I recently had some work done on two of my cars at Collision Plus II. I had bumper repaired and added a rear deck lid to the other car. The quality of their work is first class and the customer service that Nick and Eric provided was phenomenal. I had both of my cars in and out in less than a week and their prices are very competitive.

Absolutely astounding work.I had my vehicle repaired at Collision Plus II recently and I couldnt have asked for a better experience! The vehicle was left better than I expected, which is EXACTLY what I expected from this team. The process to drop off my vehicle for repairs was very easy and everything was explained to me very thoroughly. They communicated with me very frequently and kept me in the loop at all times. I was very confident in the team and with good reason, there was no room for left for doubt.I was informed right away when my vehicle was ready. They even detailed my vehicle for me! If you need a rental car, enterprise will come and pick you up from here and you can also leave your the rental there and enterprise will come back and pick it up. Such a convenience.I would recommend Collision Plus II to anyone! They also guarantee their work for a lifetime! Here are before and after photos! DO NOT take the cheaper route and try to save some money, youll be doing yourself a disservice. I will be a customer of Collision Plus for life (hopefully I wont have to get it repaired again, though).

Excellent service and attention to detail. This shop is known for work on very high-end cars (Bentley, Porsche, Ferrari, etc.) and what I was impressed with is that they treated my job with the same amount of care and service even though I did not have the high-end vehicle. Excellent customer service. Top-notch quality work. My beautiful Cadillac ATS 3.6 Premium returned to its gorgeous condition after a hit & run thanks to Collision Plus II team. They worked with my insurance to fix properly above and beyond standard. Nick Patel, the manager was meticulous in explaining the damage and the process. He gave excellent advices too. Without insurance, the pricing is a bit stiff but you truly get what you paid for! The shop looks clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

I had a hit and run on my Lexus IS350, I heard about Nick and Collision Plus through co-workers, that he does a great job and can help me out. I was real nervous about going in and didnt really want to deal with it. Nick made me feel comfortable, explained to me the process and told me dont worry everything will be fine. A collision center that does what they say no bait and switch. Work is amazing and cannot tell whats been done! They also restore cars as well as certified Bentley Rolls-Royce Mercedes Tesla and McLaren. That experience just makes them that much better for All cars they repair.

The worst experience I had with them for 1.5 years. They worked on my Lexus car that was sent to them from Westside Lexus and the left bumper joint came out 3 times. Finally, they blamed for the little scratch that I have from parking lot under the bumper. They called it a damage. Now, they installed back and making a squeaking noise on bumpy road and I am taking it another professional body work. Some times they blamed Westside Lexus and me other time. I have yet to handle my my dispute with Westside lexus and review them too. They have a location on Bellaire too. Spoke to them, same thing.
