DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SERVICEI had a freezer icing issue. The tech showed up and indicated that it wasnow repaired. Charged $230. The freezer started icing again in the same way 7 weeks later. Called the company and they informed that they warrant the repairs only for 4 weeks and that the tech was on vacay at the moment BUT I was told that had to replace the icemaker. This manner resembles consumer fraud . Do not make the same mistake I did!UPDATE DO NOT USE EVEN WITH MORE REASONS - The owner has responded to my post stating that they do not have a record for my services or call and basically denying the whole incident. This is a straight forward lie. I called this AM and the office person was able find and site my service day and even the address. She also cited the correct repair $ amount, The phone number and the website indicates the consistent address. So obviously they were the company that visited me for this issue and I stand behind my findings and assessments of this company, even more, if possible now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Our fridge stopped working and we called Samsung Appliance Repair to get an evaluation. Diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator after careful and thorough examination. The repair quote seemed reasonable. The service we received was excellent. Thank you.

A++ service. Extremely knowledgeable about appliances. Was able to diagnose my issue with my oven quickly and efficiently. Would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs appliance service.

Available appointment within one day and was able to get parts and repair the very next day. Appointment booked, checked parts, ordered and repaired all before the “other” company I called even returned my call. Will definitely use them again for any future repairs. Repair person was polite and professional and did not waste any time servicing and repairing. Very impressed!!

Unfortunately, not impressed with this company. They gave me the wrong quote for the service charge and did not apply it to the repair fee as promised initially. I was happy with the repair but felt that they had not been honest with how they do business. I do not recommend this business if you are looking for honesty and transparency.

Excellent service, I highly recommend . I had a company out before to fix my fridge and they made the situation worse! This company did an awesome job fixing the initial issue and the problem the other company caused.

The review asked if I used the business. I didnt get a chance to. I called to make and appointment and was told that the charge for the service call was $79. I know what the issue is so I asked the guy could he bring the parts and fix it. He says what they do is come diagnose it and then give you an estimate. If you used them, they apply the $79 dollars to the estimated cost. If you dont, they keep the $79. I get that. Everybody does that so no problem. However in this case, I told him no, I didnt want to do that because I know what part is needed and what I want fixed. He says, the technicians usually carry all the parts so they can install right there I asked can give him the part number to see if they indeed have it so they can bring it with them. He says the techs arent here to check. I again say okay, can they call before they leave and let me know if they have it. He said they will call 15 mins before they arrive and will charge the 79 dollars. Then he hung up on me and did not call back. 4:48 PM. 6/18/2020. You dont do that. I actually had other appliances (because samsung makes horrible appliances) that need work. Now because this guy was smug and then just decided to hang up I felt the need to warn the rest of you before you engage these folks. To the company, be advised that Im not a bitter individual that expects special treatment but I would advise you speak with the individual on shift covering the phones at this time. Hes hurting yall. To the rest of you...RUN.

They didn’t show up to an appointment I scheduled. When I called after the three hour window the gave me to ask where they were, the answer I got was, “two crews were dispatched to your house and never made it...when it’s a bad day, it’s a bad day.” What does that even mean?! That doesn’t help me. They tried to reschedule for a weekday. If I could have done a weekday, I would have gone through my home warranty. Also, they’re listed as a 24 hour company, why should I have to wait for a weekday? Completely unprofessional.
