Would not consign here OR hire for a large auction. They limit their buyers due to requiring a 5000 deposit. Even if you want to buy something and limit yourself to 500 this company will not even allow you to participate. I use to get approved without a deposit but they stopped allowing me to bid. Now I literally watch items I want to buy get sold for a fraction of the price I would pay but I cannot even participate because I will not give a 5000 deposit. I have good bidding history and have a history with them buying items up to 14K.Im not rich and excluding buyers because they cannot or will not pay a 5K deposit to bid on something for 1K is a very bad business model. Its only losing money for them and for their sellers/ consignors. GO TO PERFECTION INDUSTRIAL SALES or RICHIE BROS, or any of the other 100s of companies in Tx. Really shameful for these people to disregard the history with buyers like myself just because they want to require a deposit and really sad they do not try to make the most for their sellers.... That should be the point. Wouldnt be in business without the sellers and the buyers.

First time to a machinery Auction. Mostly everything was good but I want to talk about paying an 18% preminum and then getting all your equipment back to the shop and all the lot tags are glued on with silicone gasket material. So I called to ask if there was a good way to get this off with out hurting the paint and they just laughed at me and gave me a number to some other person they have working. So I call him hoping to get some form of customer service, and surprise surprise - he was rude and acted as if I was an idiot for even calling him. So if you are going to buy anything at one of there auctions be carefull and dont expect to much. I sure hope they read this and change a few things up so those of us out here who care about machine tools dont spend half the day trying to get this dang glue off our machines and all after we spend 14 thousand dollars just to be laughed away for even calling to ask a simple question. I hope this gets read and someone fixes some of this, because we only learn from failure. And as my first experiance with an auction house and introduction to this company i would catagorize there preformance as a failure.
