So sad to see a once great business and travel partner sink so low. Covid has be become the perfect excuse for poor service and employees. I plan to use up my points and move on to another company or Uber.

Hassle-free check-in and check-out using QR code scanning on mobile. Quick pick-ups by the shuttle on both departure and arrival. Liked the mobile app as I could locate the pick-up area easily and then track the shuttles real-time. Would definitely recommend!
Great place! Have used them 3 times. Definitely easier than getting an Uber or having a friend drop me off. They have great customer service. I couldn’t find my pick up spot when I got off of my flight. Just gave The Parking Spot a call and they were able to direct me.
I tried to make a reservation for uncovered parking a day before my trip but the website said that was not possible. So, upon our return as we were exiting I was charged the covered rate, they said because I didnt have a reservation to park in uncovered. I called today and they refunded my money so that I paid the uncovered rate. I gave 4 stars for the person I spoke with today, very friendly. They should just say at the entrance youre going to be charged the covered parking rate wherever you park, when you say Ill be parking in uncovered.
I like the convenience of not having to find parking of my own at the airport. So far, every driver I have encountered has been professional, friendly and very helpful in getting me to and from the airport and explaining the process. I will continue to use The Parking Spot for every trip!
Is couldnt have been happier using the app, It was easy to become a member. And how nice was that when I could prepay and not have to fumble for cash or credit card after my vacation To pay for my parking. I also appreciated the short wait times 4 pick UPS. I think parking spot has done a nice job Improving their customer service, Will definitely be back.
Staff is always very sweet and accommodating. Travel often for work and have always had a pleasant experience. Today in particular the gentleman working the entrance gate was above and beyond with kindness. Wish I got his name but his genuine smile/friendly demeanor made my day.
I thought it was gonna be tricky but not at all, the app makes it so easy to know where the shuttles are at. They give you the closes locations. For example they tell you which terminal and door. There’s no reason for any confusion. I already recommended this service to my siblings. Oh and the customer service was sweet!

A group of about 20 of us waited about an hour for a shuttle to pick us up after returning from our trip. a few shuttles came by, but they claimed to be “too full.” a wait time to get to your car should never be an hour, it was extremely unreasonable and frustrating. (However: Shirley who was customer service for this location was extremely sweet and helpful, so that was greatly appreciated during this time. She’s the only reason i’m giving this experience two stars instead of one. Thanks Shirley!)
Loved the timeliness of their inbound and outbound shuttle. The contactless QR code with entry and payment with your smart phone was genius.
The check in process is pretty straightforward and quick but the pickup process is the complete opposite. I arrived outside at the Terminal E pick up location at 1:30 and did not get picked up until 2:15. I was unable to reach anyone through the phone number on the parking ticket nor the phone number listed on the website. 45 minutes of waiting without any customer service on a hot Houston June afternoon - mostly likely won’t park here again.
I dont know what it is but the last few times Ive parked at either JFK (IAH) or Monroe (HOU) parking spot has let me down in having a good rotation of the busses for these locations. Like 20+ min waits as I see the other location busses roll through consistently. Need to work on this - its really easy to choose another airport parking service.
Their outdoor parking is located in lot 2. Which is next to lot 1 that is closed with no SIGN TO DIRECT you to lot 2. I ended up at the JFK lot that happens to be $10 a day without reservations. Other than that all was good. Oh yes, the ride in and back to the lot is rough in the van. They need to replace the vans shock absorbers. Hang on to your butt.
Waited at Terminal E Zone 4 for over an hour before shuttle arrived despite having called multiple times. During this time we saw multiple Will Clayton shuttles arrive so I’m not sure what the problem was. At least the dispatcher was friendly.
Great service and a happy employees. I had to park along the fence line. Not a problem but instructions were a little confusing when I checked in. Not a big deal. The fence parking has no numbers and that information would have helped when I captured the shuttle. They write out cards for you to help you remember where you parked. There are two fence lines to park against: FF and PF. I was in PF. They marked that correctly on my ticket but it was a little confusing when I got on the shuttle because I did not understand the question about the parking space number. I did not have one.

