Craig (the funny guy) and Randy (the sweet guy) are both AWESOME! They both helped me with brake pad on my Mercedes Benz. They were both super honest and friendly. 100% satisfied customer service which is impossible to find nowadays. These people will NOT disappoint you!Love love love these guys!!!!Thank you so much for everything!!!!
Great company, Craig was really honest over the phone in which he told me to bring the 1986 ‘Maro in to look at my rear breaks. And got me the parts for a fair price and on time. Really good business. Definitely will be back
Employees are knowledgeable and polite. Service is fast and the cost is reasonable. They make recommendations based on their inspections but have never been pushy with getting the recommendations fixed right then and there.
Would definitely recommend. Very professional and honest. Would do business with them again.
Great staff! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in their field! All the concerns I had with my Audi Q3 was well explained.
The euro care on 249 staff is top notch. I wull defently use them agsin.
Went in for normal maintenance as well as alignment. Euro Care had me back on the road the same day. Will be back for my automotive needs.
Owner has a huge ego. Not friendly and service stinks.Went in to do a shock replacement they told me they inspected the front and it was perfect they wanted $300 to do the alignment I took it to an alignment shop and they said that the front in need of repair torsion bar they change the torsion bar and did the alignment for $250Eurocare are stammers look at all the reviewsThey are not honest and overcharge
Great car repair shop, close to house will be back for any my car repairs.
This is how they returned our Audi Q7 after they “worked” on it for a month. Yep, that’s water(?) gushing out of both mufflers. On top of that they broke the CV axle and tried charging us to replace it. Good thing my husband took detailed photos of our vehicle when it arrived to Eurocare and before they worked on it.Save yourself the time, hassle and most importantly the money. Don’t bring your car here. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
We went to this service place expecting quality especially for the price. We went there with a leak, the motor was not broken. You can turn the car on. During the repair they broke some parts that took more time on replacing but we were ok with it. But from one thing jump to another fast! We paid $ 1,700 to repair a leak. Then before leaving they were saying that the timing chain had to be replaced for another $ 1,700. THEY DID NOT DO A TEST DRIVE after there own fix to check if it was running properly. I am starting to think they knew it would brake if they ran the car and wanted us to fall on our faces and just say it was our fault. Long story short, my son took the car from the shop and it ran only 4 miles. Broke down. Next day they towed the car back and gave me a assessment of what happened by code only. I wanted them to check to see what happened but they are saying is a total new service request. They state that the previous job was done and I had to pay to open and check what happened. From a leak now I have to tow the car back to my house and get a new engine, so this would be like 5K more. When I talk they always say it is the timing chain. I just wanted them to open up and check what really happened without charge, because they already got $ 1,700. The response I got, was job is not for free, that they have to pay a technician. But what happened with my warranty? I know they are going to reply this review with they mentioned the time chain, but they are not going to reply why they want to charge me again to open the motor and checked what really happened instead of assessing the damage with codes. At the end of the day, they work with pricing on getting a new engine for around 5K to 6K, but the bad thing is I know that when they open, that charge is going to jump because they would want to add other things. Why from a leak for $ 1,700 it jumped for us to tow back home a broken car and have to get engine and fix it.
The owner of the business (Scott) listens to his customers and treats them with respects. After speaking with him to resolve an issue I had, he immediately took actions. He handled it professionally and I would definitely recommends this place. Integrity is what they stands by!!!
RUN, DON’T WALK Away From EUROCARE!!!!!!! They charged me for 3 hours of labor ($150 per hour) to change 1 spark plug and 1 coil. That’s a 1/2 hr job!! They told me that the diagnostic test charge would be put towards fixing the car and it wasn’t. They charged me $396 for a oxygen sensor that I found online for $50-$100. They charged me for 6 hours of labor and worked on the car for 2-3 hours max. And then I went to a real Mercedes shop and they told me that the oxygen sensor that they told me that they replaced still needed replacing. Just read all the other horrible 1 star reviews. I wish I did!!!. I dont think the owners care about repeat customers as long as they can make money off of you!!!!!
