Mr. Houston told me my car was gonna be fully repaired before given back to me however they tried handing me my vehicle with no registration sticker and all the dashboard lights on and my radio not fixed . Was told my car would be waiting for me in the front when I got there due to me leaving work to go get it I was in a hurry was 3 hrs late back to work. Called me again saying dashboard lights were fixed but radio was still broken.. so I told him I was not taking my vehicle back till 100% fixed as was told by him. An after I already paid for my deductible. Accident happened July 31st we are now in September SMH definitely wouldnt take my vehicle here for anything else.

I went to this location for a estimate I have full coverage I spoke to Houston he was honest to tell me the damage to my car was not that expensive if I used my insurance I would pay more I took his advice canceled the claim and paid out of pocket i recommend this company the repair was so fastRosey and Evette in the front office are so nice and make sure the customers are taken care of my car looks brand new again

I read the bad reviews and took them into consideration but I have went here 3 times and I disagree. Houston is amazing, positive, optimistic and just an all around stand up guy. Always takes responsibility and has a firm handshake. Fixed both of my cars with no remaining issues. Unbelievably great service from this guy. Been a customer twice and both times I have had the best service delivered. My car had to be fixed and the whole process which included getting a rental car that partners with them was smooth as well as the duration of the waiting for my car to get fixed. They kept me updated on the whole process which was also a plus. I would recommend this place if you need your car fixed.

I would give zero if I could.My car was toweled there two month ago while they said it should be fixed with in two weeks.Two months past,I kept calling them during the period and they delayed three times scheduled picking time.At last,they told me it cant be fixed and reported as total loss.Apparently they dont want to fix it or they dont how to fix a car(my car is not injured that bad and other body shop said it can be fixed in one week),they just want to make money from it.I really hope this place could be shut down forever.

This place is absolutely the best place to have your car repaired. They are constantly updating you on changes or timeframe of when your car will be done. They dealt directly with the insurance company, which saved me time. They provided a rental car for me on the spot. The turnaround on repairing my car was no longer than 5 days, which in my book that is a big plus. Bernice followed up after pick up of the vehicle to make sure I was extremely satisified with their work and customer service. I will definitely refer people and continue to bring my car to this place of business. Great job! Bernice is awesome!!

I purchased a vehicle with a couple of dents in the hood. After stopping at around 10 shops for estimates, I decided to go with Performance Collision to have my hood repaired and painted.Houston gave me an estimate of cost and time required within minutes when I stopped by. I was able to drop the vehicle off the next morning on my way to work (on a Wednesday). It was just before they opened when I dropped it off so I went back during my lunch hour to get my copy of the paper work. Houston offered to let me take a look at the progress they had already made on the repair. They called me Friday just after lunch (two days after dropping it off) to let me know the repair was finished and I picked the vehicle up that day after work. The hood looks great, the paint matches and blends with the rest of the vehicle, youd never know it was repaired. The price was exactly as quoted and the whole experience was as smooth as I hoped it would be. If I have a need for repair in the future, which could happen at any time with our traffic around here, Ill definitely go back to Performance.

I’ve dealt with this place before and let me be honest with you. I would “never” take my car to a small Mexican shop in my life ever again. They are crook and will make you Pay. Be very careful with those receptionist front desk lady!!!!! You will not going to get away easy from them. Also, “DO NOT” rent a car from this place because it’s belong to a 3rd party and once you return it, they will claim your insurance without you noticing. Trust me, take your business somewhere else. This is a completely fraudulent company that works with Imperial Wrecker service to chase vehicles that are broke down or totaled to their facility to charge exuberant storage fees. The wrecker service chases behind traffic accidents and takes them all to the dump - the people here are nothing but crooks - stay away - I have made all kinds of complaints and will be filing lawsuit!!!!

Was sued in 2013 for damage to my car and refuses to pay judgement. Stay far away from here.

I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing this place is. I first came here around September because of a minor accident I was in. Houston took great care of me and had my car done within a few days. He told me he had my back in the beginning and he means it! I had a few other things happen to my car over the last months and he answered my texts/calls within minutes with a solution to my problem. There is a $1,000 release fee, NOT DAILY STORAGE FEE, but release fee that they do not inform you about. If you can not pay the $1,000 release fee, youre only other option is to give them the title to your car. Reporting them to the BBB and taking them to small claims court.