I have been using the JFK Parking Spot at Houston IAH Airport for over 20 years... They always have a shuttle ready to almost immediately take me to the terminal. When I return from my trip, the wait for a shuttle is very short. On top of that, the drivers are always courteous and ready to help me put luggage on and off the shuttle bus. I have never encountered any problems with their service!
Was a good place to park for a couple of days. Is kind of a pain to get out of, and the drivers, sheesh, you better buckle up once on their buses.

Convenient, covered and safe parking . I soon as I parked the driver quickly came around to pick me up. The airport is super close. Upon return, I used the app to let them know that I was ready to be transferred back to my car. Friendly and helpful driver.
The best part was a shuttle arrived 30 seconds after I parked. Quick response time.

The 1st time I used Parking Spot JFK was not the best experience (long wait to be picked up from terminal, driver physically unable to load/unload luggage). I thought it was a fluke so I booked a spot again, only to find out that poor service is a regular occurrence with this company. Last night we arrived at the terminal, collected our luggage and called for pick up. We waited 30 minutes, watched 3 Will Clayton shuttles pick up for their lot, called again and got no answer. Our shuttle finally arrived, and the driver again would not load/unload luggage. Not sure if she was not able or not inclined. We headed to check out and got a notice that we were being up-charged for covered parking--we were in uncovered at the back gate for our trip. Hit the button for help, no answer. Finally a woman in the building opened a window and hollered for us to back up and come over to her. She corrected the charge and we left. Using Parking Spot JFK took almost an hour from our call for pick up at the terminal to exiting the garage. I will not be using any Parking Spot service for travel, ever again. Also--if an employee is unable to perform the expected duties for a role, please transfer him/her to a more appropriate role. Please.

The worst pick up times you will literally see 4 or 5 will Clayton buses before you even see one JFK bus along with a number of every other shuttle service. Over 30min wait just to be taken to my car
My truck was stolen from this location. I did not think this was even possible. I have used this location many times as I am a field service engineer, and travel often for my job. I am thoroughly disappointed in the interactions I had with the staff, especially the manager who dismissed me. He did not try to rectify the situation and just said, We dont have cameras due to liability issues. The manager did not offer possible records of my trucks exit from their facility or try to offer any other assistance. I then asked if it was a possibility that my truck was accidentally towed, and he said, its only up to the owners discretion for the vehicle to be towed. He mentioned that random people off of the street can just enter the parking facility. This was quite alarming as I trusted them with the safety of my vehicle. Understandably, I felt as if the manager did not try to do more for my situation, especially since I have used this facility multiple times in the last 2 years. This was beyond negligent, and I urge you to avoid The Parking Spot at all costs.
Use these guys if you like not being told they switched pickup areas from E to D and then being left for 45 minutes because their JFK drivers are too dense and kept driving by. Saw 4 will Clayton buses before we got 1. FOH

The evening shuttle didnt show up until you call twice and wait 30 minutes.

