The office of Jim Estep is the best in this City. I have gone through hard times in my life, loss of job, the flood, loss of child, and now we are dealing with the unknown. Every time State Farm has not turned the cold shoulder. Stephanie who works at the East Fwy office has been an angel. The whole staff is always so helpful. I highly recommend. They treat you like family.