Fast service. Friendly people.
Unbelievable staff, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Best Customer Service in the business, Rivals Chic fil A
I went to this place asking to remove all the lights on on my dash board, they called me back with an estimate of around $2600 and I approved tbe estimated. I paid by phone when i went to pick up the BMW the dash board still looks like a christmas tree and they gave me a lot of excuses. Whatever they did could be done anywhere and cheaper.
3 weeks Back I left my car for a oil change and mentioned how my a/c wasnt blowing as cold and wanted it looked into to PREVENT any damage. Not even 30mns after waiting The manager on duty, Craig said it was my Fan and needed immediate replacement. I had never had any issues in the past so i didnt question it much and proceeded with having the part ordered and installed. Not only did they ended up keeping my car for a week, they retuned my A/c NOT working. It blows HOT now. They charged me $400. for labor alone.... my bill was just over 1800$. Its outrageous to take my car in good conditions and come out with it not working. They said that it could MAYBE be a fuse but would charge hourly to figure it out. My mom and I tried to get the owner to give us a call back for a whole week with no response. Honestly the least they can do is refund is for the labor. I cant believe we paid upfront to have my car returned broken at not even a apology? I have never had a more unpleasant experience. Im a single mom of a two year old, so i have no choice but to take my car else where to get it fixed, its not right for them to be this way. I just feel taken advantage of. I take back ever having said nice things about them. Ill make sure to let everyone know about this experience. Ill never come back.
Excellent service and guaranteed repairs for 6 months! Worth it for the expert mechanic. No scheduling required.
Craig is the best!
Eurocare took care of a problem with my Porsche. When their fix didnt quite do the koby, they paid the bill of my garage. These guys are professional, first rate & make things right. Would deal with them again in a heartbeat.
Great work
Had diagnosis done told me I needed amplifier and computer replaced i did the repairs and did not got get fixed
I was told several months ago my car had a cracked cylinder head. I was instructed to not to drive my car because I would make it worse. And I figured since I saw the young man under the hood looking around that they had to know what he was talking about. I was told don’t take it to the dealership they’re going to overcharge you. Because all of the seem so rushed and didn’t make sense. All I did was waste some oil on the engine and had some clouds of smoke coming from my car. I finally took my car to the dealership only to need a tuneup and they all drained oil out of it. Please be careful I would’ve ended up either getting a new engine or giving them $1200. I have had to purchase Rent-A-Car‘s and use other means of transportation because of this bad advice.
Let me preface by saying I get my Mercedes GL450 serviced (scheduled maintenance) at this location all the time. After today’s experience with this new guy Bobby I will not be back!I dropped off my vehicle the Friday before holiday weekend around 9 am for the B service. He (Bobby) said he will run a bunch of tests to see what I need. Translation: he will run up a tab on a female not so versed on cars. So he promptly calls me back and dishonestly quotes me $114.99 for a filter that should have been included in the price of a B service. When I told him I received quotes from other places that included the filters he offers to ‘throw it in’. He ‘accidentally’ tripled the charge per spark plug and will ‘fix that’ too after I checked elsewhere. When I told him his price was close to the dealership and more in some cases he all of a sudden finds a discount all of a sudden. At 3 o’clock I didn’t hear back from Bobby so I gave him a call being keenly aware they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. When I asked him what time to expect my car he says, “people who drive cars like this Should EXPECT that it (service) may ‘bleed into Monday”. So it’s my fault. Really. WHO DROPS OFF THEIR CAR ON FRI AM FOR AN INITIAL OIL CHANGE EXPECTS YOU TO KEEP THEIR CAR UNTIL MONDAY WITHOUT A CONVERSATION OR AGREEMENT. This is basically a tune up and a brake job. Give me the freaking option to return another day. Instead you hold my car hostage because you made a pretty penny from me. There were more than 9 cars and one lone mechanic (Note: I do like the mechanic). I asked for the manager and he of course ‘is out of town and could not be reached by phone’ according to Bobby.Dear EuroCare managers and/or owner. I come to you because I don’t want the dealership wrangling and arm twisting and deceitful sale tactics and condescending smart allecky comments. In the end my spark plugs weren’t due, brakes weren’t shot and I forgot I had just replaced my wiper blades 2 months ago. The Bobby’s in your organization will get you good one time sales but they drive off long standing customers like me. I’m done! I’m gone. Good Bye.PS. Stan is way better.
