Impressed! From easy on line reservation to super helpful gate attendant pointing out where to park (covered) to a spotted van pulling up as I was getting out of my vehicle to showing up literally a few minutes after I retrieved my baggage to being dropped off at my vehicle, I was impressed and highly recommend.

Its a convenient place to park for Hobby, but the masks while riding the bus thing is a bit much - especially when youre returning from a long, unpleasant, masked trip.

How do I like the Houston Hobby Monroe Parking Spot? Let me count the ways...Easy access to I-45 from Monroe. Great staff who are professional, friendly and always have a smile on. Steady supply of shuttles to accommodate the facility. Cool water to quench the dehydration from your flight. Well done!

Parked at the Monroe location for a week in October of 2019. Great experience! Easy to find. Cost about $6 per day for covered. I was able to book it and pay in advance. The spots are narrow - but the aisle are wide. The shuttle arrived before we could all get out of the vehicle and the driver helped us load our luggage and our childrens car seats into the bus. He gave me a business card with our parking location on it. When we returned from our trip, a shuttle bus for Monroe arrived within 10 minutes, and the driver help us with all of our belongings again. I gave him the business card and he took us to our vehicle without any issues. He also helped us unload our belongings. Check out was as easy as scanning a barcode, and we were back home in no time.

The price was amazing and our driver Elizabeth M. was the best!! There was so much construction around the airport that tied up the other shuttles but she knew just the right route to take to get us there quickly. She was always so kind and helpful! She needs a raise :)!

EVERYTHING!!! It is almost perfect. My only critic is that I think that check out with coupons and AAA memberships could be a little bit faster.Other than that I love everything else about this location ans service. The attendants are great. I love the complementary water. The distance from the airport along with drive time is fantastic. Air conditioned buses. The price value is unbeatable along with gaining points to redeem for free days of parking.

I find your Texas locations to be consistent in their service to the customer. They are a reliable part of my travel planning. The pickup is fast and returns are usually less than 10 min, closer to five.

I liked the convenience of location, the friendly and professional staff and most of all the parking spot app. I have been parking at parking spot three times and have had no problems. My car has been safe and that makes me feel comfortable, so I can relax and enjoy my trip. I will be back!

Super convenient parking, the shuttle came immediately to our parking spot to take us to the airport. Coming back the app tells you what zone to go to for the shuttle. Paid on the app and drove home. Will definitely use again

The entire process was easy. Parking was great, pricing for the extended days was worth every penny. The attendant was very kind, he gave us bottles of water after our 3 hour plane ride which was a blessing! Will definitely use this parking lot again in the future.

The employees are friendly and helpful from the drivers to the attendant at the front gate. I travel early morning when it’s still dark and I never feel unsafe parking my vehicle in the lot or waiting for the shuttle to take me to the airport or return to my vehicle. The lot is well lit and safe. I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there when I travel.

Shuttle was fast to pick us up once we parked our vehicle, driver was friendly and helpful. Same for the driver on our return.Attendant who took our payment was just a nice and helpful, even provided us with bottled water. Prices were affordable and the route to the airport is quick, as well as access to the major freeway from this parking lot.

Very convenient location. The bus was right there to pick us up, and we did not wait more than 2 minutes, if that, when we returned at the airport. I would definitely use this service again, and recommend it to others.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and courteous service by the gate attendants and Jonathan the bus driver. The attendant gave me directions to park and sent the bus immediately to pick me up. No wait time. Jonathan is a very expeditious and safe driver. Wait time at the airport for return pickup was minimal and Jonathan loaded my luggage into my car. I was alone and felt very safe. Will definitely use this lot again. The cold water bottle was an unexpected treat at exiting.

Awesome service!! It was 8 of us and they got us to and from the airport in just a few minutes. We had a ton of luggage and the driver got us on and off very quickly. I was unsure about when we landed if we were suppose to call in advance to be picked up but when we got there the driver was there at the arrival ready to pick us up. So convenient!!! Gave him our ticket and he had us back to the car in no time. Checking out was a breeze!! The attendant was very helpful! Will definitely use the Hobby Spot again!!

I love the ease of the whole process. I can use my spot card, and dont have to worry about keeping track of a lot of small pieces of paper. I LOVE the bottle of water when you leave, flying always leaves me super thirsty and its so nice to not have to stop somewhere to find a drink, especially because I usually land fairly late at night.

They do a pretty good job. The shuttle drivers could be better. Prices are really good.

First driver who dropped us to the airport was really nice. She loaded our luggage from the trunk to the shuttle all by herself. The second driver wanted us to hand him our luggage so that he could keep the bags in the shuttle, and later just kept the bags on the stairs of the shuttle for us to transfer them to the street ourselves. He seemed lazy.

