STAY AWAY FROM THE REPAIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT for the following reasons:1 - left oil marks all over my front interior (chair, mirror, window/roof). SEE ATTACHED PICTURES.2 - left scratches on my driver door handle and sliding door. SEE ATTACHED PICTURES.3 - service manager never picked up phone or called back or replied through email or text.4 - repair took over a month. Didn’t do anything for the first 3 days. Took a were for diagnostic. Way too long.5 - loaner car or rental not available. Such a hassle when they took their sweet time for over a month to replace an electric module. Such a hassle.YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

We had a great experience buying a used kids car. Alex was fantastic to work with. I called to test drive a car I had seen online but unfortunately that car was unavailable…Alex pulled several cars that met our criteria and more. He was attentive and personable but was not pushy. So anybody buying a truck or car from this dealership should be extremely aware of several things. First be aware that these unscrupulous sales people will bully you into excepting their deal, telling you anything they need to in order to get the deal, and then once you make arrangements for the deal they pull out and re define the terms of the deal. The dealership was extremely rude in all three tiers of management, and the overall demeanor and atmosphere is incredibly abrasive, unwelcoming, and not conducive to buying a $90,000 truck. They know that they have the upper hand and they will do whatever they can to get themselves the best deal with no regard for you or their duty to treat their customers with dignity and respect. ~Caveat Emptor~

Purchased a new Chrysler Pacifica from Gillman recently. The process of buying the car and getting introduced to it was the best I have experienced in any car purchase I have been involved with before. There are always frustrations, but they were responsive to my concerns and in the end I got the car I wanted after an exhaustive search relatively painlessly.Tony was my sales person. He did a good job taking care of me and walking me through the process.

I got 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude and I love it!!! My sales consultant, Miguel El Poblano Mendez, saw me in service and asked if he could have my vehicle appraised at no cost to me. He mentioned that I was close to 100K miles and asked if I considered trading it in. He gave me his number with the appraisal upon leaving service and told me to call him if I was interested. I called and he helped me get around my schedule conflict so I could come into the dealership. I presented my information and was able to leave the same day with my new Jeep. When we walked in we talked to the salesman, we told them our situation and what we could afford. He kept telling us he can get the deal we can afford but another salesman got involved and he started telling us different numbers. They dont communicate at this dealership and some salesman don’t know how to do their job. Got told that our expectations are unrealistic while we got even a way better deal for a younger truck with less miles at another dealership. Just don’t waste your time here, go somewhere else!

On may 8th, 2021 I bought a Jeep Cherokee at Gilman, we all have some type of horror story when it comes to buying a car. This one was rather different, the culture in the automotive sales industry has been among the slowest ones to catch up to newer trends which embrace true customer service. While working with Alex Rezai I quickly noticed that Gilmans company culture was different. Alex focused his entire time in looking to meet my needs and being objective on the outlook of what I excepted to pay. I was not forced fed the wrong vehicle and was not pushed into a loan that would strain my budget. I spent no more than 2 hours there and did not drive off feeling I had been ripped off, in short I felt Alex was amazing and thorough. Moreover he went over my trade and found my sunglasses, pulled my toll tag and emergency cash I kept in the glove box. I would give zero stars if I could. We had an appointment this morning for 8:00, and we were checked in by 8:02 am. Josh was supposed to be the tech for our appointment, but was out trying to make a sale. There were four other people just sitting around and could not be bothered to help. We waited for over 15 minutes with zero help or interaction. I took the time off work because we had a scheduled appointment, and since no one could be bothered to help, we had to leave. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Ive had my Subaru at this dealership for work a couple of times now & they are great! The service guys have all been super helpful & all together great! They stay in touch during the repairs constantly with the warranty info & repair costs & anything they need you to know! And they respond back promptly too!

Honestly, some days they are ON in their service department and some days they are OFF. Theres a lot of advisor turnover which seems to be some of the issue. The last year or so, I seem to have more problems with them forgetting to follow up with me on issues and not really seeming to care one way or another about resolving things. This bodes poorly when its time for me to trade in, but Ill continue to try giving them the benefit of the doubt since the 1st two years of going in for service were pretty good.

Customer service here is great! Had an excellent experience with Emily. She worked very hard for us over a period of time to address our needs and ensure we selected the right vehicle showing us many different options. Give your time and money to another dealership. Deal was all set up, salesman and managers were well aware of our 13 hour drive coming to pick up the vehicle. Halfway through our trip, they go against their word. After stalling, we show up 2 days later until they can get organized with the paper work and we still had to wait for the truck to be ready. We were thanked for our patience and purchase with arrogance, disrespect and entitlement.

My wife and i were going to be in Houston for a couple of days, so i used CarGurus to search for a car ive been wanting. I found that car at Gillman and messaged them. The communiction was great. Jessica sent me more pictures and set me up with Daniel. When we showed up, the car was ready and sitting in the shade away from the hot Texas sun. Now, the car was not completely what i expected, but we negotiated a fair price and i drove off in it. I was pleased to see the gas tank was full and i have Sirius until December for free. All and all, i would recommend this dealership for sure. Daniel was great.

They failed to let me speak to the owner/or Gm likeI requested. They failed to go the extra mile and do their due diligence and find best rate available can contact my federal union and found a interest rate half the price. The Gillman happy guarantee promise is a lie requested to turn the vehicle in today within the two day period the salesperson manager Dennis refused to honor that policy. They claim that because the vehicle is a speciality they will not honor the policy and it seems to me they made up rules as they went. Will not be ever doing business again and will let others know they do not honor the policy. Today is 7/8/2021. Purchased 9:30pm 7/6/2021
