HUGE SCAM STAY AWAY! (Ann Ton)Three months ago I contacted this place to get a quote on my companys insurance, the price was good so I went ahead and purchased the insurance, got the policy number and all verifications needed. A month later my brother asked me if I knew any insurance companies, as he was also looking for insurance for his company. I pointed him in this direction thinking I had a good deal and that he could get one two. Once speaking with a representative, I was informed by him that State Farm had denied my insurance, after being told that I was insured, so I called them and asked them A. Why no one called to at least tell me? B. If I wasnt insured why have they collected the payment?Either way the representative told me she would refund the money and I should see it in my account.. its already been three months with no sign of a refund. Every time I call they have a different excuse as to why my money hasnt been refunded.Total scam and dont recommend!
