were in my insurance’s network, Penske appeared to be the closest and possibly best fit since they specialize in Honda. However, after taking a peek at the bad reviews here on Google I was a bit reluctant in my decision.Long story short, went ahead and took a chance. As some of the others with raving reviews on here, I had the fortunate pleasure of ending up with Estimator David McManners. David definitely has a way about him. Instantly upon meeting him, with his soft spoken knowledgeable demeanor, and genuine sense of care for the outcome of my car and personal satisfaction, I didn’t feel rushed, spoken over, uncomfortable, or awkward, in any way. In fact, as strange as it may sound, there was such a level of comfortability around him it was as if I had known David all my life and we were good buds. I felt oddly relieved as if I knew everything was going be just fine and taken care of and I had absolutely no apprehension handing over my key.My vehicle was brought in for some front-end work—new bumper, fresh matching paint, radiator replacement, and undercarriage protective plate replacement. I was notified right up front how long the repairs would take, which was about a week. During that week, all communications to and from David were answered and made in a superbly satisfactory time frame, and when I picked up my vehicle, everything looked just like brand new— color matched flawlessly, gloss exactly to specs, no paint runs, undercarriage plate brand spanking new. They do great work and I’d trust them again with any of my vehicles.As for David, the level of customer service he provides is invaluable. Hes a true asset to the business there. Give that guy a raise.Thank you, Penske. And Thank you, David.

I was rear ended back in October 2020 and my aunt had referred me to Manuela. I went about 2-3 months with my 2019 civic looking so sad and depressing. They were so patient during the whole process cause I was waiting on the other persons insurance company to get their act together-_-. As soon as I took my car in they worked on it and I even got it back the day before Manuela said it would be ready. I definitely and highly recommend Manuela and this business. They are amazing! I watched her bring my car to the front and I felt like I just got a brand new car you would have never thought I just had repairs done

This team at Pro Care Memorial City is just awesome!! I had an accident while on a trip for my job in healthcare and needed my repairs right away. Junior and the Branch Manager went above and beyond to accommodate me and I even got my car back a day early. They even touched up minor scratches that weren’t a part of my claim. My car was spotless inside and out and had even been disinfected for COVID when they handed over my keys!!! I’d highly recommend them any day. I’m glad I chose them to help me through this minor crisis!

I visited the shop today to receive an estimate for a damaged side view mirror on my Honda Civic. Alex Pineda met with me and discussed the damage.He offered to take my car to the shop for the technicians to review the mirror so as to help him make recommendations for the repair. I waited a few minutes. Alex greeted me and took me to my car. The mirror was fixed!Alex would not let me pay for their time. It was amazing! I know that not every repair is free. However, isnt it refreshing to work with a merchant who is not trying to take advantage of the customer?I give Penske Five Stars! They have earned my future business. My son went there and had a great experience. I went to have my Pilot worked on and their work was perfect. They used all certified OEM parts and being that with was my first insurance claim they made the process very smooth. I took my car here to get an estimate... after the estimate I was told the next step is for them to contact my insurance company if there estimate was higher than my insurance companies estimate and set an appointment for the repairs. I didnt hear back from them the next lweek so i called them everyday for another two weeks. No response. I even left messages with different people. No response from the lady who was over my estimate. Very bad experience. Unprofessional...

Ive used this body shop twice for two different vehicles and both times they did an awesome job. Picked my car up today after they fitted a brand new bumper with fresh paint on it. After my wifes car was side swiped, insurance recommended the shop. The work they did was fine. However, they were late on delivery by over a week and when I went to pick it up they had not checked to make sure everything was working properly. The door lock was not functioning so they had to keep it a few extra days to fix that as well.