The Spot makes my trips so much easier not worrying about whos going to drive me. The prices are amazing and the employees treat you like family. I love it.

Fantastic service! It was easy to locate and park my car. They gave me clear instructions of where to go as I entered the facility. Immediately after I parked, a bus came to my car to pick me up and shuttle me to the airport. And when I returned, the bus picked me up and dropped me off right where Id parked my car. I was worried that my truck wouldnt start after being parked so long (Incredibly cold winter) and have had to jump-start it on a couple of occasions as i dont drive it on a daily basis. The team at Parking spot gave me piece of mind; they have a portable jump-starter available. It started on its own but the piece of mind is priceless!!!

This was extremely convenient for my needs. Dropped the dogs off at the pet hotel next door, parked my car, hopped in the fan for a quick, less than 5 min ride to the airport. Its always easy to get a shuttle ride to/from the airport and I appreciate the quality of service provided by staff. Bus drivers pick you up at your parking spot and always offer to assist with luggage. Ive never had an issue getting a ride back to the airport and have always been treated with courtesy and respect.

The Spot provided excellent service coming and going. Their pricing is realistic, drivers are friendly and timely, heavy luggage is on and off in no time! They provide a cold bottle of water for hot days. Also I arrived after 11 pm and I called to make sure they would provide service. They arrived within four minutes and they took my safety very seriously. EXCELLENT service!

Perfect spot close to the airport. Everyone I talked to, the drivers, attendants, etc. were helpful and kind. Wonderful experience with them and would highly recommend them.

Flight got in at 12:30am and it took 45min of us waiting before we were able to get on the bus. We kept calling their number to figure out when the next bus was coming and the lady on the phone kept stringing us along for over 30 min. This was my first and last time ever using the parking spot.

I will use this service from now on. They picked me up at my car almost as soon as I parked, they loaded my bags into the shuttle and had me at my terminal quickly. When I return to the airport, they pick me up promptly and got me back to my car and even loaded my bags into my car within minutes!

During the heavy rain season this place easily flood. I had my SUV parked nearby a drainage. When I arrived I realized the carpet was soaked and when i opened the rear door a small amount of water came out. I tried contacting the manager but never got a call back.

Always a simple online process to make a reservation and check-in. Ive never had an issue with the service provided and appreciate the assistance with my bags! Even when I fly in late (11-12 at night) Ive never had an issue getting a shuttle. The new automated scan service for reservations is also quick and easy to use!

Love this parking option. However, I wish they would increase shuttle flow during peak periods. It has been 10mins and 7 of The Parking Spots shuttles have come and gone...but not The Spot yet. :-/

I like the convenience of driving myself to airport and not depend on others, and The Parking Spot makes that happen for me. So far they have good customer service, drivers are welcoming and helpful and area is safe.

Parking Spot Monroe appears to have pulled the same terrible management team from predecessor Wally Park. If you a frequent traveler use Parking Spot 1 or 2. They dont honor their customer service reps promises & a few dollars in hand is more important to them than long term customer satisfaction. Use Uber its cheaper.

Charging for covered parking while parking in uncovered parking by mistake is not bad. But telling me that the extra charge will be refunded and not refunding is cheating. I dont know if it is the managers fault of the company itself is at fault. Either way its bad:(

Love it, the shuttle picks me up at my car, and drops me off at departures. And vice versa. Makes it super easy especially when traveling with my pup! They always help with my bags and I get a bottle of water when I check out. Perfect to rehydrate after being on a flight.I use to pay a lot to park at the airport and still have to carry my bags from the garage to the terminal. Spot helps my baggage situation lots. And I feel safer not having to walk through the parking garage if I come in at night.

Ive used this lot twice so far and love how convenient the service is. This is the cheapest lot, which means its the furthest away so shuttles dont run as frequently. But both times I have used it, the shuttle picked us up at our car almost immediately after we parked. The staff have always been friendly. The most difficult thing about it is keeping track of the ticket stubs they give you to get in/out of the gate and to get back on the shuttle when you get home. But checking in and out is always quick, and they give you a bottle of water when you leave.

Let us sit in 91F weather in parking lot for 20 minutes before sending a van. We can see parked vans not moving. So apparently they are running one van. Never going here again.

This is our go to parking lot when flying in and out of Hobby. Agents are helpful and shuttle service is timely and efficient. Online customer service is quick and helpful. Get a spot card to cash in on free days. Only draw back is that this lot (on Monroe) is in a flood plain; if heavy rains like those from Harvey are in the forecast during your trip, the other spot location across from the airport is ideal. More expensive but our low camry did not have any damage from the Harvey flooding while we were away.
