Run away from this agent. once jannette stopped working on the front desk and chris took over. it has been nothing but a mess. it took them 4 months to cancel my policy and now its 6 months later and i still have not gotten all my money back. you will always be paying over what you have been quoted for. I transferred my policy with a different agent and i have been paying much less. so the problem is with the agent not the company.

Nick the person who took care of me was very quick in no time at all he gave me a quote he said he would call me back in 10 minutes and it only took like 3 minutes if that. Honestly, I dont understand why they cant do their jobs. Constantly my bill isnt updated and constantly I get disappointed by their lack of customers service. Multiple times I am told something they are going to do or they say they are going to get back to me on a quote and they never do. I always have to reach out to them, even if they told me THEY would call me back. Nope. I was chasing them for over a month trying to get my payment correct and the start date for my insurance correct. The agent who helped me (who no longer works there, of course) signed me up and got the date way wrong so I was being signed up incorrectly. I honestly didnt even want to give 1 star, I havent been pleased yet.
