Beware of adesa assurance they make it seem like you can return every car and they charge for every car but they make it very difficult to return, they told me only 1 out of 5 of my cars is eligible to return why am I paying for every car if I can only return 1.

Another place where car lot owners can purchase any type of suv, car or tucks, including buses and commercial vehicles.

If I wouldve known this place pays 7.25 an hour, only work wednesdays part time, I wouldnt have wasted my tires thread, add extra mileage to my vehicle and wouldnt have spent the gas. Not worth my time. Youve costed me money today.

We picked up my husbands truck from here a few days ago, and it was a mess, they had destroyed the inside, all of his belongings were scattered around the truck. They took all of his change, and his phone charger. They took his ball hitch and gas cap off. His safety glasses for work were thrown all around the truck. When I called to get HRs number the woman that answered the phone hung up on me. I called back and she gave me a fake number. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

This is a Dealers only car auction. The buyers fees are reasonable and the r staff is helpful and courteous. Have been buying from here for well over 4 years and have had a pleasant experience throughout.

CHRIS the guy that drives the gas truck is VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. He purposely took A HOUR to bring up my four cars. He tried to push me out the way with the gas truck when I was trying to look at my gate passes. I WILL SUE. Corporate WILL hear from me.

Very upset with how i was treated here. I came to pick up my car and the receptionist was very rude and i ended up waiting an hour to get my car back not to mention they didnt even tell me my car was in their mechanic shop because my tire wasnt holding air. Terrible customer service over all.

The staff is rude, unprofessional, and condescending.Firstly, I am here to pick up a vehicle that was purchased and paid in full.I made an appointment and had it confirmed. However, when I arrived the employee had no record of my appointment. I showed her the emails confirming, and she said she would do her best to accommodate me. She said I would need to be patient while they found the car, and proceeded to complain about the size of the lot. The way she spoke to me was not friendly, it was condescending and demanding.It took them over an hour to get around to finding the car. Meanwhile, I wait in the Cafe area. While here, I notice several other interactions between staff and patrons where the staff were blatantly rude.It was a horrible experience, and I am downright shocked by their rudeness.

The All New ADESA Houston really stepped its game up. They got rid of all the terrible staff and re-vamped the place... Cleaned it up, and are getting more and more accounts. The new General Sales Manager, John Burge, is awesome and reliable. Amos is still there, dont worry. Hes heading the fleet department. Which means we can probably expect more fleet accounts, soon.Love everyone there and enjoy every Wednesday. Michael Schenks really picked the place up and ran with it. This is a dealer or registered dealer rep auction only. So, you wont get random civilians running around.

When you try to call them to schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle they never answer. That’s during business hours as well when they’re supposed to be open. Also, they don’t return calls from leaving voicemails either, I’ve left numerous voicemails, by the way. I think they’re trying to auction my car but it’s paid off now. This really makes no sense.

Aside from their outrageous buyers fees. They charge an additional $50 fee for online purchases. Instead of giving incentives for online purchases like most auctions do, they punish dealers to buy online with extra fees. If business is bad at Adesa, the solution is not raising the buyers fees. Basically, they dont want dealers to buy online.

I bought a car from adesa Houston payed for a post sale inspectio that they said covered the engine and the transmission. After giving me the run around about the vehicle for over a month and having to call corporate who actually did nothing. I got a call from corporate saying the GM at Adesa Houston says that because of the miles the car isnt covered by the psi. I asked the person what it covered before I got it and they told me engine and transmission since I was shipping the car from Houston Texas to Minnesota the 100.00 was worth it because if it had a major problem i would be out of it, or so I thought. So i asked corporate what the psi was even for then they said to to tell me what was wrong with the car. The only thing they told me at the auction was the car passed, not that at had a major transmission problem or the other problems that it hasTHIS AUCTION IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!

This auction is no different than any other sale, as professional buyers we are all suppose to do our due diligence to inspect vehicles, if you do this and still purchase a vehicle with issues, blame yourself not the auction business. This is possibly the worst Auction in the US. THE staff is very DISHONEST. THE ARB MANAGER IS A SCAM ARTIST. THE PSI LADY LIES TO YOUR FACE AND GIVES YOU A BIG SMILE WHILE DOING IT. THE FEES ARE OUTRAGEOUS AND THEY SELL MOSTLY JUNK CARS. Most of the staff is very rude and unprofessional but most importantly very dishonest. The auctioneers are making hell of a lot of side deals.