When our car warranty ran out we were looking for a high-quality lower cost option for our car repairs and we found just that here at Eurocare! They never charge to diagnose your car and always call expeditiously to explain your options! Whenever I retrieve my car they assure me that I can bring it right back if I have any problems and Ive never had to take them up on that offer. They fix it right the first time at a reasonable price in a timely manner.
Absolutely the best car repair place anywhere and is now our go to! They outlined so many options for our motor replacement and were extra patient while we figured out the best option. Very very very professional and very nice. Additionally they are passionate about the details of your repair and doing it right!!! Highly recommend!!!!
Stan is the man and Anthony is a great mechanic. They are honest and take time to do things correctly. My husband and I will be back. They helped us tremendously. Thank you
Came in 10 minutes before closing with needing a new battery for my Honda. They quickly ordered and installed the new battery for me staying overtime. Fast and professional service, I highly recommend them!
11-18 -19 My car over heated. Stan, who is a lair and a cheat, told me it was a thermostat. So I greed to have them fix it. Then Stan called claiming the water pump was bad and it is easier to replace the timing belt at this time so I agreed. While they changed the timing belt they mistimed the engine and destroyed it. They bought a replacement engine a “ salvaged” long block. No telling how many mile is on it! I asked that they put the parts I paid for on the salvaged engine. Almost ONE month later, 12-16-19 after repeated calls made by me I was able to pick up my car. I presented the rental car bill and Stan, who is a lair and a cheat said the owner will send me a check, but my car broke after 10 minutes of driving. They tried to claimed it was the exhaust not the engine but eventually cleared the problem. I asked Stan who is a lair and a cheat, if the new parts are on my car and he said no, but I’m going to warranty it for 3yrs 36k miles prorated. Next morning the engine light came on so I took it to the dealer it was there for 3 days while repairing the wiring and sensors that weren’t wired correctly and install missing bolts on the engine! To date my car has still overheated 2X I have exhaust fumes in the cab and most importantly I have not been reimbursed for the rental car and don’t have the parts I paid for.
I want to start by saying that I know that costumers have different experiences with different auto shop but for me, Eurocare #111 on 249N in Houston,TX is the worst auto shop experience I ever had. As a United States Army disable veteran, I have nothing lie about this business. To be honest, I dont usually write review or complain about companies but I feel like this auto repair shop dupe me.I took car there ( a 2004 BMW 545I) for a crank but wouldnt start issue and paid over $2300 during this coronavirus period but they didnt fix the issue as promised. The car couldnt even start at the shop when I went to pick it up and it had to be towed back to place at my expense(another $80). I recommend taking your car somewhere if you can. This is because they are refusing to return my money back even after I reported them to the bbb. They had a long explanation letter to bbb even though the basic issue of no start wasnt fixed as promised. I have reported them to my bank to dispute the transaction and to the texas Attorney General office. If that still doesnt work, I finally intent to file a civil lawsuit against them. Please if you are reading and doubting, I have the receipt from the shop stating was was done, the towed truck receipt and a video evidence of the car not starting on the same day that it was pick up from the shop. This is a pubic cry for for everybody reading and reviewing this. As of July 8 2020, 33 google costumers reviewers out of 87 give them a 3 stars and below rating with a lot of negative complaints. Very bad review for a business if you as my opinion. I really hope a news agecncy in Houston or the state can really investige this shop because I really feel betray. I trusted them too much for paying my bill before even checking on my car to see if the service was properly done. Thanks for reading.
