We were customers of this business for many years, wanting to keep our business local and support a local business, but finally switched to a different insurance company after years of poor service and frustrating interactions. They make no effort to take care of the small things that other companies do for you and every interaction was rife with mistakes and misinformation. Even when trying to cancel they cost us money by giving us the incorrect information to submit in writing, causing us to cancel our policy a day early and telling me there is nothing they can be done, despite my new insurance company and our escrow company telling me it’s a common and easy fix.
