I pulled in and the office was full of customers so I thought the wait would be too long for me to get my oil changed during my lunch hour. One of the mechanics stopped me as I was getting ready to pull back out and guaranteed it would be done and he was right! They are so fast, courteous, and fair priced. I very much recommend!

I went to shell auto mechic shop. He told me my co2 exhaust cencors were bad. So i got a second quote. I went to hack a day auto shop Nothing wrong with the suv altho my break lights were stuck on so he did something under the drivers side dash board. Fixed my light problem in 20 minutes, told me to drive it around and come back in 2 days, if check engine light dont come on, then youre smooth to go. Only cost 20 bucks to fix the light problem. I gave him an extra 10 bucks to buy him a 6 pack after work. Co2 in my car were going to cost me close 500 dollars including labor. 2 thumbs up on hack a day auto shop.

Well I have been a customer since about 2004. I can truly say that Hack is very knowledgeable of all makes and models of cars and very efficient. I have and will continue to take my vehicles to Hack A Day Repair.

According to google maps and the guy I spoke with on the phone that works at this place on Tuesday 5/26/2021, supposedly this shops opens at 8:00 AM. I get to this shop around 8:05ish on Thursday and theres a Hispanic guy outside just prancing around and etc, etc. I asked him does the shop opens at 8:00 AM and his response was it aint 8 oclock yet. I told him it is past 8 AM but he continued to go back n forth with me about the time (saying it louder each time like he had an attitude or something). After about three to four times of saying its not 8:00 AM aggressively, he finally looks at his phone and was like, what you want me to do, the guy with the key is not here yet (after the employee realized it was bout 8:10 AM at this point). First off, you could have explained to me at first (in a professional manner - actually provide some good customer service) that you dont have the key to get in and that the person who does, is on their way; but no, you want to argue with a customer about what time it is for 5 minutes until you realized it was almost 8:15 AM at this point.Moral of the story, if you do not like your job then quit. I am not about to be a customer of yours if you cannot even provide decent customer service. I understand people be late sometimes and things happen which is why Im not going to elaborate on the shop opening at 8 AM (maybe you need to consider changing the time from 8 AM to 8:30 or 9:00 AM if you have an issue opening up on time).Will never attempt to visit this place........ever again (horrible customer service experience - and I will let others know).Thank you!

Its hard to find an honest mechanic. Hack as he calls himself, is just that - hes been around the block a time or two, has decades of experience, and is a fellow vet (mechanic in the Army). I brought my Infinity in to get the starter changed, and he not only had me pick up the part myself for savings, but doing so allowed me to get the core charge back as well. He was done quickly, and pointed out a few other things that were needing work as well - but instead of trying to get my business, he gave me some suggestions of other people who specialized (i.e. alignment, tires) to save me more money. I brought my Expedition to him, a the next day for an oil change - cheap and fast! He noticed I needed new brakes (which I already knew) and offered to do all four for a flat $100 if I brought him the brakes from OReilly. Great guy, great place - I have a new mechanic!

I been going to this shop for years. He fixesd my charger and now he works on my mazda. I only trust him as a mechanic and i love the prices. The owner Pete is a fair and honest mechanic. He has always fixed the problem at a fair price. I like tgis shop because they dont take advantage of women. Most shops tried to over charge me because they know most women dont know cars. But pete is fair to every one no matter gender nor race . i promise this is a solid shop.

Pete, the owner, has worked on my car twice now and has done a great job. He replaced my front brake rotors and pads, as well as the back brake shoes for $200 plus parts. Later I had to replace both front axle CV joints and he did that and an oil change for $180 plus parts.I could tell he was being straight with me when he told me that I needed and alignment, but that he didnt have the equipment to do it properly himself. An unscrupulous mechanic might have just tried to charge me for it anyway but he said he wasnt going to do it if he couldnt do it right.Both times Ive been able to bring my car by and pick it up the same day I called.

I have been dealing with this repair shop for many years and have no complaints. He has always been acquired at pin pointing my situations. I have recommended him to many people and always go to him for any problem or advice.

Known the guy for almost 4 years does my oil change every 3000 miles for the past 3 1/2 years. Well this last time he does and oil change they dont screw on the filter properly so it falls of while I was driving. Car oil light comes on and I pull over then tow it to the nearest shop they put new oil and filter but now I have a engine knocking and I need a new engine. Go back to him the next day thinking he would help because of the business relationship Ive had with him for almost 4 years. when I explained everything to him he acted like I dont exist and said he cant help me and a bunch a bull. DO NOT GO GET ANYTHING DONE FROM THIS SHOP. Owners name is Hack. And he just hacked me with my car

Do not let this guy work on car. He dont listen to the client and he dont stand behind his work are his worker work. He had my car for two days and everyday i have had to take it back. I dont have a oil leak but i have add a quart at 1500 to 2000 miles. I ask him to replace my brakes and instead he sand them. My husband will not take his car to him, but hes a nice guy and I was trying to give him a chance. Everything he did in the pass two years i to get it redone by someone else. He replace belt 2 times, brakes 2 times, timing, water pump 2 time, and oil changes. Didnt put all the nuts and bolt back, lost my key lock to rims.

Hes a Ripoff Artist, he Kept my core for my calibers and acted like he was Dumb. Then he put two holes in a manifold line... Old mechanics trick to simulate a timing chain malfunction, itll make your vehicle run like you need a timing chain when all you need is a hose.

Hes worked on at least 5 family cars for me. Hes honest and hardworking and thats why Ill continue to take our cars to him.