Your company and employees are wonderful! This is not the first time Penske has taken care of me and my vehicles. The craftmanship and professional attention to the final product is what I rely upon when I bring a vehicle in for repairs. Manuela Benitez was extremely helpful in staying in contact with me throughout the repair process. She even call to let me know that my truck was ready seven days ahead of schedule. I do not enjoy being in wrecks, but it is less stressful knowing that Penske Collision Center is there to repair my vehicle and treat me as a valued customer. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!Im very disappointed in the service Ive received. My car got broken into (they broke my window) and my insurance sent me a list of places to go to- this was the closest one to my house so I made an appointment. I went to get an estimate on April 22 and I had my window ordered that day. They told me it would be in on that Tuesday (April 26). After receiving no call by Apr 27, I called. They told me that they would look for my order and call me back later that day. They never called me back. I called back on Apr 28 and they said that they had forgot to call me back and stated that the window they received was the wrong one and that the right one should be here this weekend. On Apr 29 they called to say that it wasnt in yet because they ordered it from Oklahoma, and it should be here on May 3rd. On May 3rd I called towards the end of the day because I hadnt received a call. They answered and told me that they had ordered the wrong window, yet again. I asked when it had come in and they said it came in the day before. They knew about it and didnt let me know that I would have to yet again change my schedule to fit their ridiculous requests. They told me that it should be in by next Tuesday (May 10). Im so annoyed with the service Ive receive and I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! If i could give 0 stars, I would. The estimator who has kept in horrible contact with me is Manuela Benitez.

I cant speak for anyone else at this place but Carolina is great! I called so many locations to see if they can install the front plates for 3 vehicles no one wanted to do it. MacHaik Chevy wanted to charge me $115 per installation and thats not even including the kit which cost me almost $200 for 3. Caroline said they would do it as long as Ill remember them the next time and surely enough she followed through when I brought the cars in. Theyll definitely get my business!

I recently had a minor collision. The insurance company recommend Caliber collision. I spoke to a family member and since I have a Honda Accord that I purchase at Spring branch Honda I should try their own collision center. Well it was the best hassle free experience. Manuela Benitez explained the process made it simple for me and just called me when my car was ready. it was only the bumper which took a couple of days. When I picked up the car it was back to normal like nothing ever happend. They even washed my car. I will definitely recommend this collision center to my family and friends. I hope I don’t need them again .. thanks Penske staff for the quality repairs .

We live in Spring Branch Area, and didnt know if I could trust this body shop. DAVID is the Cool guy to be lucky enough to get service from here. He is passionate about his job and took care of me.. backed me up with all my concerns and in getting my car back the way I wanted it. He fought with the insurance company to get me more repairs. I am So grateful. He also communicated with honesty and I feel I can trust this place. It is a convenient location near Memorial City Mall.

Kind of embarrassing but the shop was very professorial with me and gave me a great quote on repairs which, thankfully, my insurance covered. Really satisfied with the quality and speed of the work. I was referred to Penske by my insurance. Originally, when David quoted he was detailed and courteous. I saw the great reviews online, so I stuck with them. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a 14 day repair took 17 days. Not too bad, except that no one ever called me to let me know when my car would be ready. I called EVERY day to get the response It will be ready tomorrow. For THREE days!Then when I picked up my car, there was one scratch that was supposed to be repaired that hadnt been. And a nice new chipped paint spot that wasnt there before (Ruben even checked the pictures from when I dropped it off to confirm it was a new issue).I took my car home, and brought it back a few days later for the new repair. I was now told by Juan that I should have my car back the same day, and that I would receive a call that afternoon verifying if I could pick my car up. No call. The next day (at 4 pm) still no call, so I called back. I was transferred to David although I asked to speak with Juan. He said my car should be ready tomorrow (three days into a one-day repair after they already went over time on the last repair). I understand doing the job right, but they should quote an accurate time or at least call when the original time is delayed.My fear is that they get the money from the insurance company, Ive already paid my deductible, and now there is no incentive to complete this job on time. I did finally get my car back, and they said they would give me a refund for the damage they did and the extra rental car fees I would have incurred (had I needed one). They told me about the refund three weeks ago, and I still dont have it.Although my car looked great when I got it, this center is full of empty promises. I will never return, and I suggest you find somewhere else to take your car.

My service adviser David IS great. He helped me get things in order for me to start the repairs on my car. Usually this is something I dread. He gave me a good time frame as to when my car would be done and repairs were made pretty quickly. He made me feel like I made a good choice picking them for my repairs. My car looks pretty darn great!I noticed on here that people where upset about how long it took them to receive their cars and what people should keep in mind is that when parts are ordered, there is no real guarantee as to when it will come in so please don’t blame your advisers for the tardiness.

On December 2017 I had a car accident, my car was taken to this place in order to fix it, they did it but when I pickup my car some stuff were missing, I asked about it and the answer was that my car didn’t come with those stuff, I turn really angry, mad, they work like a conspiracy, they took your good and put the bad, they drawn to the insurance 10000 dollars.Please search for another collision center with serious staff.If I can rate as minos 100 point that’s the rate for those thieves.

