It was 8pm when I contacted AC Comfort about our AC unit not cooling properly. My initial contact was to see if there were appointments available tomorrow. Rey told me he wasn’t going to wait for tomorrow, but that he would send a technician out tonight. Osiel arrived around 9pm and completely amazed my wife and I with his professional service and courtesy. We are beyond pleased. I highly recommend AC Comfort to everyone!

Jose Hernandez came out to check our system to figure out why we were seeing water dripping outside and a lot of water in the drain pan. Jose went through checking different things with the system to make sure it was operating properly. He shared some recommendations but there was no high pressure sell to implement recommendations. He took time to explain and show me things he was doing. He took pictures of many things and walked through each instrument reading and before and after pics. We had a clogged drain and a capacitor that needed replacement. Jose was very friendly and professional. We appreciated his approach to this service and ended up signing up for the Cool Club for annual maintenance. Very professional organization with several reminders about the appointment and when he was 30 minutes out. I am happy to have worked with them and lol forward to maintaining the system with them.

Rey from AC Comfort came out to my house and did a great job replacing my 24 year old unit with a modern unit! I would highly recommend AC Comfort and they offer great pricing and give honest advice on their work. Seriously, great price and they were willing to work with me on the price.

The tech arrived on time, was neat in appearance, and put shoe covers on before entering. This was truly appreciated as we like to keep outside dirt to a minimum, particularly now. The tech also wore a face covering.We also received detailed reports about our units, suggested ways to improve the units performance and to help them last longer. Absolutely epic experience. Called 7 different companies before I found these guys and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that someone came out within 45 minutes at 8 pm (same day)! Rey was the nicest and most professional technician Ive met and was so much fun to work with. He took my house from burning up to feeling like Alaska that same night. We havent had such nice service in years. Ozzy Garcia is very professional and quickly identified the issues with one of our AC units. He explained the situation to us in great patience and took actions to solve the problem in great dedication. He put everything in a very transparent way in which we all can understand and is very honest about the pros and cons of each option. We have some major projects for our AC systems coming in the future and we will definitely go back to Ozzy and AC Comfort!

A/C Comfort has installed/serviced 2 units for us as well as provide maintenance for a 3rd previously installed unit. Owner Rey Ugalde and his technicians have been wonderful to work with. Great service. Called them when my ac went out. They where able to come out about 45 minutes later. Very professional, they found the problem fixed it fast and then spent another hour looking through the rest of the system. Very thorough and I would highly recommend them to anyone

The service representative/technician is professional. The company is proactive in ensuring the technician wears a mask and shoe booties/covers. The technician reviewed all the service on his ipod and he was very clear and precise. Very affordable and friendly service. They also do great job scheduling the service and sending email reminders and courtesy reminder phone calls. Extremely satisfied with the service.

Do not call this people on Sunday. They will.charge you $165 just to tell you whats wrong with youre unit. When other companies with the same rating are charging only $59.

AC Comfort is who you want to call (or email) for any of your AC needs. These guys are so reliable... We called them on Memorial Day weekend in hopes of getting our AC fixed knowing we might not have any luck as we werent having any luck elsewhere. But someone contacted us within the hour and came to our house as soon as they could. They were super busy but were able to temporarily fix our AC until the major repair. I was super grateful as I have small children at home that werent doing so well with the heat. Once they came in to do the repair the guys that showed up (which I was given a large window, thought I was going to have to wait all day but showed up at their earliest convenience, 9am) were very professional and clean. I was told the job could take about 5 hours but they were done in 3. They sent me the invoice via email as I was on my way to work. Everything was such an easy process. I truly recommend to all!!

I spoke with the manager, Rey, and advised him of my a/c issue, he quoted me a price, verified my warranty info, and kept me continuously updated. I would like to recommend Ray Uvalde from AC Comfort. I called him today at 9am and he was at my house at 11am when he said would be there. He is very professional and has lots of knowledge. He saved me from a bigger bill as my prior technician had wired the fan motor incorrect. Luckily motor didnt fry up.He offers great service, is honest and was up front about everything. He was able to get our AC system running today and will be back to replace some parts for optimal efficiency.I highly recommend him for any problems or if you just need tune up and checkup they offer that as well.Great customer service, fair pricing and the best part, he emails you a diagnosis report with pictures of service needed or parts that are malfunctioning.You will not regret calling AC Comfort!

I have a two bedroom house thats less than 2 years old. I had Rey came to check our units to make sure they were working correctly. The heat hasnt been distributing as well as I had hoped. Rey said our units were in good shape and pointed out basic sections of the system and what they do. He explained why certain rooms are colder and others are hotter. He also gave us a few tips for ways to get the rooms feeling more comfortable. I dont feel like I was taken advantage of. He didnt try to sell a bunch of unnecessary repairs to me. He did recommend another check up during the Spring when we start using cool air, but nothing felt forced on me. I really appreciated his visit and his friendly attitude.

Let me first say that I’m a VERY hard person to impress. When our AC started leaking water through one of our ceiling fans late at night we immediately contacted our home warranty company. The person that showed up was unprofessional, in an unmarked vehicle and unequipped to fix the problem. So it’s Friday evening and we are stuck without AC. I did some quick research and decided to give AC Comfort a call. Our call was answered on the 2nd ring and the person on the other end was so kind and easy to speak with. You could literally hear her smiling to take our call at 6pm on Friday evening! We told her about our urgent situation and she said she could have someone to our house within the hour. Jose showed up in about 30 minutes in a professional vehicle and was ready to get to the root of the problem! Our issues ended up being much bigger than anticipated but Jose stayed late and assessed the complications with kindness and professionalism. He gave us all of our options and explained everything thoroughly. Replacing our HVAC system was our decision. When we asked how long the turn around time would be he quickly said “we are going to get you guys taken care of tomorrow!” On a SATURDAY! I couldn’t believe it! I expected to wait days or weeks. Jose told us the crew we be here the next morning and he was true to his word. They showed up on Saturday morning around 8am and tirelessly worked on our HUGE project until completion around 8pm that night. Every person on the crew was professional, well mannered and honestly fun to be around. They turned a terrible situation into a complete relief for our home. Rey came out and found where another company who had installed my AC had done several things wrong that was not allowing the unite to heat or cool. He had me fixed up in no time.
