They arrived at my home at 10AM and worked diligently into the afternoon! They were both very courteous, and efficient. Not only did they install my new A/C, clean up my house and clean up my yard so nothing was out of place, but I saw the tech arranging gravel around the bottom of the compressor to make it look more aesthetic, but the other guy took the time to give me a tutorial on the new thermostat and the app. They gave 100% to this effort. I think the experience with TEXAS HEATING AND COOLING has been exceptional from the first meeting and the technician’s expertise. This is a highly detailed process that requires technicians that give quality work, but with the customer service aspect added it was a very good experience.

I hired Texas Heating and Cooling to install the HVAC system on my new addition to my house located in the Houston Heights area. The addition is a small 3 story house and it was important for me that each floor has its own thermostat because Ive lived in multi-unit house before with only one zone and keeping proper temperature in every floor was challenging/impossible. Jesus informed me and suggested that we could install multi zones with only 1 unit. This is the avenue that we undertook as it met me needs and it was the most economical way to go. We are extremely happy with our system and with the service and fair price given to us by this amazing local company.

Excellent service at a great price. These guys replaced inside and outside units and moved the inside unit to a much better location, replaced multiple ducts and the total price was less than most others. Great quality of work to boot.

I would recommend this company to anyone that needs service or replacement. We had a total inside/outside system replaced. They showed up when they told us they would. They came in and assessed what was going to be needed to replace our attic unit. They laid drop cloths on the floor so no mess would be made on carpet.After everything was completed, anything that made it to the carpet was vacuumed up and they did a walk through the yard to be sure nothing was left. The owner and the crew were all very polite and explained what was being done throughout the entire process. Very professional and hard working. I cant tell you the last time we were that comfortable at night.