I know it seems counterintuitive to give five stars to such an inexpensive place, but literally everything they did was first rate. Even when I had an issue (internet/phone thing), they were fast and courteous. I couldnt recommend them any more highly and will never use another parking service.
This was by far one of the easiest and most pleasant airport parking garage experiences Ive ever had. A shuttle driver came to pick me up from my car while I was still unloading things, and dropped me back off at my car when I returned. The staff is extremely friendly. My shuttle driver, cashiers, and check-in personnel were so nice. I will definitely be utilizing The Park Spot JFK for all future flights out of IAH.
Been waiting an hour for a ride. They have 1 bus come every 45 minutes and the bus only fits around 10 people at a time.They have multiple buses for Will Clayton, but if you need to go to JFK, I’d call an Uber, that’s what we had to do. Or, you can use on of the multiple other services like Park an’ Fly or Eco Park. They had multiple buses picking up people.Never using this service again.
I have parked here for years and have never had a problem; today, I received extraordinary service from Lawanda and wanted to take the time to post a review and say thank you! Friendly service and my vehicle is always secure!
We were left waiting more than 30 minutes, really believe it was closer to an hour but did not start timing when we first arrived, for a shuttle to pick us up, with 15-20 other people. Shuttle for Will Clayton location came by at least twice. (as well as other shuttle companies). Nobody would answer phone, multiple people had used the app feature to let them know where people were waiting. When shuttle finally arrived, she stopped short of the pick up area so people that had just walked up got on and the people that had been waiting did not have room to get on shuttle. Driver would only say someone else will come, not that she would check where they are, how long, etc. Have always used The Parking Spot and will be trying other companies
OMG. Got back in town to find 40 people in line waiting for JFK. Waited 30 minutes and never even saw a JFK bus. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to park. This isn’t the first time it has happened. We saw plenty of Park-N-Fly and Fast Park buses….but no parking spot buses. Ridiculous.

Probably the handiest location for me, but an incredibly bumpy ride on the shuttle to the airport. Really, thats not the Parking Spots issue, that belongs to whoever is in charge of the road between them and the airport

Waited 45 minutes for a JFK shuttle from Terminal A. Watched 5 Will Clayton shuttles pass by during the wait.On a Wednesday night, not rush hour or anything.Why pay a premium for this when Ecopark is cheaper and had 4 shuttles pass in the 45 minutes of waiting? Unacceptable.
Always there and always helpful. Covered or not the shuttle is usually waiting for me to finish unloading my car. This is my favorite Spot location in Houston.
The Parking Spot takes the stress out of getting to the airport. I love being able to drive myself in the safety and convenience of my own car and the ease of their free shuttle service to and from the terminals. Pricing is extremely reasonable and Ive never once worried about the security of my car.
We use this service back in March and had to wait over an hour for our pickup. Apparently most of the complaint have been the same. Seems like yall havent fix the problem. I dont know why the busses cant be interchangeable. We keep seen empty Will Clayton busses and none for JFK.

TLDR: Parking Spot bad, ECOPark appears to have their ducks in a row.Yesterday (Sunday the 18th) I returned from my flight, called to let the facility know we had landed like they requested. Get out to the pickup location and waited for 40 minutes to only have 1 bus for the JFK location arrive to pick up 60-70 people. The Will Clayton site wasnt much better with 2 buses in that same time, just fewer riders to pick up. Ended up getting a taxi and paying to get to my vehicle in a timely manner. This is at ~4:00 PM on a PEAK travel day and only had 4 buses running for the entire airport.During the same 40 minutes I saw ECOPark run 10+ buses through to their locations. Not to mention ECOPark had a roped section to form lines for organized loading. The Parking Spot was merely a free for all. The minute a bus arrived people would sprint to be first on.For a logistics operation I would be embarrassed to be managing the show.The staff was great to work with and I do not fault them in the least with this due to staffing shortages during a peak travel. Management really needs to step their game up.
Wait forever for a shuttle. Not managed well for pick up and drop off. End up calling and Uber bc they take forever.
Perhaps this may have just been an unfortunate event but we waited an hour for our shuttle to come and pick us up. This was 12 midnight. We kept calling the lady to follow up on our ride and she kept telling us Hes on the way but they never did come. We had to take an Uber to get to the parking spot and paid an extra $19. What a terrible experience for us along with 20 other passengers. (They all had to take an Uber as well!) No star!

Paid for covered parking since I had to leave my truck for a week. Nearly had my catalytic converter stolen. I plan to contact them so no idea if they plan to do anything about it.
Understaffed. Had to wait to get picked up. Not enough busses running. The buses that showed up were already full.Update - The delays continue. I gave TPS the benefit of the doubt and used them again a couple of weeks later but it was much of the same. Both times I recently used TSP the issue was compounded by the loading procedure, or lack there of, at the terminal. There are more people waiting to get on the next bus than seats on the bus so it’s a free for all... looks like Walmart on Black Friday. People walk up and get on the bus ahead of those that have been waiting and those waiting don’t get on!
Very convenient, and the buses are always there. Driver’s are more than happy to help with your luggage.
The driver on my bus was extremely rude and didn’t want to help a man with a cane get his bag on the bus. She was so angry I felt unsafe riding the bus. Time to switch parking companies.

