I was referred by a car business owner when I was in a rear-end collision. From the first time I called Beverly and Alicia were very kind and welcoming. I immediately got a feeling that this shop was genuine and cared my vehicle getting repaired. Once the care was repaired, I had a problem with the other persons larger insurance company paying for it. I was upset, but the staff here jumped in to help. The staff here immediately made phone calls. Carlos was very honest and great in his advice. Alicia was an absolute sweetheart in caring for me at the front desk. Then there was Tony whose mission in life must be to get things done! What a legend! If you want to trust a shop and have your car looking beautiful. There is no other shop to consider. Your last stop is here!!

I recently ran over a huge pothole and the front fender popped off and scratched it up. I brought my car into Uptown Collision and they treated me like family from the moment I walked in. I felt very comfortable leaving my new car in their hands. The quote was very reasonable and when I went to pick up my vehicle it looked great. They kept in communication with me the whole time and I was beyond satisfied with how the work came out. I will not hesitate to take my car here again in the future again!

I have used these guys to repair my car couple of months ago, although the repair took a long time they did not a good job and finally with GEICOs influence they tried to make that right. Recently, I did notice the door they have repaired does not open or lock properly, I contacted them and they have started with all sort of excuses that first this car did not get repaired here which I did have enough proof for that and finally they said there is nothing related to what they have done (big lie - they have changed the doors panel and worked on the lock) and lastly they have started SHOUTED on me that I should contact GEICO!! in my discussion with GGEICO, I realized GEICO hast stopped working with them (probably because of similar reasons). AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!!**As a clarification and responding to the reply from owner of shop, the lock did surprisingly work at the time I was at the shop, the root cause of problem was the fact that cap for the lock which missing; as a result some accumulated debris and dust was preventing the lock mechanism function properly. My point is that from beginning their personnel was acting in such a way to deny everything and was not happy that I have contacted them for this issue. Everybody respects policies (lets say that their policy is just guaranteeing paint and clear coat) but this is not something I was told from the beginning, from the other side Im positive no one can accept rude, un-professional behavior or being shouted by someone else.

Extremely Satisfied!!! This is the first time I use Uptown Collision, and I must admit I was truly impressed with the Customer Service, and how smooth and quick the process was from the beginning to the end. The repairs on my car from the accident looked really good, and very clean. I was also amazed at how quick the turn around was for my car to be ready. Thank you Uptown for the great experience! I will definitely be a returning customer, and will be recommending your business to family and friends.

I had a car accident, multiple parts of the car was damaged. I sent my car for repair in Uptown Collision and I really had a wonderful experience. The mechanists working there were very friendly and professional. The repair process was very professional and highly efficient! It only take 3 days for them to get my car ready. Not only did they fixed the damage, but also they did a full check-up on my car and cleaned it thoroughly.Now my car looks like a brand new car, clean and shiny inside and out. and it runs smoothly.Thanks for the excellent service, I would most definitely recommend it to everyone!👍

Four days past the Geico adjusters completion estimate date. Three days past their own online real-time status website. I had to call to get an update and was told that they are waiting on a part. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service so far.

Everyone at Uptown Collision Center went above and beyond my expectations. I brought my car in early Monday morning and it was finished within a few hours with a brand new painted bumper. They also buffed and detailed it making my car look brand new. I want to thank everyone at Uptown for their hard work ! Im extremely satisfied with the service that I recieved.

Who uses a glue gun towners keep a bumper being held up?! Ive had to take my car twice because it wasnt holding onto the hinges....so they glue it?! Theyll hear about it and Ill be making sure its fully taken care of.

Took my wifes car after a fender bender incident. GEICO and their adjusters at Uptown Collision have made this the best experience ever from making appointments with the body shop to taking care of liability claims. As for Uptown Collision they win 5 stars for exceptional customer service.

I took my car into Uptown Collision for a Geico estimate after an accident. Rich from Geico and the Uptown Collision team did an excellent job communicating the project status from start to finish. The collision repair was expected to take 10 days and they were able to have my car like new in 5 days. The work quality was superb.

I took my Tesla into Uptown to get the front end repaired from a parking lot collision as this was the recommended repair facility for Geico insurance. Uptown did a great job fixing the front end and the car actually looked better when I got it back than it did before the accident. However after a few days my wife noticed some overspray on the windshield and she called and talked with Louria who was very sympathetic and offered to get it completely corrected. We took the car back and when I got it back it had been fully detailed inside and out. The employees were very friendly both times I went there and I would definitely go back again.

Very rude customer service. I called to get an estimate for the labor and the lady on the phone was just straight up mean. I had called them previously and asked for an estimate including the part I needed and was told that the labor would be $40 but when I called again today and told them that I have the part and just need it installed, I was told the labor would be $140. I told the lady that when I called before, I was told $40, so she goes like why are you asking me again then when you have asked previously. I told her that I wanted to double check and confirm and she goes like you either get the work done or not. She did not have to be this mean and I didnt get it that they just completely changed the price when I told them I have the part already.