ALWAYS confident when leaving my 335is with these guys, and fun to ask them questions too! Requested oil change, also brought my door trim into their shop in case they had the right mounts. Said they most likely didnt have mounts, so I left car with them until ready. Didnt notice until few days later that trim was mounted; impressed they didnt feel need to tell me they did that! They just flat took care of their customer! Fantastic group!
Very professional, transparent and helpful! I brought my jetta in and so far they have been much more helpful than the dealership. They were actually able to diagnose the correct problem with my car and even showed me the under the hood. If you aren’t satisfied with the dealership experience I highly recommend this shop.
The dude who works at the desk doesnt seem to be very bright. Left within 5 minutes of being there.
I been this place for oil change of my car yesterday the oil change was good and service was fine but the issue is i asked the guy that did you top up my steering fluid and coolant i asked same question for couple of times but after going home after my car is cooled down i check it they didnt do it in fact i asked them they said they did top up and again today i called them now they are saying they will not do it but same answer if they used tell me i used to some auto part store and get my oil and fluid ...my request is please listen to customer correctly before you guys answer thank you.If you ask me that i prefer this place i can just answer maybe but i am not satisfied by there service.
Been taking our 2005 Saab 93 there for 8+ years. Quality work and great customer service every time. Wouldnt trust our car to anyone else. They know were trying to baby this car for as long as we can so they offer recommendations along with the necessary repairs to squeeze every mile out of it. Prices are cheaper than dealership and more convenient with their pick up and drop, off service.
Manager and mechanics were honest and courteous to me on my first visit. The oil change service was a fair price. In and out quickly. The next day I brought another European car for repairs to clear a check engine light. Completed it much faster than expected. I didn’t intend to leave the car, but the manager secured a Lyft service, at their expense for me to get home and the car was ready the next day. I’ll be back.
Horrible quality of service. Seemed wonderfully nice at first but they fixed the wrong part, and wont make it right. Less than 5 miles of driving the same warning light came on. Just long enough for all the fluid they put in to drain out. They refuse to make the problem right unless I pay again. I spoke to Volkswagen and they said I was overcharged for even the original repair. I paid 600. Volkswagen said it should have cost about 300. I will only go to Volkswagen from now on even though it is further away.
I recommend this repair shop to anyone. I have all my work done there and have referred many friends. The staff is professional and they always go the extra mile for the customer. They take very good care of our autos and us.
I have used this company before in the past and they were excellent, but this past week I went there and they didnt do something right with my oil change and I had oil all in my driveway and at work on the ground. They had to send a tow truck to come and pick up my car, I wasnt happy with this kind of service could have messed up my new used purchased vehicle that didnt ha e a leak before the oil change happened...
Ive dealt with these guys in the past and they were great but today I called and a guy by the name of Brian answer the phone. Brian has no idea on how to take care of customers. I called to find out what they will charge for a particular service and he said he needed the vehicle there to tell me. I informed Brian that the vehicle is currently at the Infiniti dealership and I wanted to know what they would charge so I can compare and decide if I was going to let Brian his team do the work. Brian got frustrated with me and got an attitude. Needless to say I would never do business with these guys ever again thanks to Brian.
Thought they did a great job at first but then realized they only fixed the front pair of CV axles and nothing else that they were supposed to like the driver window being loose at the tip when going up every time and leaving the handbrake looser than its supposed to be when the car doesnt have ABS its always needed as a back up one. Also might have been too much to fix the drive axles and also were unclear about really needing to fix the torque strut also.
I love these people very nice and professional and worthy of my money. Thanks so much for all you do for me and my car.
I had a very good experience as a first time customer with EuroCare Imports Houston. Mr. Phillip was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patience...he was the reason I had my vehicle towed 173 miles for them to address my vehicle needs. Brian and Scott assisted me for the remaining time my vehicle was in their care. I definitely would have given a 5-Star, but I wound up having to spend money on 2 extra days for a car rental due to key fob arrival delays/price comparison matters (something to that affect). Overall, they provided quality service and competitive pricing compared to the dealership. Thank you EuroCare Imports Houston.
