Ive been doing business with this company for over a decade, both as a manager for another company and now as a business owner. All you need to know is that you cant go wrong with these folks. There is not anyone close to them when it comes to tents or as a one-stop-shop for all things events. What they tackle that impresses me the most is all of the deliveries around town that they handle with such ease. Not only are they impressive logistically, even the guys in the field, who are often tasked with difficult, custom delivery needs in the heat.....are amazing!!!!!! They are always so kind and appreciative of the snacks and drinks we try to give them. They also never try to rush you even though some of these events are ending in the early morning. From sales to delivery to pick up, this is a trained group of event industry professionals.

As a planner, I love that Aztec can be a one-stop-shop for all my clients rental needs. Whether we just need some chargers to elevate a head table or a full-scale private property build out, their team has the goods to make the day beautiful.

I am only just beginning in my process with Aztec for my wedding next year, and I am already blown away by Annette! She is the cheeriest, happiest soul and I cannot wait to continue working with her!

Aztec has so many options on table linens & I was able to find three that we used for cocktail tables, the head table, and guests tables. In addition, we rented two fans for the outside cocktail hour, a stage for the band, console table, a little stand for our unity candle at the altar, lounge seating for outside (most people sat for cocktail hour and many people went outside during the reception to hangout) and extra cocktail tables. They truly have everything and more. Marissa is great to work with! You can’t go wrong with choosing Aztec!

Aztec provided some absolutely beautiful chairs for my wedding! They were all in great condition, and the delivery and set up went flawlessly. I would absolutely book them again in the future!

I cant say enough great things about Aztec Events, and the help I received working with Yolanda Castellanos there. I was lucky to have found Aztec online when looking for china, stemware, and linen rentals for my daughters wedding. I had already been to two locations for rentals and been disappointed in the selection and quality of products offered. When I saw the china, stemware, and linens offered online by Aztec which were at comparable or better prices, I was excited but skeptical until I went to their showroom and saw the actual quality of their products in person -- it was a great surprise to see their very nice selection of heavier linen fabrics, and much nicer china, stemware, and flatware options from other places I had seen. And I was even more impressed with everything that arrived at the venue, how neat, clean, and well organized everything was, and their delivery was on time. Yolanda has been a treasure. I ended up making a number of adjustments to my order over time and she was always so helpful, and kept an accurate account of everything. She spent generous amounts of time helping me with my selections and providing guidance. I highly recommend Aztec Events, and would also refer you to Yolanda Castellanos to help you for placing your order!!!

Ive had the pleasure of working with this company a few times. All their sales people have been very good. They have been always accommodating and helpful. Ive been able to book very last minute and they could get it done. The prices are on par or better than anyone else I can find. Give them a try and let them show you how great they are.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!I would give them zero stars if I could!I used them for tables, chairs & linens. They claimed there were stains and mildew on the tablecloths and charged me for replacement tablecloths without my permission. After going back and forth with them several times, I disputed the credit card charge. They called and emailed me every day (and were extremely rude on the phone) asking for their payment even though I already paid and would not listen to what I was saying. Since I refused to pay for replacement tablecloths, they threatened to call the police and send me to collections.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I contacted Aztec earlier this year for a few rentals and really their prices are extremely palatable compared to other rentals. Marissa was my point of contact and she was extremely attentive kind and prudent. It made my job so much easier!! I had a mishap with one of the orders and it was an extremely bizarre situation however Yolanda was the hero in all of this. She was me distressed and gave me a chance to gather a solution. In the end we find that I didn’t receive what I had ordered but the fact that Aztec was honest about it just shows they put the customer first. Particularly Yolanda and with Javiers help. Truly she was the star because it showed me she’s people orientated and is a great rep for Aztec. Thank you Aztec for your honesty!!

