I had the pleasure of starting my commercial auto policy with Mohammad. He walked me through the entire process with ease while patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I was truly impressed with the level of customer service. I highly recommend this company!

It started off well with National Insurance of America. However about a month into the insurance, I received a mail in the letter saying there is an increase in a premium by 25%. The main reason given was because instead of brick veneer the predominant material of the walls was siding. Which does not make sense and claiming it was vacant. They came once when we were out of town and claimed that fact. The building is occupied by 4 people.I did not agree to the increase in the premium, so they they cancelled my insurance - they they refunded only 2/3 of my premium. For less than 2 months worth of coverage. I dont know what my agent Junaid was doing to help address this but it just seems like he is a middle man that pings information back and forth