Im not a relative of someone who works here and Im writing my own experience. This place is one of the best and Houston + his staff are extremely nice people. I had at fault accident in November and though my insurance took time for approval, Houston made sure to work tirelessly to get my car ready before Christmas. They also gave me updates on the progress every 2-3 days. My advice is to let them do their work and trust the process. I also want to thank Mr. Arturo, the tow truck driver, who took me to this shop. All these guys really helped me at very crucial time. I have told all my friends/co-workers to use this shop if they ever need any body work done.

Did a good job on truck but radio is not working. Picked up truck late on Wednesday, called Thursday about radio not picking up signals and was told they would talk to manager about it and return my call. Havent received call back yet.

I was stranded on the side of the road in an unsafe location with my 7 week old baby when Alfredo showed up. Alfredo took great care of us. He even helped put the carseat in the car when my mom picked me up and made sure everything was good before we left. He towed my vehicle to Performance Collision and talked to the mechanic who had my truck up and running a few hours later. My husband and I thank you, because things could have turned out a lot worse if you didnt show up when you did. We will definitely be coming back to yall if we need any work done on our truck. Good, honest mechanics are hard to come by and my truck is running great.

This place is just after your money they dont want to consider what are your thoughts of trying to save your car. My car got hit from behind and slightly in the front and gave me an estimate of border line total loss and my air bags didnt deploy its a2015 model. Spoke to the owner and all he kept saying was im confused i dont know what Im talking about and what not . All he wanted was to buy the car from me and leave me with nothing, overall this place is horrible they say the storage fee is $25 plus tax but dont get fooled their fees includes other bullshit fees and you will pay up the a** . I would give a 0 stars if there was an option.The incident happened a while back, but I remember the incident every time I see a tow truck. Basically their tow truck picked up my car and when they dropped it off the tow truck ripped off my front bumper. At first the wrecker said he was going to take care of it and so did Performance. He dad the nerve to still charge me. I left the car for them to repair and when I came to pick up the car after a week they did nothing claiming that my bumper was already damaged. My car has never been in any accidents so they were completely lying to avoid paying for the repair. I spoke to the manager and then the owner and both did nothing. I filed a claim with the BBB and also filed the claim with my insurance company who took care of the repair minus the deductible I had to pay for. Never trust this company.

I was concerned to get them home and if need take them to hospital. I requested only for rental car so that we can head home. And I signed-up for rental agreement only... I was given additional document to print my name and address... and I even asked them to provide me a copy of what all documents I have signed and printed my name and address on, so that I can go through the paper work after the accident trauma. THEY have not given me a copy of documents where I have printed my name & address on.PLEASE NOTE they will not give you a COPY of any document:They will ask you to fill address and print name... and they will force you to Sign(DO NOT SIGN) even if you do not please do not print your name and address on any document.They force you to sign on papers in hurry...Please share this information and my bitter experience to other people who should never meet this worst croocket body shop EVER.Please Please Please avoid the below Body shop / Auto Storage...Performance Collision and/or MINETTA AUTO STORAGE @14635 MINETTA, HOUSTON, TX...He did not allow me to look at my car when I requested to take photos. Above all this when I was took my car out on 1/6, I had to pay for nothing (No Repairs) he charged me a total of USD 1685.16 TOTAL CHEAT.

GREAT EXPERIENCE I was having trouble finding a place to fix my car after my accident. The insurance company suggested a few shops to go to but One of my friends told me she had her car fixed here and liked the service so she told me to call them. I set up an appointment to go in and everyone there was very helpful. I took my car Feb 15th to get repairs after they looked at the damage they told me when it would be ready and they explained to me everything that needed to be done to my car. I left my car there that day and got updates on how everything was going with the repairs. Sure enough the day they told me the car would be ready they called me and told me that it was ready for pick up. They did an excellent job and im very pleased with the work they did. No doubt i would recommend anyone to go there.

Worst retail experience of my entire adult life, hands down. Never called to update, never returned my calls. Promised car would be ready several times only to have it not actually be ready or even close. Took 3 months to complete repairs and one year later I discovered that two tires were replaced that were suppose to be Hankook, insurance company was charged for Hankook but as it turns out, they were two completely different brands and NOT Hankook and now I cant get my tire pressure sensor to turn off.I literally wouldnt take my car to this place again if it were the last repair facility on earth, it was just that horrible.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR REPAIRS. My car was in a minor accident. Just needed a few minor repairs. Just cosmetic at that. It took two months to fix. Well, what they consider fixed. They NEVER return phone calls. You will have to call over and over and over to get an update. They never have any information and will tell you what ever you want to hear. The other insurance company said they had dragged it out so long that they were no longer going to pay for my rental. ( I had at first used thir rental car, charged me $50 with out my permission. Then waited two weeks for it to be put back on my card and it never happened. So i had to go up there and get my money back. ) So finally i get to pick up my car. I get there and what do i see?? The same busted grill that should have been replaced. Houston lied to me and told me it was because he had ran out of money relacing the headlights.. Well that is crap because the insurance company paid for the replacememnt. Then i fill up the windshield washer fluid and it all pours out. They didnt replace that either. So i call and I get Tavi. He said no problem, he will order a new one right away. Two weeks later that still have not returned my call. Have not ordered either part. My car looks like crap and they dont care.

