I have been with State Farm for 20 years. I was with Jim Haley and when he retired his clients got split between to other agents. Jim Haley wasnt just an agent he was a friend. Minh Le took over half of his clients and becasue I moved so far away I was placed with an agent closer to my physical location. To my heart ache I discovered not all people care like Jim. So I petitioned to be returned to who Jim choose to take over his practice. And then I met Rose. She is everything Jim was and more. Patient, knowledgeful, resourceful and follows up with your concerns and or questions. Minh Le is kind as well, but she obviously knows the keys to a successful business is to be a great leader and to hire people that care to run the daily operations of a business.