Parking Spot JFK has been very effective in providing great satisfaction and promptness during my 4 nights parking at the oversize vehicle parking area. Remember to print your booking before arrival at the location so that it will be a very easy scan and go operation with no human interface. The bus service to the terminal needs to be more frequent as limited guests are allowed to board. Also on return, a bus will be sent to pick the guest after a call is made into the JFK facility and a bus is deployed for pickup. Under the current situation we need to have patience and thank everyone for the great service.
On-line arrangements... very easy... good savings... made things easier and faster...

AVOID! I’ve always parked at Will Clayton in the past, but decided to park here for the first time on Tuesday. First, I waited 15 minutes for the shuttle. I waited because every other shuttle was coming and going. Then I decided to give them a call and the operator had the worst attitude. As if figuring out what’s going on was a favor to me. She then said “you have to call us for dispatch”. After that, I waited another 15 minutes as I watched people who came way after me, leave before me on the other company shuttles. The drivers are courteous and nice, so that’s the only reason I’m giving JFK parking spot 2 stars. I recommend Will Clayton for your future travels.
We had to wait for an hour at terminal E for a shuttle as we watched many FastPark shuttles come and pick up their customers after little waiting. it wasnt even a very busy time at the airport.

Amazingly surprising! It wasn’t about the company, it was about the clients. It didn’t matter how late it was, the focus was on making sure we had a good experience. There we’re no frustration when I couldn’t find my way out - help came running. After a long flight all I wanted was to get home. Parking Spot JFK was a pleasant surprise.

Departure was quick and easy but returning was a mess. They sent about 4 shuttles for Will Clayton location while about 50 of us waited for JFK shuttle. After multiple calls by different folks my family took a cab to retrieve our vehicle from the covered parking area.
Made my parking experience easy and convenient. Large spacious area, clearly marked.Attendants available upon entry to direct you. Shuttle bus to the airport. I love the black and yellow polka dot colors too
We are regular customers of the Parking Spot and have a very positive experience every time. The staff at the gate are always friendly and helpful, and the drivers are always courteous, good drivers, and helpful with our baggage. Our car is safe and secure while we are traveling. We won’t park anywhere else.

My battery died while away on vacation and Ruth first assisted me with a jump which didnt work. I asked Ruth if there was somewhere i can stay and wait until a tow company comes. Ruth not only took me to the main building, she provided me with water, a heater and a phone charger while my things were locked away. I am so thankful for her generosity.
Didnt have to wait for the bus. They were very fast and the bus driver was very nice and helpful.
I would recommend finding another place to park. I have parked here several times in the past, and while the service was slow, there was some type of service.This last time, there were at least 50 people waiting for a bus, and while we saw three or four buses for Park and Fly and Eco Park, none for the Parking Spot. When a bus finally showed up, there was an ugly scene over who would make it on the bus and who wouldn’t. Two other buses arrived shortly afterwards, and the scene continued onto the second bus as well.I won’t use the Parking Spot again, and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone else use them either.
We left our car at the Parking Spot JFK (IAH Airport) for a week and had fantastic service to and from the airport.

Waited over 30 minutes and watched at minimum 5 buses from all other parking locations drive by. This was all during a lightly traveled Saturday. Long time customer but can not back this business further as there seems to be far more concern with saving pennies than the customers
If you dont enjoy waiting 50 minutes for a shuttle then this is not the place for you.

The simplicity of it all and the customer service provided by your team members - both at the lot and those driving the shuttles - is great! I only wish we could tip your drivers using a debit or credit card. I don’t always have cash and sometimes feel terrible when I’m unable to tip because I don’t have cash on me.