You need to be able to trust whoever does work on your vehicle & you cant trust performance collision. After accident 4 yrs ago, they worked on our car & gave it back to us w/a leak on right side. We took it back & after 2 tries it was fixed. Then 2-3 wks ago, we noticed OTHER side was flooded. Serviced it at other shop, who explained that seam sealer along firewall was missing at all seams & that there was rust. They were aware of the background and reported that the mechanic from 4 yrs ago from perf. coll. did not put seam sealer on. They advised to take it to a dealership shop to have it repaired (thus, no motive for lying; honest mechanic). To avoid a thousands of $$$ bill & to have performance fix THEIR mistake, we took it back to performance collision to correct it free of charge. Seam sealer is liken to caulk--it prevents water leaking & car rusting. Houston (manager of performance collision) acknowledged their mistake 3 diff. times along w/admitting that the mechanic also left out a plug which would also keep water out. When we 1st brought car in, Houston said IF there was rust & it couldnt be removed by just stripping/sanding it, then hed remove & replace the affected panel(s). This wouldve been fine if hed done what he said he would, but he did not. I took pics of affected areas, showed them to honest mechanic; he reported that performance had cleaned off rust from the area before showing it to me b/c there was a lot more rust on that area when he viewed it than what was in the pic. He also stated there was a significant amount of rust on the apron side panel seam (connects to firewall structural piece). Rust was inside the seam. Houston claimed it was weld burns & denied rust. I got a 2nd opinion mechanic independent of perf. & honest mech. He & honest mech. both said if there was rust INSIDE of seam, that it needed to be removed, replaced, sanded, primed, seam sealed & painted otherwise it would continue to rust. Also, doing so would cover up extent of rust & hide all damage that was done. On structural piece and panel connecting to structural piece (w/out knowing the extent) its a HUGE safety concern as it compromises the structural integrity of the car. Houston refused to do this & didnt acknowledge that panel was rusted even though it was (confirmed by his own mechanic & honest mech. via pics). 30 min. after that convo I called and had him stop working on car & close it up. He AGREED. Yet, he worked on it anyway W/OUT PERMISSION! His unpermitted Kind act covered any of his screw ups from 4 yrs ago along w/current ones, which will now cost thousands of $$$ to undo if I want it checked & fixed correctly. Also, at least some online reviews that gave Performance Collision 5 star ratings are fakes. If you look at the reviews on citysearch for performance collision, there are 2 diff. people w/ 2 diff. names in 2 diff yrs that gave SAME 5 star review verbatim (One is Natalia, other is emily). There were 2 other reviews w/diff named people that was also word for word -Michael & Wade (different websites used for that review--citysearch & Google I think)

Tavi is someone I can trust to get the work done the right way without cutting any corners at a very reasonable price. I dont expect to hit any more mailboxes but if I do... its getting repaired at Performance Collision.

Owner Tavi lies. He will say anything to get your business and after that he does not care. He will not even talk to you. He told me that my car will be ready in 2~3 weeks, and I didnt get my car after 115 days AND after 115 days, my car was totalled. The shop manager HL is ok. He told me the car is going be ready 11 times for 11 dates and after I got the car, I had to go back to the shop 6 times for other problems, and my car is totalled at the end. I believe HL has the ability to do a good body work, but they DO NOT have the ability to do complicated mechanical work. Dont take any chance!

Lured in with the promise of a loaner, then had to pay for a rental. The receptionists screen all calls so unless Houston the manager has good news for you its a game of cat and mouse that you will not win. Had to make a trip to the shop to confront Houston in person and get him to quit lying and be straight with me as his excuses for lack of progress were obviously fabrications. Several unforeseen occurrences and inconveniences later, a 50 hour repair took 49 days. To top it off after going over ever item myself with the insurance estimate and supplements I had to have them fix several things that were still wrong while I was there to pick it up. Also they didnt repair my tire with a scratched rim they just moved it to the back driver side from front passenger. Do not recommend, never going back. Take your vehicle somewhere with certified mechanics and better management.
