Bad customer service, screams at u over the phone just because appearantly Im not listening when your customer is at fault. I kno the law be careful who you scream at Mr Wong. Learn some proper customer service skills.

Horrible service. Was being charged for a fully loaded vehicle when I provided the vin number of my vehicle showing it was a base model. Was in an accident and got the run around. Had to do most of the leg work when I thought paying as much as i do that state farm would take care of me. Clean record as well

If you believe you bought the wrong car, you need to take it up to your dealer.
