Hands down one of the best experiences. Everyone I spoke to from those in the office to the gentleman who did the repair work were very nice! David was knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue was, because of this he was able to get the parts and make the repairs quickly!

Amazing service, repaired my a/c with promise to come back if it did not work. It is now 9:30pm and he is here fixing the problem. Highly recommended, great customer service and reasonable priced.

I called Mr. Rogers to inquire about a malfunctioning hot water heater. He and his staff were very responsive and engaged from my initial phone call to the final invoice. They were able to get one of their professionals out to visit my home for an initial assessment the very same day (within 1 hour). They made a quick and concise recommendation. I really appreciated how Roger didnt try to over-sell me on anything, only to fix the root cause of the issue. They were able to return the very next morning with a clean professional install of the new equipment. I would strongly recommend this company, they have great customer service with fair pricing.

I am a new Hvac contractor in town and met Roger. I never met him until at the supply shop. While everyone was in a rush to go do a job, he came over to me with my little Jeep filled up with equipment and said “hey we gotta start somewhere”. Called out to inquire for a freon top out on my a/c. The office staff was very courteous, the man came out within the agreed time frame which was about an hour. He made it easy for me to understand what needs to be done and even used a scale for the freon so that we both know exactly how many pounds went into the system. Made helpful recommendations without upselling anything, turns out the man was the owner himself - Mr. Rogers! Highly recommend this business, inasmuch as I would like to support the community I am in.

Ive been receiving great service from Mr Rogers AC for over 5 years now. Today was no exception! They responded to my home on short notice, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed up my AC unit during the same visit! No waiting around for someone to call a home office, schedule another visit and only then send out a technician like so many other AC companies in Houston!!Prior to Mr Rogers I tried several other companies who all tried to sneak in up-charges or drastically overcharge for the parts/units they install. Mr Rogers AC has always been fair and helpful in making any correction recommendations and worked within the budget Ive had. Theyve corrected the mistakes made by others and made a trusted customer of my family! They have good customer service and the techs are very professional they took care of the problem in a short amount of time and the cost was affordable. I chose Mr. Rogers based on the Google reviews. Ill begin by saying their response time was great and no complaints about the customer service. But, I was quoted $350 for a bad capacitor and the tech said that was just for the part, labor was additional. A capacitor for my unit averages $14-$20 bucks from all local part stores...in fact, for any unit it is a pretty cheap part. So maybe he thought I was booboo the fool or assumed it was fair to overcharge because of our location but it is evident they attempted to take advantage of us. I only paid the $50 trip charge and called another local company who fixed it for almost 70% less than Mr. Rogers ridiculous quote! So yeah, nice people but Cypress residents will be overcharged.

I have now worked with 3 AC companies and gotten quotes from 5. Of these, Mr. Rogers was by far the best experience.Roger was polite and professional. He presented me with all of my options, gave me all the information and then allowed me to make an unpressured educated decision.After a free AC system inspection, I hired Roger to replaced my evaporator coil. His work was done quickly and at a lower quoted price (75%) compared to all 5 other companies. I later noticed that my system was leaking Freon. Roger came out and spent an hour, for free, diagnosing the source of the leak (an unrelated location to his work).I highly recommend Roger.

Mr Rodgers is a knowledgeable family friendly business. They were very patient while explaining my options and the staff was very efficient and courteous as they installed my unit. I will recommend Mr Rodgers to anyone who needs ac or heating repairs as they are also reasonably priced.

A+ all the way. Spent $150 on another company and was told after the technician spent two hours doing nothing that I had to buy a new compressor, of course the guy gave me the number to one of his friends, who would have obviously ripped me off. I called Mr. Rogers and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes for less than $300. The technician was very professional and wasnt trying to upsell me on anything. If I ever need my AC fixed again or have friends in need of repair, they will be the first company I recommend. Thanks again.

This company and owner tried to say my compressor was out and that I needed a new system he turned the power to my a/c off saying I wasn’t going to be using it anyways since it was broke and basically I needed to come up with 3000 or more for a new system the inside of my house was 89 degrease when I said I was going to get a second opinion and asked him how much I owed him for the service fee which I was told was 39.99 he immediately got nervous and said no that’s ok you don’t owe me anything and ran out the door which I thought was really weird so I got a hold of another air conditioning company who came out a couple days later for second opinion meanwhile for two days my family slept in sweat and were miserable by the third day we couldn’t take it so we got a hotel room the next day the new a/c company came out and assessed the system and said nothing was wrong with it that it looked liked me roger replaced the low voltage wire and fixed it and then tried to sell me a new system so this man fixed it with a simple wire replacement then told us there was no fixing it and shut it off because he did not want us to turn it on and see that it was working this man does not care if you have children or that you were just affected by hurricane Harvey all he wants to do is rip you off and he thought I was stupid and would just say ok put a new unit in because I kept telling him how we needed a/c we were so hot so he tried to take advantage of that he is a snake 🐍 and should not be in business when I called and confronted him and that he cost us money and made us suffer for no reason all he kept saying was I didn’t take any money from you. What??? That was his way of covering up rip off because he new I was getting a second opinion don’t use this company !!!!

They quoted me for my AC repair extremely high and suggested I needed a new motor when all I need was a new capacitor. The second estimate was $1000 cheaper so it makes no sense in comparison. Definitely felt like a scam.

They charged me $725 for replacing a/c blower motor and a capacitor thats available in the market for $150 in total. I found that after the fact. When i contacted them they said they charged this much because it was memorial day and nobody works on memorial day, and that it requires working with wires and so needs more attention to detail. Still i dont feel they deserved this much and i was way overcharged. I should have had an individual come and take a look instead of a company and that would be a lot cheaper. Work was good but i am Very disappointed with the pricing and never going back to them again.

Mr. Rogers is a great mechanic in A/C repair. I would like to ask him to repair my A/C and would pay him maximum amount because of its work of high quality.