Unfortunately I had my car wrecked twice (not at fault) however both times I went to Penske and the service was excellent. The first time I went I met Manuela Benitez and she was very professional and answered all my questions. It took a little longer than normal but it was the insurances fault and Manuela actually brought me to the back, to show me the steps that had been taken and where they were at. The 2nd time I came back, I asked for her again because she took care of my Honda the 1st time. Well after the 2nd time I must say I was pleased again and the service was quick. I have to add that Penske even broke a small clip on my hood (not a big deal) and they order the part and had it replaced the next day. Manuela actually came out to install it and stayed a little late to make sure it fit.

My insurance company gave me a list of approved body shops,this was near me, so I went waited for appraiser she first mentioned I need to assign the claim to them before getting estimate?I said EXCUSE ME? She didnt want to do it until I got the manager. Mentioned to manager I was just wanting an estimate? To me that was presure on customer, I left there went down the street to Mossy Nissan, no problem at all getting estimate, and no presure. Dont recommend

As if Im wrong and she could care less to help me or its not her problem... I was falsely quoted 3-4 weeks for the service and repairsas my car has already been sitting there for over 2 weeks now without being touched. I understand theyre busy and have to get parts and what not but I wasnt even contacted back with an update as to what was going on within the first week..I had to call them and request an updated status while receiving rude unprofessional feedback

If you can at all avoid this collision center, I advise you to do so. I took my car here because I bought it from their dealership but the service is terrible. The original repairs were not correct and I had to take the vehicle back. I was told it was a one day job and now its going on day 3 and into the weekend. When I call to inquire about my vehicle, I cant get a straight answer and when I leave a voicemail with David, the person who is supposed to be helping me, I can never get a return call. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!

My Brand new Honda Civic si 2014 suffered a small but significant damaged on the passenger left side fender. I brought my car to Penske Collision Center because they are DIRECT REPAIR PARTNERS with HONDA on September 8,2014. So, I was very certain that they would do a excellent professional job since they are a Honda Direct Repair Partner.However, things started to get ugly when they first delivered my vehicle with 4 different additional flaws that I discover as I washed my car on a Sunday morning. The so-call I-CAR & ASE Certified Body Shop Technicians did NOT live up to my expectations.Causing those additional 4 flaws on my new vehicle, they made me go back so they can repair it. However, as I was showing the flaws they caused, Ruben Salas (My Estimator) was not very professional as I was pointed out the flaws that I found. There was a fading spot on the left passenger door. He suggested that I caused that or that the car came like that. What a stupid ass suggestion he made. I mean, is this guy a dumb ass or what? And then, he started to argue with me and not helping at all, which only escalated to more arguing and piss me off even more. So I told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor.Mr. Karl Koudelkas approach was more professional and he talked nice. He offered me a rental car and offered to repair those flaws. I told him that he needed to educate his employee (Ruben Salas). Not a good way of approaching a customer. Later, his suggestions was ridiculous as well.So, third time came and still my car was not repair properly. The left fender headlight was not level evenly. It was like pushed it and the fender seemed to be loose whenever I pushed it and out. Tired of being there 3 different times, I contacted Mr. Bob Lang, who is the General Manager. He wrote me back with an email but didnt do pretty much NOTHING. However, he apologized and offer to take it back. I contacted the BBB but they didnt answer since they are NOT a BBB Accredited.I asked myself how these so-call I-Car & ASE Certified Technicians could NOT fix something so simple as a left fender on a vehicle? These people need to go back to school and learn more about cars. I was and still am so disappointed of this body shop company.Last time I was there, they tried to fix that flaw with the left headlight and they seemed to did it this time. After 3 attempts. Anyway, I went with my dad and it seemed that they fixed it right. However, the problem stills there. I guess whenever I put my cars full nose mask on, it seemed to move it and dis level again. So, I paid $1,000 and they didnt do a professional job. Hell, having still that problem on my car, I dont want to even dare to take it back to this people. If I do, I wonder what other damages they would cause by trying to fix this little simple repair. So, Id rather take care of myself and take it some where else where it will be truly fix properly and professionally.I completely regret bringing my car here. Makes me not wanting to trust any body shop anymore. I cant believe they couldnt repair something so simple. I will NOT do business with this company. I have told many of my friends or Hondas car drivers friends not to come here. Not competent enough to repair something so simple.
