This, along with a competitive quote, made my decision an easy one. I moved my coverage from Allstate to State Farm. Im glad to know I will have Saida as my agent.

I have never had a headache with any business like the headache I had with them. They take forever to reply or call back; sometimes they dont even reach out. Replying to a customers email takes maybe about 5 seconds in my opinion; at least to let them know you received their email. They constantly change people in this office. So by the time we get to root of the issue, that person is no longer working there. They cut huge corners trying to save me money. For 6 months my wife was not on my auto policy, did not find out until I shopped around and the other agent had issues comparing the rates. Had something bad happened State Farm could of easily denied my claim. She was listed as a temporary driver, your spouse is suppose to be listed as primary driver. Even for the COVID discount they promoted, multiple girls here told me I would not receive credit due to me cancelling my auto policies. Even one told me to stay with State Farm and cancel as soon as I received the discount. Canceled my business policy as well, 2 months later my bill is almost with collections due to an unpaid balance due to their negligence. When I constantly reached to make sure I was fine and they assured me I was done. This office is a joke !! Not saying State Farm is because the prior agent was awesome but this office is horrible.

I called today to ask questions about my policy. I spoke with Karen and she was so great to talk with. She helped answer my questions and was really personal and wanted to know about how I was doing in the midst of these tough times. It was the best service I have recieved in a very long time. I call to have an appointment, they tell me its okay, I tell him Im on my way and they say perfect and when I arrive they cant help me since my state farm agent is the one who has to make the change for his office I tell him that this 3 hours away and they tell me so it is. They did not offer to call them and ask for the change, they did not offer anything they left me at the door without being able to enter. pathetic service

Even though they are out of my way, I trusted the referral and decided to call and see what they had to offer. I spoke with a representative in the office by the name of Michelle Cortes. On the phone, she was very down to earth which made it so much easier to talk with her and explain my needs.I didn’t get that car salesman type pitch that usually comes from insurance agencies nor was it a “this is your quote take it or leave it” which unfortunately I had gotten from other insurance companies. Just because it is mandatory for us to carry insurance shouldn’t mean the customer care and service can be non-existent.Michelle explained in great detail different plans and options available to me. She also evaluated my business insurance and was able to give me her expert insurance advice and suggestions. Angelica Vasquez State Farm is an insurance business I feel comfortable with and I know I can call my rep should I have any questions or concerns. I didn’t feel anything was left unanswered. I am very happy to do business with this agency.

Been waiting four months for documents to send to my auto lender while they keep charging me as if I dont have insurance. Zero hustle from this agency, they dont seem particularly interested in doing their jobs. The vibe I get is that theyre just disorganized. Pretty bummed because I got this through a personal reference from my best friend. I guess he just got lucky.

My first time getting insurance for my new home I had so many questions and concerns but the agent Sandra explained everything very well she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions will definitely keep them around for a long time.

This office is so unprofessional and, unlike a previous review, not knowledgeable at all. I have been calling every month for the past six months. Ive spoken to different staff members who put me on hold for what they tell me is a tiny moment and in the end nothing is resolved. Ive been getting overcharged $100 each month for what they say is back charges from one year ago. Simply because they have people that do not know what they are doing. This last phone call today, (of three I made since yesterday) was the worst customer service ever. The associate laughed about my frustration with them. I told her it wasnt funny to be overcharging people and will make myself present in the office to let her know how inappropriate and unprofessional is is. I can tell you right now who not to speak to. Jasmine, Wendy, and Saul. They dont know anything about anything.

Angelica does not even deserve a 1 star. Horrible customer service, never replies to emails or msgs. My wife cancelled her policy over 3 months ago but he continues to get monthly charges.

A few years back was ok having my policy’s with this location. But wow how things change. Pretty much I got ripped of by this agent. $500I was out. Promised they would take over to refinance my house at a LOCKED DOWN rate if I pay $500 right now quarantee. Short story they told me sorry you did not qualify and did not refund my money. Still looking to recover my money. Don’t let the fake smile and piles of make up fool you.
