Dan did an excellent job on a dent in a difficult area on our brand new black Jeep’s door panel near the body line. Others said it couldn’t be done or would require body work. Dan called me and worked us in a day early, was courteous and professional and stuck to his fair quoted price. I’d say the result is 95% which exceeded my expectations. Would gladly refer him to others, but hope I don’t need his services again anytime soon!

Very poor communication. I tried calling and texting, I did get a response via text, but he/she completely dropped the ball on setting an appt with me. It has been more than 24hr since. I guess this company chooses who they want to service.

I had three door dings from parking at the airport (thanks distracted careless drivers). Dent Shark came out and got them all repaired - I cant even see where the dings were. Professional and polite tech - car is back to looking like new! Highly recommended.

I wish they would have at least made a effort and attempt instead of just base it off a picture..I been around the PDR business at Autonation and seen some hard dents get wiggled out...but this company didnt even try...maybe he has alot of work, but the effort wasnt there ...I would have even met him at a location just a TRY is better than a NO ...and a picture

Pricing and the mobile service was great. However, I did not like how the drilled an access hole without informing me first on my 2020 Subaru. I have worked in the industry and understand that an access hole is needed on tough or hard to reach dents, but it does not appear that there was any effort to take a less evasive route on my trunk lid.

They did an excellent job repairing the dent in my wifes car. They came to our house and had the dent out in a short amount of time. Very friendly and professional. If you have a dent that needs repairing, this is who you should call.

Highly recommend. I called Dan on a Friday and he was at my apartment on a Monday. He worked with my work schedule and was done in 30 minutes. He has estimated this job to be $200 but charged me $160. The car looks brand new again! Shown in the photo is the before. He was very easy to work with and I’m really glad I called him. I don’t usually write reviews but his work needed to be noticed.

Texting them is a hassle on its own. They either take hours to respond or do not respond at all. You have to text them multiple times in order to get updates. They cannot even provide an exact time of arrival, but rather just say sometime in the afternoon, which makes it very inconvenient. Now ill be honest the guy that arrived is nice. But when he was getting ready to repair, he broke 2 tabs that held a cover under my hood (i did not discover this till after he left). After 5 minutes he stated the repair cannot be done. I am slightly mad the repair could not be accomplished, since i asked how close to factory the repair would be and they stated almost perfect, but also of their poor communication skills and the fact that he broke two tabs and just left.

Magic. They are quick to respond to calls or texts and gave a quote from pictures I texted them on Christmas eve. Daniel came out at 4pm, even though I originally told him 1pm and got held up at work. He was friendly, knowledge, and spent his time perfecting the job. I contacted Dan from Dent Sharks at about 2:30 and he was out to my house by 4 the same day. The dents were located on the roof and I was desperate to get them out before a detail job I had scheduled for the following day. The company I had previously contacted said they would have to drop the headliner to remove the dents, which I was trying to avoid at all cost. Dan was very determined to get the job done without dropping the headliner, which I really appreciated. He was more meticulous than I was and it wasn’t even his car. My new 2016 Silverado 1500 was involved in a fender bender after 3 months of ownership. The accident was deemed my fault by insurance and I was given a cut rate settlement for repairs by the insurance company. I wanted to avoid painting anything but bodyshops said that couldnt be avoided for my front bumper and driver side front fender. My fender had a huge dent that looked beyond repair (that didnt break the paint). Dan came out to the storage unit i rented to repair my truck myself and worked his magic. He saved my $1000+ fender for a fraction of the cost. I was amazed by the results. I had to get a new front bumper body color painted by a body shop and they didnt get an excellent color match. I was so extremely pleased they didnt spread the poor paint job onto my fender and driver door also. Huge thanks to Dan @ Dent Sharks!
