But how come they cant properly park the cars based on auction dates, I buy 8 vehicles on one day, next day theyre everywhere! And why arent they automatically floored? I have to call in and ask them to floor, they can never lookup my dealer name and some dont know how to search with my AmericasAuto account # or AuctionAccess #... I have to call back for a new rep. I also never get calls back on my bids.

I come here alot to pickup and, transport vehicles to their said, destinations. I wish it were a bit more organized when looking for vehicles. Typically the vehicles that we pickup arent where theyre supposed to be and we can spend almost 15-20 mins looking for a vehicle

I dont like this place this place is very disrespectful they did my wife wrong and the supervisor there hurt her feelings and put something on paper that wasnt worthwhile and this place isnt good to work for or to buy a car from

The people working in the office and out on the lot are great, despite the fact they are over worked and under appreciated. I use to love this place.They were a great stop after another Thursday morning auction. I could always count on picking up an extra unit or two. However, after they expanded to allow for more inventory, it changed. Looks like a junk yard and junk sale. 60 percent of their lot looks like a junk yard, no place to test drive a vehicle, and God forbid you need to arbitrate a vehicle. They could care less about treating you fairly. They just want to twist their policy and point out you are wrong, you are just mistaken and pay them.....its unfortunate they cant see they have run off good customers . Possibly they are more profitable selling non running units and storing them there ?

It was a better auction before they started cutting cost and trying to make profit on everything. Cut Food, Cut Employee, Cut the good cars, Shame that they are noting doing at this location what actually made this location grow and grow, please go back to doing what actually made us come there....

I came to Americas a few times they have a huuuge selection of vehicles which I like.What I dont like is the sheer stupidity of one of the managers in the office.Im guessing hes a manager.My brother had purchased a vehicle there it was in fine condition when we bought it.However when we picked it up it was missing a rear tail light as well as the fuel pump.Now Im aware people go into auctions with the intent on stealing parts they need.Understanding!But the response my brother got from one of the managers was ridiculously handled.He was more concerned with his parking spotoutside of the gate where we had a few of our vehicles parked waiting for pick up.His Spot.After the fact he actually had an employee put a sign up for reserved parking.He didnt even address the fact that our property had been stolen from the vehicle.He didnt offer to look through survellience he showed absolutely ZERO concern for a customer!!Its not about the money we had to pay for repairs, its the lack of decency the lack of customer service and the lack of intelligence he displayed towards a business matter.Thats why our business will never do business with Americas again!Agh Mr.Nash one of the managers Im assuming never returned my brothers email.Giving the message to us They just dont care.I will take care in letting everyone I know Americas sucks when it comes to customer service.I will close this review adding that everyone in the pickup area are great!The porter peeps were very kind to myself and my dad the office staff can learn a thing or two from the people outside about how to treat others.
