I really recommend the company. They came in, didnt play games with prices and just said what the price is and cleaned the ducts professionally. While some companies come with a shop vac these guys came with professional equipments. Also, our dryer wasnt working regularly so they did a dryer vent cleaning and now it works like new.

What impressed us is after sales service. We saw two closets carpet appear to be damp and called him. EXCELLENT service provided by Teddy and his company! We just moved into our home in August and were not aware that our ducts were so badly neglected. They came in and completely cleaned and sanitized them. We no longer have the musty odor coming from the vents and the air smells much better in our home. Teddy and his team were exceptional. I was having dryer condensation issues so they came out and checked the venting. They identified the problem very quickly and gave me all the options and explained everything in detail. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and happy to answer my questions. In May of 2020 they replaced all of the duct work in our home in one Saturday. We had an issue with a couple of the registers not adjusting airflow and we called and they were out to replace them the same day. They were very responsive, quick and knowledgeable.

I called them and Teddy was available to check my dryer that afternoon. He moved the dryer and immediately noticed the damaged, clogged hose attached to the dryer with zip ties. He and his team took the cover off the back of the dryer and revealed huge amounts of lint clogging the fan and stuck in crevices. If it wasn’t for Teddy and his professional team cleaning out my dryer the house could have easily caught on fire. It was a ticking time bomb. The service was very affordable and Teddy showed me all the defects and explained everything thoroughly. I wish I had called them sooner! I highly recommend this company. Before the process he did a thorough walk through of the house, identifying areas where the vents could be changed to improve airflow in the house. I saw all the 5 star reviews so I decided to call. Teddy came on time and did an inspection of my clogged dryer. He was able to explain clearly what was wrong and showed me what needed to be done. He and his partner Sergio was able to replace the vent system which was not placed correctly in the first place. A new system was placed starting from the back of the dryer into the attic and through the roof. Teddy replaced the old vent hood sticking out of the roof which was essentially inefficient and a safety hazard, with one which completely vents out and will prevent accumulation of lint. He was able to show all the lints that has been deposited through out the years, and the difference with the new one. He did a great job. Thank you!

Where to start - Teddy and his team were FANTASTIC.End to end, this was one of the greatest contracting experiences Ive had to date in the first 7 months of homeownership. To start, I called way after working hours to get a time slot for fixing the dryer vent in my home. This was the third contractor I called to come fix this problem - first one told me to clean my vents, and the second ones scammed me with a brush only clean and incorrectly told me the problem and the location of my issue.Quality Service 360, knowing my situation, quickly shifted the schedule around and got me on the calendar for not even 24 hours later! When Teddy and his team arrived, they did a fast and free quote estimate to identify the problem. Incredible fair pricing - no gimmicks or BS like the other company, who quoted me hundreds of dollars more.Upon beginning his cleaning of my duct vent, located on a third floor attic, he found the underlying source of the issue - the installing contractor years before had used entirely wrong materials and glued them together to make a makeshift vent, resulting in a complete blockage (and fire hazard waiting to happen). After assessing, Teddy and his team went a full extra mile and cut through this old ducting and reconstructed it from scratch with the proper elbow and straight duct work to prevent future clogging and hazards, and still maintained his original quote. Filled out the online form to get an estimate for a dryer vent cleaning and vent cover replacement, since some birds were making a nest in there. It’s on the 3rd story of our home, so it’s not the easiest the get to.I got a reply back the same day and they put me on the schedule for 2 days later. Teddy came out on time and was very personable. He had a metal, magnetic dryer vent cover on hand and was able to get help out for a same day replacement and cleaning. He even offered to put metal wire screening on the fan exhaust vent right next to dryer exhaust vent if I provided it, since they were already up there.Overall, I found the service to be very professional and easy. Amazing service! We had a mess for a dryer vent in our new home so we asked our plumber and our usual HVAC maintenance company to come take a look at it and both said they didnt handle dryer vents. Called Quality 360 and they responded within about an hour and scheduled to come out within a couple days. Teddy arrived on time inspected everything, diagnosed all the problems with it, cleaned it and ordered parts and the venting needed to get everything corrected. Vent was so clogged we were lucky that the house didnt catch fire from trying to run the dryer! Installation of the new vent, fan booster and duct work went seamlessly.
