I dont do many reviews however when my family were deciding to relocate from Massachusetts to Houston Texas there were many questions and concerns. We bought out new home remotely with only 1 physicians visit. I feel the need to acknowledge the fact that my family would likely not have been able to do this move without Jeremy and his offices help. They went above and beyond any realistic expectations i had and were instrumental in my move here. I can not recommend this team enough. I have been in Houston for a year now and have come to trust and rely on them for both my jeeps, my house and now even my dogs.

I literally dodged a bullet, a scam bullet.A couple days ago, I was quoted $67/month for basic liability and personal injury insurance online. I was waiting to be contacted by a State Farm insurance agent to discuss the quote I received online. When I didn’t hear back from them for a couple days, I decided to contact a local State Farm agent. I contacted the Kipling office and spoke with Kyle. I told Kyle what I was quoted online and he said he would call me back. When he called back, he came up with a number that was double the number I was quoted online, $125/month. When I asked him why it was double the quote I received online, he proceeded to tell me that because I hadn’t driven my car in the past 3 years, there was the assumption that I had been driving my car without insurance (even though I had clearly stated that because my engine was indisposed, I hadn’t been driving it), and because I contacted multiple agents for a quote (which isn’t true because I was waiting to be contacted) this increased my monthly premium. It sounded like a scam, so I told Kyle that I would shop around.Fortunately, a State Farm agent finally contacted me while I was looking at other quotes. They quoted the exact quote that I was quoted online, $67.I don’t know what Kyle was trying to do, but he definitely wasn’t trying to help me and I really feel like I dodged a scam bullet.

I transferred to Jeremys office several years ago and I have had the best experience with him and his staff.

I asked an associate of Jeremy Henrys a specific question regarding the exact information collected from their Drive Safe and Save program. Jeremy and his associates were ignorant of this information and refused to obtain this information for me, because it was my discount not theirs. Call me picky, but if Im going to pay more money for the same thing (insurance coverage), I want to see good customer service. Good customer service is not a.) being ignorant of how your systems work, and b.) giving your customers the runaround when they want information. For instance, in response to my question, they linked me to a FAQ that clearly did not answer my question. This tells me they didnt even bother to read my question to begin with.