My husband and I worked with Erin K at Aztec Events & Tents for rentals for our wedding in November 2018. Erin was helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable on the pieces that would look best in our venue, and she was great with communication (via phone and email). She was also very helpful when we needed to modify the contract a few weeks before the wedding. On the day of our event, furniture was delivered and picked up on time and it looked great. I was the wedding planner for my sons wedding that was held in my backyard. I have never done a wedding before so I really need all the guidance I could get. Then I met with Alexis Roberts at Aztec. Alexis did an awesome job. She was very helpful with design ideas when my husband and I went into the show room to make our selections. She labeled everything on my paperwork so I knew how it was all to be set up. My sons wedding was so beautiful and it very affordable thanks to Aztecs pricing. I spent 1/2 or less than I original figured up because Alexis took the time to help pick out only what I really need and did not try to oversell me. She was very professional and helpful and I will refer Aztec to everyone and tell them to ask for Alexis to ensure that they get great customer services as well. Thank Alexis and Aztec you made everything beautiful and special for us.

I absolutely love working with Aztec. Their entire team from sales down to the warehouse crew are amazing to work with. Everytime I come for a pick up for an event, the warehouse team takes extra steps to ensure that the order is perfect and that everything is accounted for. They are always so friendly when I pull up to the loading dock. Chelsea in the sales office is a dream to work with! She is on top of every detail and makes sure that I cover all of my bases when it comes to creating the perfect event. If I could give them 100 stars I would!!

Yolanda in sales department assisted me. She was efficient truly cared the napkins I was renting was the best color pallet for our event. I showed her photos of our clients dress and she was quick to suggest best table linen with napkin pairings. She went the extra mile to show me a better option. We decided to go with her suggestion and the event guest COMPLIMENTED our dinner set ups. :) overall friendly staff. Their policy is clear and easy to follow. I was greeted just as nicely upon returning our rented products.

Terrible customer service, staff does not care and they need a better payment system... they want you to fill out a credit card form (Not Secure) for them every time you work with them. If you work month to month or week to week they want the same information again and again for every order. They never offer to fill out the credit card form for you over the phone or in person. Setting up this company as a vendor for your company is a nightmare. It’s a shame because they do have good quality and they know it, so they don’t care on the service given.

I have had the pleasure of working with Aztec, and more specifically Chelsea Monroe from Aztec, for over 4 years to outsource tenting and rental items for my clients. Their pricing has always been competitive but their customer service and quality is what keeps me coming back. I know when I have an event with Aztec that the setup is going to run smoothly and my client is going to be happy with the end result. You are in good hands with this vendor!

This company doesnt seem very interested in making money. I called early today because my company was in a bind and needed folding chairs ASAP for a thanksgiving Charity event we are holding tomorrow. I called and they confirmed they had the items available and all they would need is to email me the quote, i needed to fill it out and get it back to them so we can proceed with picking up the order...fine.thirty minutes later no email - my boss is asking me for an update or an email ETA so i called back... they bounced me around until they finally located my sales rep (they must not work on commission because her customer service was definitely lacking) after i explained that i was calling to find out where the quote email was she told me they are very busy and their are people in front of me waiting for quotes - totally understandable. When i asked her if she knew approximately how long she thought it would take for me to receive the quote she just said NO no im not sure or anything else a customer could expect to this question just flat out no in a rude tone SOOO i interpreted that no as a they must not want my business so i will gladly take it elsewhere.. i called a different company and ordered / picked up chairs all in 1.5 hours time. just for reference its 3pm - still no email - and i called these people about 3 hours ago. Do yourself a favor and give your business to people that actually want it. there are far too many rental companies out there for you to have to deal with their rude and lackadaisical attitudes.

If youre looking to rent a Wedding tent or just have your entire outdoor wedding designed from the furniture to the seating to the tables to table coverings. This is the place to go. They have everything you are looking for and there staff is just amazing to work with. I love these people!

Aztec was not only very timely and efficient in accommodating our need for bleachers with somewhat short notice but they were also extremely reasonable in cost. Vanessa had even better ideas for our set up than what I called her with. We will absolutely be calling them again for future events.

I ordered a variety of items from Aztec for an intimate bridal shower including chiavari chairs, linens, flatware, and dishware. Everyone was extremely nice! I was able to request a quote online and saved an hour trip to their location. Brittany was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed! Their prices and quality are much better than other rental companies in the area, and they sometimes have specials/deals that can drastically cut costs. I would definitely recommend them for your next event :D

Vanessa with Aztec was a gem to work with on such short notice. We needed 130 chairs for a speaking event at our office and she got me everything I needed and provided a quick quote. Ill definitely be keeping Aztec in my vendor directory!

