They were very nice and professional and took care of us quickly, and the lady at the front desk kept me fully updated when I dropped off the rental and picked my car up they helped me move my car seat and stroller and Brian even let my daughter have a couple toy cars that she loves.

Pro Tech replaced the front bumper and painted my Genesis. Work was done in the timeframe quoted and they matched the paint perfectly. The car looked as if I had just picked it up from the dealership with all mechanics and electrics maintained correctly. I would highly recommend Pro Tech for painting and collision needs.

ProTech did a wonderful job on my car and I would highly recommend them. Customer service was top notch.

First of all a BIG thanks to team ProTech. I found them to be professionals and polite folks. The bumper on my car looks like new and I my self was pleasantly surprised to look at it first. Not only did they fix the bumper on my car but they also did cleaning and wax on the whole car, which I had not expected. Awesome job! In addition they assured me to help me out with the insurance company, if need be. I dealt with Kimberly, Robert and Aru, all three of them were polite and understanding people. I would highly recommend ProTech.

Do not do any business with this collision center, I work for a dealership processing claims and gave this shop a lot of business. Till this day I have vehicles coming back that were repaired here and is been 6 months since I stopped doing business with them! They will repair a bumper instead of replacing it with a new one as written on the estimate. And if a damage is not visible they will not repair it and hide it . They also painted vehicles we sold in the front lot of the dealership and came back because the paint started to chip, so embarrassing!

My experience at Protech Collision Center has been wonderful. The front bumper and light of my Jeep was hit not too long ago and Protech worked with me throughout the entire process. I was highly recommended to Protech by friends and family and was not disappointed! The staff has been incredibly helpful and kind throughout this stressful time. They even helped me deal with the insurance company to try and resolve the claim issues. My Jeep looks GREAT now. Ive dealt with other body shops in town and this one is by far the best in the city. My Chevy Silverado was in a fender bender and Robert went above and beyond when it came to helping filing a claim with my insurance. I had got in accident and my drivers door and the left rear door were damaged. I dropped the car off on Wednesday it was ready for pick up by Friday. When I picked it up my entire outside of my car looked brand new and they cleaned the inside of the car as well, I also had another issue with my car and they happened to fix it for me and now she’s driving better than ever. Our son, Craig Kercho,, took his 2015 F150 truck to ProTech Collision to be repaired from a wreck last week. Picked up today and truck looked brand new! Had a couple dents fixed on my moms BMW. They did an exceptional job. I got to talk to the mechanic and painter in person. Work was done super fast! I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This place is great I had a trailer painted here they did a awesome gob at a fair price and were easy to deal with. I have other vehicles that need paint jobs Im happy I found a place close to home I know I can take them.

ProTech Collision was an amazing experience!! Aru, Jacob and Robert were all very professional and informative.They stayed in contact throughout the process and completed on time and on budget!I was concerned about the repairs being completed on time but Aru called me even earlier than expected to let me know my car was complete.Aru is great and apparently a great dancer! Make sure you ask him to show you his Moonwalk You wont be disappointed!

PROTECH took care of my baby! (Mustang) Robert went out of his way to take me thru the insurance process. They dropped me off at the car rental place, even offered to get me lunch while I waited.
