Booked two months in advance. Called the day before my flight to make sure everything was in order. They said they had no reservation. I said I booked online and called right after to make sure it went through and it did. They told me to call back no apology or see what we can do for you. I called back to get a run around and told oh well see if we can get a driver call back if you dont hear anything by two p.m. Two p.m. goes by nothing. Im trying hard not to be upset. Im at work stressing that Im going to miss my flight. I called back at 2 ok theres a driver he should be contacting you by 8 p.m. if not give us a call. Im telling all this to my coworkers and one of them offers to take me to the airport thank goodness because no one called at 8 p.m. One in the morning and a driver finally calls. Too late I found a ride and saved myself money.

Houston VIP is truly a terrific limo service. The drivers are very nice people and genuinely care about their customers. The drivers are always early and I have never had an experience where I have arrived late at a destination. They are some of the safest drivers and the only car company that my parents trust to pick me up when I travel. I strongly recommend people to use Houston VIP Limousine in the future.

I called and reserved this Limo for a surprise wedding aniversary. The process/communication was very smooth from start to finish. My driver did an excellent job. The ride was excellent! We’ve used this car service twice. The first time they were ok. This second time they were HORRIBLE!!!We had a celebrity guest in town and gave them strict instructions to pick up 1 person from a hotel and another person from the second hotel and then come to the event.After the event was over we gave strict instructions on them going back to the hotel (the owner of this company ask “are we to take them back to 2 hotels) my answer was no only one hotel.Well as my event was over the driver was headed back to the hotel but then the “people in the car” told him to take them to a strip club (at THAT point i should have been contacted since IM the one that’s paying for the service and NOT the people in the car)When we contacted the owner he said that they were not at fault (although they were given strict instructions hotel, event, then back to hotel) because they listen to the people in the car. After going back and forth for about 30 minutes NOTHING was resolved, WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?!!Because the driver CHOSE to ignore my clear instructions and dropped the ball i was charged an ADDITIONAL $190!I will never use this company again (as I bring a lot of celebrities to town) nor recommend them to anyone!