So where do I start, they charge way to much. In my case more than the BMW dealership would have to diagnose. Also, on top of that there diagnosis was completely wrong! Said I had blown relays and that my DME/ECU was bad. Which was completely wrong. Only took It here to save time but after hearing there misdiagnosis I got my car towed home. Check the relays they said were blown, and guess what they’re OKAY! Problem was not the DME it was the Valvetronic motor so if I had said yes to them changing my DME which was 4k they would’ve charged me more for the Valvetronic motor!!!! Absolutely terrible mechanics!!!!
Great Service Very Professional Stan The Man and The Techs did a great job fixing my bmw and for a respectful cost and working with my horrible warranty company
Eurocare did an exhaustive inspection of a car that I was considering buying. They were awesome and literally saved us many thousands of dollars and just as many headaches in the future. Chad was the manager and was highly knowledgeable and upfront about what we were thinking about purchasing. I am extremely happy and grateful to them and will definitely use them in the future.
This place definitely is doing it right. When I had a few issues with my car I took it here and they were upfront, honest and transparent with the problems. They fixed it quick and got me back up and running. Since then, I have taken the car here for oil changes and other minor issues and the staff is always great. Ive met someone different each time and every single person has been top notch. I would absolutely recommend this place and I will continue to take my vehicles here!
Nice professional people took great care of me both time. I really do appreciate it!!!! Will be the only people working on my Audi A6
Today I had my first experience with Eurocare. I spoke with Chad on the phone and he gave me advise on my situation first before going there. However, I was getting unhappy with a Mazda dealership and wanted my car serviced with Eurocare so I contacted Chad. Chad was so friendly as well as the entire staff. My technician, John was awesome. He took his time with my car and did his best to make sure it was running up to specs!! I will recommend this repair shop to everyone. It was actually a great Saturday for being at a repair shop. Thank you guys!
They did a great job, found the issue that the Toyota dealer could not. Fair, honest, Brian and John are top notch.
We have been using these guys for yesrs. They ALWAYS do a great job, fair prices and are always friendly. Johnathon, our mechanic, can work on ANYTHING with great precision and takes a ton of pride in his work! Chad, the manager is always nice and rakes care of the customers as if they are family!
Eurocare is a great neighbor! My car wouldnt start even after attempting a jump start. I thought the starter was out, I called Eurocare and they were neighborly enough to send a mechanic over to jump start car. We found that we didnt need a starter and battery was working properly
Dont go here. I took my Mercedes here four times, and that was enough to figure out they dont fully inspect the vehicle (they missed on multiple occasions that my tires were extremely worn and needed an alignment, on top of lots of other things, like mounts that vibrate and an engine oil leak). On top of that I ended up having to go back to the dealership and back to the place where I bought the car to have everything fully documented and actually fixed. What a nightmare. The body shop guy even told me he smoked marijuana, thats all he really cared about and thats why he was moving back to California. Should I go on? Just take your car elsewhere.
This is our second Porsche that we have had EuroCare work on and have been extremely pleased with them. Brian, their manager, is extremely professional and transparent in providing options to save the consumer money. Their lead technician is highly competent and dedicated to customer satisfaction. We have been so pleased that two of our friends now use EuroCare.
I now have all three of my vehicles being serviced at Eurocare. They take great care of us, and the manager, Scotty, is a hard worker, honest, and very friendly. They take such great care of us, we wouldnt go anywhere else. Weve been using Eurocare for over 5 years now. They always keep us informed of repairs needed, cost, and have always delivered on-time, every time.
Everyone was nice and professional, I will definitely be back!
I used these guys in the past and they were great... today - not so much? I was told to be there first thing this morning to get in and out for a running light bulb. Told the guy I was in a hurry because I was headed out of town - no sense of urgency. My bill was $100 more than the dealership and it took me 1-1/2 hours FOR A BULB! All I can say is they were way up under the hood for an hour to change a BULB so they could charge me the $140 for an hour of labor. For minor issues Ill stick with the BMW dealership.
