I just used Aim Limo for a birthday party and it was amazing. Prices are reasonable and the professional driver was on time. All 18 of us had a great time. If youre looking for clean, gorgeous vehicles, check out their party bus!

We used AIM for our sons 9th birthday party. We rented a Hummer limo, and it was HORRIBLE. Our driver, Scott, was the only positive part of our dealings with this company. The vehicle Silvia sent was dilapidated and deplorable condition. There were blemishes on the exterior of the vehicle, right right rear door stuck so badly the driver even had a hard time opening and closing it, the left rear window was nonfunctional and didnt open, the sunroof was nonfunctional and didnt open, the heavy rubber weather stripping of the right rear door fell on our guests and had to be replaced by our driver during the night, the exterior door handle on the one functioning door eventually had to be removed by our driver as it was coming off (thus making the one working door nonfunctional), on the interior of the vehicle there was an 8-10 foot long piece of rubber handing from the ceiling that was a safety hazard as it hung at our guests neck/head level. This vehicle was unsightly and a joke. I feel they took advantage of the fact we were hosting a childs party. Shame on you, AIM Limo. They also failed to provide an itinerary to our driver, so I had to do that. Zero customer service and a rickety ride - if thats what youre looking to spend your money on, this is your company.The one star is for our driver and the fact the wheels didnt fall off the Hummer.

We had a great time using Aim Limo for a family event. We decided to order their new limo bus so everyone could travel together as we had around 20 people attending a private dinner. They arrived on time and we had an enjoyable trip to our event.

Best limo company in Houston. Service is out of this world. When you call you will most likely get Sylvia and she is a rock star. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!