This was a suggested shop from Geico.My car got backed in to and needed a new driver door and front fender repair. Damage was around 2g.I should have shopped around but went here out of convenience.Was quoted at a 4 day turn around...it took twice as long. When I got the car, the front fender wasnt back on correctly so I had them fit it back together.I drove home and noticed my headlight on the left side didnt work. Turns out they not only neglected to hook up the wiring for the lights, but put the fender on in such a way that trapped the harness where I couldnt fix it myself. I made an appointment and they fixed it. This was months ago.Since then, the wheel well trim has come off because they did not fasten it correctly. Theres tiny clumps of body filler on the steering column and door handle. Theres over spray on the plastic trim, the windshield had a tiny film of clear coat over spray. The fender that was repaired doesnt look new, it looks like it was repaired.A ton of small details. Helpful and generally friendly staff...but poor workmanship. No attention to detail.And, pure conjecture that I cant prove and have no basis other than a faint recollection- when I dropped it off, it had about half a tank more fuel than when I got it.I dont recommend.

In addition to poor customer service, they do minimal repairs, rush work, and have poor quality. I took my car here multiple times to get minor repair work completed for a fender bender. Dont waste your time unless you prioritize cheap cost over quality work. I am seriously considering dropping Geico if this is the kind of repair shops they recommend/require. Inevitably they will give you a low estimate cost and you will be forced to front a major portion of the repair cost if you take it to a good repair shop/dealer. I also ended up with a quarter-sized dent on my rear fender and a scratch on my leather seat but will have to get it fixed myself since it will be my word versus theirs to deal with these guys. I wish I would have read the reviews before using this shop.

Horrible experience. Ive been waiting 2 months for repairs after a collision, went to pick up was told car was perfect like new ( its a 2014 ) and it was horrible, not cleaned, new scratches etc. Never going back after I receive my car back which better be perfect.

Took my vehicle as part of a Geico comprehensive claim. We hit a piece of roadkill denting the front bumper, and tearing off the rear. When I got the vehicle back it was apparent that the A/C was not working and my thermostat read 50°F I literally flipped a u turn out of the drive way and when I brought it back they claimed “we never touched the a/c it must of been that way when you brought it in” (yes, we’re driving a 2 year old car In otherwise good condition in South Texas in August without A/C functioning, seems quite logical) once I showed them on their invoice they replaced the radiator mounting bracket they took it back and explained it “didn’t have any freeon in the system” I had to get a rental car again and wait an extra day. Once we got the car back I noticed inconsistent fan speeds and lack of A/C cooling. These people were paid $3000 for a simple body repair and I’m now in the position of having to repair an a/c system they damaged at my own expense.

Had my vehicle repaired at the center and when I picked it up, I noticed that the USB and Aux connection plugs were push out of place and the covers were completely broken. First of all I specifically said I did not want the interior of my car cleaned or touched unless absolutely necessary. However they did so anyways. It appears when they cleaned the inside of the vehicle they did so forcefully causing the damage. There was nothing wrong with the connections prior to me handing over my vehicle to Uptown. Upon me contacting the facility I spoke first with Maria who immediately denied any wrongdoing on their part, citing that their repair person is “old” and he wouldn’t have touched it. What does age have to do it in the first place? Unless the person is so old they were unable to realize what they were cleaning and damaged it on accident. Maria tells me to bring my vehicle in and upon arrival she is nowhere to be found. Another employee immediately rudely denied damaging my plugs by saying “we never touched anything”. Ok how can you be so sure? A blonde woman took photos of the damage and said she would give them to the owner who would contact me back. So far he has not. She further on to lie and say the interior of my car was not cleaned when I know it was. No one was even apologetic about the situation, just quick to avoid responsibility. I am not stupid. I left my vehicle in your care and ultimately there was more damage caused which I would like repaired. It may be insignificant to you but it’s major to me. UPDATE: Contacted again and spoke with Maria, and she claims the owner isn’t there and how he’s “very busy”. So in other words he is too busy to tend to his own company? Doesn’t make sense. Then like before she didn’t want to take responsibility and said “oh the guys don’t touch that stuff”. How can you know what your “guys” are doing every waking moment when working on vehicles? She went onto say the owner would be available tomorrow morning. Upon asking for his name she didn’t even know and had to go look it up! How do you not know who you work for? UPDATE: called yet again and finally was told to bring the car in. The employees acted like they were doing me a favor by fixing their mistake. I did speak with the owner who was nice about the situation and took responsibility and ownership as expected. Thank you.

I went to Uptown because it was a preferred shop for Geico with Enterprise on-site. Initially I felt very good about having my repairs done by them. That changed when there were more things wrong with my car when I went to pick it up than when I left the car with them initially. I ended up going to the dealer to have some of the problems corrected that did not exist prior to leaving my car with Uptown. After multiple trips to Uptown, the issues were resolved, but not without me making calls to Geico and the shop to get the issues addressed. This minor repair was a major headache. While their work is guaranteed, I hope I do not have to return.

I came here via Geico as it is a preferred location. They did minimal repair and the same problems as before persisted. I took it to a second Geico preferred location who performed twice the dollar value of service/repair that this place did. If you value your time, DO NOT COME HERE.If you want to come back again and again then by all means use this facility.NOTE: the other reviewer for this facility also had to bring it back (despite giving it a 5 star review)

This is the worst body shop i ever dealt with. They filled my front bumper clip joints with epoxy and now even other body shops could not fix it i have to drive this car with a saggy bumper . i get upset every time i think about it