We have had all of our vehicles worked on at EuroCar. (Volvo, Silverado, Infinity and Charger) No matter what the issues they are all fixed correctly, the 1st time.. The staff there is ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of the repairs. They always look for possible problems and suggest repairs WITHOUT high pressure sales. Jonathon has been our tech and is 100% vested in customer satisfaction. We trust these guys without a doubt.
I moved to Houston from Atlanta my mechanic told me everything was good to go so I drove my car here. While here my check engine light came one. This shop will try to take advantage of you. Telling me that I needed a mass airflow and that my Alternator made it go bad. Now keep in mind I drove it to the shop. Either and Alternator word or it don’t fromMy experience. They said that it was Spiking and that it “probably” made the mass air flow go bad. Probably??? You not even sure? Then even went so far as to say that since they were going to be taking the Alternator off that they were just gonna go ahead and replace 3 belts. Not that I needed the belts but since they were there it just made sense. Bringing a grand total of $2208. Even tried to get me to finance it if I didn’t have the money. I paid their diagnostic charge and took my car somewhere else. It only needs a mass airflow. A part that cost $55 and even if it needed an Alternator that part cost $135 and the 3 belts were $10 each. So what was the $2208 for mostly labor? I’m not saying they don’t do work but they need to just fix what’s wrong and stop trying to up sale you on stuff you don’t even need based on speculation.
DO NOT even call this company talk less going there. Im amazed they are actually still in business. Cheated my wife 3yrs ago as I was out of town in making her pay $500 where EVERYONE else charge $200. I called to complain and was told its bcos I have a 5yr warranty. Long story short... called them today to ask, they took my details, made drive down only to tell me I had a 36months cover. I had to drive 10 miles to be told that?!?! The dude then had the balls to say hell run a diagnostic to see if its really the battery for $80!!! Went to AutoZone changed it all with a 5yr warranty for $180. Eurotrash wanted to charge me $500! Again!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! Bad Company!!!
Had my transmission fluid changed for my VW Routan 2 weeks ago. I found the customer service great, since its under new management. They were very attentive, completed the job on time and at a fair price. I later returned 5 days later to replace/repair a broken antenna for the van, same result. Id go back, as their prices are lower than the dealership. The manager was straightforward, so there were no surprises.
I took an SL500 to do visual inspection before buying it. They put me on the table what the car needed to be done to fix some damages. Also, they told me what was fixed lately as far as they could see. They took the time to explain me the required maintenance to be up to date for this vehicle.Their explanation was sincere whether I stay or not with them to make the repairs needed after buying that car.Ill give them 5 stars for their honestly really odd nowadays.
Great Job, and affordable. Will do more business with them in the future.
Eurocare saved my day, as in my Saturday. I had intended to change the brakes on my wifes Audi A6. I ordered the parts and once they arrived I jumped in to the project on Saturday morning. Everything started out ok. Once I looked at everything, I decided to consult the all powerful internet for guidance. 2 minutes into the “instructional video” I realized that I did not have the necessary tools required. I called a previous mechanic that I use and they could do the job, but not use my parts, bummer. So I called Eurocare, and received the reply, “yes we can use your parts, but we cannot warranty them”. Quick side note: had I done the brake job, there was not going to be a warranty anyway. I dropped the car off after putting the wheels back on, and received a text message less than 2 hours later, informing me that the job was done. When I first dropped off the car, the manager immediately addressed the EPB issue, as in you need a cable and software to correctly reset the Electronic Parking Brake. That alone was a big relief, as he was knowledgable about the system. When I went to pick the car up, the mechanic was concerned enough to ask me who had previously worked on the vehicle, as some of the lug nuts were not torqued to spec. Just pointing that out confirmed to me the attention to detail they posses. So Eurocare will now receive my business from now on, for any repair other then the factory maintenance. If I could give em 6 stars I would. Great job, cost way less than Audi, and even offered to explain the “bed in” procedure for new brakes to my wife. 2 thumbs way up.
