I thought they did a great job at a fair price. They showed up when they said they would and they were knowledgeable on what they were doing because it was fixed quickly. It would have been a 5 star rating if I was able to get someone on the phone instead of them returning my call a day or so later but I would use them again.

First time using this company. I have a wine cooler that stopped working. Albert was the technician that came to my home for diagnosis the problem. He was quick and efficient. He found the problem, but there were several leaks. It took awhile for him to find the all leaks. However, he was persistent to fix it, instead of quitting, and announcing it to trash as most do. Showed his dedication to what he does. Finally, he was able to fix it and now my cooler is ready to be filled with wine. Woohoo!!!!Thanks Albert. Great job!

I do not recommend this company. They came over to checkout the water leaking issue with my LG fridge in the fresh food section and told me that I needed a new Evaporator Fan Motor, Defrost Heather, and Control Board. I paid a total of $290 for labor & parts. 3 Months down the road, the problem came up again and when I contacted them, they said Ill have to pay the same amount and theyll need to replace the same parts. So I did a little bit of research and found out that my problem MIGHT be a clogged drain, but because of the accumulated ice, the main panel broke and I had to buy a new one and have a professional replace it for me. The technician inspected the fridge and told me that my problem is simply a clogged drain and that my particular fridge does NOT have a Defrost Heater!! So now after several months I found out that the person that was sent to me from VAP actually lied about the problem and instead of cleaning the drain and charge me for that only, he charged me for parts that DONT exist!!

Repairman came and said I had freon leaking and he came back to fix the problem. It didnt fix my refrigerator. They called back and said my compressor was dying. Why didnt he discover that in the first place? Because of that Im spending almost the price of a new refrigerator. I feel like I was taken advantage of. Very disappointed in them.

Do not use. Hung up phone after the I tried to explain we never received a diagnose of what was wrong. Since then we are not with our same insurance company and stated it would be $450 after not calling back for three weeks. Do not use ever!!!!