Im not usually one to put out a bad review on a company unless it was earned. I contacted Aztec in December to get a quote on wedding rentals for May. I was called in about 1-2 days to get details on what I was looking for and was assured I would receive an estimate via email by the end of the week. Its been 3 weeks now. Ive since submitted an additional request, been called again but missed it because I was in class, called back 30 seconds after the missed call (I kid you not), and got voicemail. Additionally, I sent my mother the number and had her call them, gave them information but the rep said she would call my mom back. That was a week ago. Still no call. Seriously, Aztec. New customer service reps that actually call when they say they will would be a great start for change. I dont have the time or patience to play phone tag every week.

For a place that does the volume of business that Aztec does the poor receptionist was completely overwhelmed. She was very nice and patient and helpful, but she she could have used some help. The place seemed unorganized. The selection of linens was sort of disappointing. And the kicker was when we picked them up (4 for $125) and got them to the event to throw them on the tables they were the wrong size. Just not a great experience.

I called these people, spoke to Jasmin. She could not have sounded less interested in earning my business. She picked up the phone and immediately placed me on hold. When she answered, she didnt give her name or greet (I had to ask). She made me repeat information I had already said. Told me she needed to check inventory but, they were probably already sold out for my date. She said they were closing in 5 minutes when there website indicates theyre open till 6:30. When challenged she explained she was leaving in 5 minutes. She proceeded to tell me that it would probably be until Monday before she got back to me. Terrible!I may have to buy from them yet as they seem to be the only game in town with a large enough tent. Being the largest in town has its disadvantages. Your employees begin to treat your customers like I was just treated. Successful, local business owners beware!- Celestino

Their trucks drive recklessly. Was hit by one and nearly run off of I-10. In the right lane he drifted right into me. Did not want to provide me with insurance, told me that he didn’t have it and would have to wait for his boss- as soon as the sheriff arrived the proof of insurance magically appeared for me to collect. I cannot even imagine the hell this claim is going to be. F- in taking responsibility for his actions. BEWARE

Only been once but staff was very friendly and they seem to have EVERYTHING. We rented chairs and a couple tables. They don’t have minimums which works for individuals who need to throw small parties.

Great stuff for parties and events, Yolanda was the lady that took care of my party needs and did it in a helpful and courteous manner!

Horrible customer service, I called the other day and was hung up on twice after asking about pricing for a big event coming up. I think the girls name was Taylor, How does a company stay in business with such horrible customer service? When she finally listen to what I had to say she acted like she was too busy for me! I needed to rent 9 tents maybe 10 for two days but I guess I am too small an order for them! Take your business else where, there plenty of other options in Houston!

Short version: Aztec erroneously charged me over $100 in delivery charges for an order that I specified *verbally and in writing* that I would be picking up myself, which I did. It should have been a simple mistake to fix, but despite 3 phone calls to the company and assurances that they would get back to me, they never called me back and never issued a credit to my account. I have the receipt showing a credit due to me as well as the string of emails between myself and the customer service rep about the order and the erroneous delivery charge. After the issue went unresolved for a month, I disputed the amount in question with my credit card company and forgot about it. Nine months later, Aztec sent me a bill stating that *I* owe *them* the amount that was due to be refunded. Unbelievable. The time and annoyance -- not to mention the $100 -- make it so Ill never do business with them again. Buyer beware.

Over priced for dirty tents and chipped paint on chairs. No communication between sales and operations so you will need to explain everything multiple times. The employees are miserable and kinda fude. All the problems start at the top im guessing its because the owners have no experience with events and just bought the company because it sounded like fun

Just got off the phone with the person in tent rentals. Very rude and not patient at all. I guess you can be like that when you charge 800 for a tent.

They were very rude and acted as if they didnt want my business. The customer sales rep, Christa, informed me they were closing in ten minutes, it was 4:50pm, so she couldnt help me and I had to call back the next day. If you dont want my business then fine!

We used them for a trade show and first they were scheduled to install the tent on Friday @ 9:00AM they end up installing the tent Saturday after 5:00PM. Second the tent was in the worst conditions, third overpriced. MY RECOMMENDATION FIND SOME ELSE.