Originally thought they offered fair and good service. They seemed to go all out to help, but had BMW in the shop three times in the last 6 months and discovered charges were 10 - 15% above BMW dealer price. When confronted, their response was, People with cars like that expect to pay a lot. EuroCare Visa card was also misrepresented. Obviously Ill never again return there or refer them. If I could, Id give a negative star.
Eurocare assisted me. In June 2014, my car broke down on I10 close to Houston and they were the closest store. i was given a detailed breakdown on the reason for the breakdown. The team there are very knowledgeable and friendly. I received great customer service and since they fixed my car I have not had any issues. i highly recommend this business. Thanks Eurocare, Anthony and Cody
I went to get my car worked on, they did not explain things well to me at all they were very short with everything. They told me I needed a part replaced so I agreed. Then they told me my car was fixed. Come to find out the problem was not fixed. I took it to get a second opinion and the part they said they replaced wasn’t even replaced! The mechanic showed me it was still messed up and worn out. I went back to euro care and they told me it was actually another problem instead. I feel lied to. I will never recommend or go back here again.
I brought my 2014 Audi in for an oil change. Almost immediately afterwards I started getting low oil messages on the car. I brought it back and they told me that there was a gasket that needed to be replaced and would cost me $900 .then came bsba and told me $500. I took it some place else. The case is cracked from the oil change they provided. I wont be back.
Fast friendly service. Fixed dealership mistake . Talked with technician personally felt informed and cared about. Love these guys
The experience was fine. However, I left my wallet in my car as I had someone pick me up so I wouldnt have to wait. And I left my wallet in the car on my seat. I had $110 in my wallet when I left it and then when I came back only had $10. I confronted the guy at the desk Scott about it and he said that none of his guys would do that. But refused to confront them and ask them to be searched because it said it would only escalate the situation. Also wanted to charge me $450 for a control arm bushing that cost $100 from the dealer. Total rip off. I did not read the reviews before going. Hope this helps save someone else next time
Chad was great in explaining all my questions and the mechanics are helpful and care about your concerns. I am coming back when I need service on my vehicle.
Alright I’ve been sitting on this review for a couple of months now. I brought my 14 Passat into the shop after the EPC light and check engine light came on. The diagnoses was that the crank case vent valve needed replacing. So they replaced it, $3-400 later. A couple of months go by and the problem persists. I take the car back to EuroCare and as if they had no memory or record of my car being there previously, they told me the problem was the crank case vent valve and needed replacing. I told them that they had just replaced it months ago. So they replaced that one for free a second time and told me the spark plugs needed replacing, $440 later the problem isn’t fixed. The shop mechanic also forgot to re attach the plastic engine cover so I had to return to the shop for that. I took my car to another local Euro brand shop which diagnosed the entire problem down to a faulty fuel pump. I personally replaced the pump, problem solved.EuroCare don’t seem to know what they are doing or they know exactly what they’re doing with your money in their pocket. Either way, I recommend avoiding EuroCare and going to another mechanic. In all actuality I will never buy a European car again.
Tried Euro Imports thinking I could save some money from the dealership rates. My husband went in for a quote and was given a rate slightly lower than what the dealership had given us. But in the end they did not honor this rate and added an additional service that they said was necessary that was never brought up when they gave my husband the original quote. In the end we paid more and did not get any of the perks of the dealership (loaner car, car wash, awesome customer service…).
Went there for normal car check-up/maintenance. Car only driven for fun and had no damage when left in Eurocares possession. When I picked it up, the drivers side light was damaged. Manager questioned his employees and they told him they did not do the damage. They refuse to repair the light. Dont take your car to Eurocare at location 21811 TX-249.
Never had a problem with this shop and take both my cars there. They even fixed a flat of mine at no charge. I will and do go back.
Great customer service
Very professional and personable staff.
They lied to me about having my A/C fixed. Charged me $700 for some sensors which did not fix the problem. I looked online to try and find what the problem was(it seemed it was the Blower Motor) then took it to the Mercedes dealership where they tested the car to find it was the Blower motor. Bottom line is these people are crooks, will charge you high price and not do anything to fix the car. I will never go to this place again. I learned my lesson.
