Customer service was great very very nice pieces a Furniture everything was nice
Great place to get brand new furniture way cheaper than the regular stores. The staff is absolutely amazing, always willing to help. We got our 6 pieces bedroom set for only 800, and it’s gorgeous and very comfortable. We also have dining set we got there for only 400, and 2 recliners made of leather for 800. We highly recommend to everyone, if you need a rug, a couch, porch decoration or patio furniture to come and check this place. They also have antique furniture sometimes- not every time, but sometimes they do. Love it.
Great Items and a great time. Greg has a great crew and definitely goes above and beyond to provide a great time for his customers. Will definitely be back to the next auction and cant wait for 4th of July event!!
Love the products at the Auction, the set-up is good, but I was very disgusted with how often the auctioneer publicly humiliates his wife who is there working her tail off. It is unnecessary and NOT funny at all. He should appreciate and praise her for being there supporting his business rather than constantly picking at her over the microphone in a shaming way. I have been there several times and this appears to always happen. I cannot just sit back and watch anymore without commenting about it on a review.
Being a true bargain hunter of new and used furniture/decor, we were dissappointed. Starting prices were at or above what we were considering our top price. The venue is a large warehouse with no air conditioning. There is an opportunity to view items a few days in advance and reserve a seat, but that is not posted on the website. The auction has a start time and they were prompt. There is opportunity to view the items prior to the auctionstart time plus you must register and have your number ready before the bidding begins. Also, this is not made clear in any information posted. There is not enough parking, especially if you bring a trailer. We did not stay past the first 30 minutes of bidding which was stated to take about 5 hours from start to finish. The pennies on the dollar savings were not worth it to us.If you like the thrill of a real auction and free alcoholic beverages, then you may enjoy this venue.
Reasonable prices and very welcoming people taking care of customers
Great auction. Great staff. Great buys. We have bought many items here over the years. If you want a fun evening with the opportunity to get some great buys you need to go to this auction!
Great place to buy home furnishings at a low reasonable price
One of the previous reviews shared online about the auctioneer is correct, I was one of their frequent customers in 2014, I invested a lot of money with them and made my money back, but every time I was there I will notice an attitude in the auctioneer, he likes to make very condescending comments about his movers, at the time, most of the group handling the physical work of carrying around the furniture were all Hispanics, not sure if they didnt speak English very well but if they missed any of his instructions because they were distracted or not understanding his orders, he would make very unpleasant jokes about them, making fun of them and been disrespectful (on the microphone). The audience there actually laughed all the time, so I assumed that the audience didnt see it as bad as I did.Im not their customer anymore because I found other sources to get cheaper furniture.Their strategy is to tell people that their furniture is coming from model homes but they get most of their products by getting bulks from a few different catalogs, it is what it is, they are successful people but I know that those movers are part of their success story!Laura from Cypress Tx
I went to the pre-auction viewing and LOVED so much. I couldnt go to the auction bc I had a previous engagement but look forward to the next one!
Great deals. A lot of fun.
Was a lot if fun, and beautiful thing.
Its decent auction place, seemed fair but things move fast so be ready!
Great deals! Top quality furniture
The auctioneer is rude, to his wife, employees and customers. He thinks he is funny but it does not come across as funny in the slightest. The furniture I purchased from their “model” home auctions a year ago has already fallen apart. The “leather” is peeling so badly I already need a new furniture set. The recliner on one side is also broken already. Never again will I purchase a big ticket item from this “model” home auction.
Deals can be had. Its a lot of fun too.
I visited the auction house today and like Mr. Johnson said 3 months ago Greg Majors did the same thing today. He yelled at an elderly black man to pick up a painting right through the microphone. It wasnt that the gentlemen wasnt working because he was, just like the rest of the employees. He used profanity which I felt was unprofessional to his employee and disrespectful to us customers. Im no sensitive flower but that wasnt the place for that language no matter how slight. He may be a master auctioneer but his attempts at comedy were distasteful (talking about his colonoscopy) and hes no southern gentlemen to patrons or employees. Hes had his colon checked one too many times. Lighten up.
Very good with white rice
