I was really hoping to be a loyal customer for this particular office. However, they are very unprofessional. Each time I call them they say that they will call me back and they NEVER CALL BACK. I always end up calling them back. I even brought them a lot of my friends but no more. I wont recommend any of my friends this office for sure.They also raised my friends rate without any notice. When I called them couple of times I wanted to talk to their boss Gaston but they never connected me to him because they knew o was going to complain.What Im writing here is not even enough for me. I will also call and e mail their district manager.I dont know what all these positive reviews about but Im very disappointed with this particular office.I would say do not waste your time calling them. Go somewhere else...

Ive had State farm for 5 years through Gaston Arguelles and by far maybe every year or so maybe 2 years apart i check prices with other insurances and none of them EVER get close to the prices they give me for my two cars. Recently tried it again and it did not work for me, my insurance for the 1st time in 5 years went up after it usually goes down, went up $30 bucks but i called, they made the necessary adjustments and Im back at my old rate! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

After 9 years with State Farm they decided to cancel my policy, we had three cars and also renters insurance, we have paid more in 9 years than the 3 claims for no more than $ 6000, we also set up direct payments so never skipped a payment, we paid around 42k in 9 years, but still due to 3 claims they dicided to cancel the policy, once more we are victims of insurance busineses that conduct bad practice and still not hold accountable!! We prove loyalty and in return we was rob!!! Please choose any other insurance company but stay away from these thieves!!

I had a Insurance with state farm from couple of month and everything is fine, after few month they cancel my policy without knowing any information like call, email or mail, i drive my car without insurance almost more than a month, now im with another company and my premium is high because State Farm did me without any reason. and when i had a insurance first time they put another person accident record in my policy. Also, i already talk to with agent and they didnt told me any specific reason to cancel. How they do this stupid things with me im not understood.When they need a information they call me many time and when they cancel my policy they cant call me even ? how is that possible??? i think this is the main discrimination for me from State Farm Insurance. and really stupid, careless insurance.

Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS STATE FARM INSURANCE. My wife went to get insurance for 4 cars took everything they needed. Every other week they would call/email saying they dont have enough information from us. After two month of going back and forward. state farm sent a letter saying they are canceling the policy for not enough information.