I took my Mercedes to Eurocare to replace my blower motor and resistor. Stan, the sales guy there stated the parts were almost 1,000 and the labor was 700 on top of that. I called another shop and the parts AND the labor was about 700. I called Stan to speak with the owner and he told me to look on the website and call the number there then hung up on me. I SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!I put a negative review with them earlier but, they found a way to remove it.EUROCARE IS A PLACE WHERE YOU GET RIPPED OFF AVOID THEM!
For people that supposedly specialize in cars like my wifes 1999 Mercedes c230, they were clueless about some things, and those mistakes cost me $200 in extra labor. They are fairly fast and friendly enough, so I didnt mark them a zero, but as a teacher thats a fair bit of money that I really couldnt afford to just throw away because the guy didnt know his job. This will likely be my last repair here.
Very quick and a fair price
I called at 10:00 AM on a Saturday to see about my Merc SL550. Had a trunk latch/convertible top issue. They looked at it and found the problem in about an hour. After finding that the part was available, they took me home and then called at 3:00 PM saying my baby was fixed. So far, all is well and working fine. Enjoyed hanging with the out front folks for a couple of hours trading car/motorcycle tales. I had a very good experience. Car repair issues can get emotional - and expensive - they helped me get my car fixed in time for a trip. The part cost more than the labor for a change. Thanks, guys!
Great service and friendly, knowledgeable staff!
BEWARE of this place... I repeat... BEWARE!!! I took my wifes car in to check out the a/c, which was not cooling down. I only went there for the first time to try them out after receiving some nice coupons from them in the mail. I agreed to have them evacuate and recharge the system because otherwise they would not be able to diagnose the problem and check for possible leaks. So, after 2 hours of being there, they came back and told me that no leaks were observed, but the compressor clutch was still not engaging. Therefore, they asked me if Id allow them to proceed with an electrical diagnosis, which would cost me over $100 to $150 more. I told them I ran out of time for that day and would have to come back another day, so I had to pay them $145 ($175 - $30 coupon) although the a/c was still not working. They proceeded to tell me they would go ahead and discount the electrical diag charge by $30 and waive the cost for recharging the system if needed. A.. how nice of them. They really wanted me to come back... of course, I was actually planning to do so since the a/c STILL wasnt working and I thought I should take it back to the eurocar specialists when I found the next available time slot. HOWEVER, I NEVER WENT BACK, because after driving the car for a whole week in the heat without a/c, I decided to jack up the car and take a look around myself out of curiosity. What I immediately found, right there in front of me was that the electrical CONNECTOR FOR THE COMPRESSOR WAS LEFT UNPLUGGED and hanging there!!!!!!! I had the car running, and the moment I plugged it back in, the compressor kicked on, and ABRACADABRA... a/c works again and got ice cold!!! It still works today, 8 MONTHS later! No wonder they offered nice discounts to come back and spend more money, just so they can plug the connector back in!! So much for the expert electrical diagnosis, for which I probably would have waited another 2 hours in their beautiful waiting room, drinking the free coffee. HA, dont be fooled folks... the place looks really good, the guys there are very professional and will tell you things that sound legit, but they are throwing you for a loop! Youre better off going to the dealer!!! Go to this place AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Did a great job on my 2010 Camaro the oil change was fast and even showed me my fluids and how close my break pads were to the rotors and gave me a quote. will be coming back to get that done.
Audi A8L 2013 EPC light came back on after they said they fixed it and they hit my car because its was longer than they thought it was. Never goin back here again.
I take my wifes s350 there for service there instead of the dealersgip for one reason. Service!!!
Please people stay away from this place I am so upset. the guy ask for CASH and only CASH to domy inspection and then charge 202.50 and did nothing to fix my car.
Worst auto place ever!! TOTAL RIP OFF. I would give it a negative review if I could. This place was a complete SCAM!! Theyre clue less about BMW s, I learned my lesson and I will need to look up reviews in the future.
