This company is excellent! We used them for our wedding day and we could not have more pleased! Loved our driver -he was on time, professional and the limo was VERY clean and new looking! The owner Ebi gave us great customer service, good rates and confirmed everything ahead of time so we knew what to expect. My husband wants to use them for an upcoming friends birthday and get one of those party buses !!

Destiny limo Houston saved the day! We hired another limo service for our sons 16th bday to pick them up from our home and drop them off at a local venue (and we would meet them there). The limo was a surprise for our son and his friends. It was his gift from us. The other limo sent a text to me 30 mins before they were due to arrive that they were cancelling! I called and ask what was going on and they said the car was overheating. I didn’t “buy his story” and was in disbelief that he wasn’t trying to help us and just cancelled. We had talked to them multiple times.So, I got online and got in touch with Destiny limos. They were so understanding and helpful and pulled some strings to come rescue our surprise. I was so thankful! They didn’t have the amount of time we wanted but they did give us the time they had available. I couldn’t thank them enough! The driver was excellent and so good with the kids. The phone coordinator was very helpful as well. - we are not in the market for a limo often but will definitely recommend them for saving the day. Definitely shows their character and type of business they run.

Do not use this company if you want a great wedding day. The service was totally disappointing, the driver was extremely rude and unprofessional . They were also unapologetic. Please look elsewhere for better service. Believe the one star reviews others have written. I wished we read the reviews before hiring them.

I give them credit for being very thorough and responsive when setting up the reservation. However, they require payment up front, in cash, which I am not a fan of (that is paying for a service before you receive it). Our driver also did not take the most direct route to and from the church which could also have cost implications if you exceed the time for you reservation. I was referred to this company upon the recommendation of my usual driver that takes me to/from the airport. I suggest reading some of the other review (e.g. CitySearch, etc.) prior to booking this service and then make a decision.

I have used Destiny Limo on numerous occasions and they have always been on time and very professional. You can be sure that they will provide the best service.
