We did a full replacement of 2 systems in our home about 5 years ago with Air Tech. We recently had a compressor fail on one of our outside units. They had a technician to our home within 3 hours of calling. The needed parts were not available for 5 days so they replaced the entire outside unit with a loaner until the new part arrived. Kenya was our technician today, installing the repaired unit. The team has been very professional to deal with, and have been great with communication through the whole process. Highly recommend Airtech.

My air conditioner is one year old and I started having issues with it not cooling. I had a tech come out one day and it cooled for a couple of days then went out again. The second tech found that I needed a Return added to the second floor so one was scheduled. Before this work was done, it still never cooled from when the first tech came out. The 3rd time was the charm. LEONARD came out and said he was determined to figure out what was wrong. He determined it was a part in the coil that was defective. He worked very hard in this heat and got it cooling the same trip!!!! Leonard is awesome and I will have him set up as my preferred tech from now on. Kudos to you Leonard!!!!! Air Tech of houston is serious when they say they want to make sure the customer is happy. I originally had a bad experience with my technician, left an honest review of my experience and within 5 minutes, received a call from the office manager Charles. To say he went “above and beyond” would be an understatement. They truly care, they do good work, and they have great attitudes. I think it’s important to note that they worked super hard to make me happy during their busy season- when they have more work than they can manage- and they still busted their a$$es. Would highly recommend and would use them again.

Rory and Eric did a first class job installing a completely new HVAC system in our 15 year old home. The original equipment was builder grade and Rory even found that the builders had installed the previous system incorrectly. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, use high quality parts, do a first rate installation and provide an impressive 10-year warranty. We are very pleased after making this big investment and we compared them to several other top rated installers before making our decision.

Eric, the Team Leader, was very professional and made certain the components were in working order before the entire team left our property. The day before, the annual maintenance man discovered a leak in the coil. We did not want to risk being without A/C during July, so we opted to have the coil and outside unit replaced since they were old. They gave us a good price on the installation and equipment, and said they could complete it the next day. The new unit cools the house very well. Erics team was very professional and quick to install everything. I highly recommend this company for any heating and cooling needs you may have.

The tech they sent, Leo is outstanding. He is very professional, friendly, courteous and competent. He arrived earlier than the scheduled time and called first to let me know that he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem immediately and showed me the damaged part, explained it and it was repaired as covered under the manufacturers warranty. Incredibly responsive and helpful. When my AC went out they had a technician come out within 2 hours of my call. Sam diagnosed the issue with my AC and laid out my options clearly and with all the info I needed to make the right decision. Performed repairs before evaluating entire system despite my questioning. After he did perform full evaluation, technician communicated that entire system needed to be replaced, and that the expensive repairs he had already done were obviated by any system replacement. The system replacement he recommended was gold plated with an array of work attached that was not relevant to actually fixing the problem. The entire service call left a bad taste in my mouth as he had clearly been trained and incentivized to upsell aggressively. I’ve used air tech for over a decade and recommended them to others, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

After a terrible experience with a national chain, Air Tech of Houston was a huge relief! I called in the afternoon and they were able to come out and diagnose the issue that same evening. The next day they called and set up a same day appointment to repair the issue for good. The total cost for repairs also came in over $2000 less than what I was quoted from the other company. Everyone was super nice (Rick, Matt and Kenya), professional and seemed to genuinely want to do the job well. I’ll be back!

The installation crew showed up on time, actually early. They worked very efficiently. They removed the old system and replaced it in under 4 hrs. The new installed units are very neatly and clean installation.The crew put down drop cloths and cleanup after themselves when they finished.

Turns out my repair was actually a warranty call. The condenser fan starting capacitor went out so the outside fan was not running. While the part was covered under warranty, there was a call out charge and labor charge totalling $460 for about 40 minutes work. It took the guy longer to fill out his paperwork than to do the job.AirTech does good work and stands behind their product. They came at 6:30 PM which we appreciated, but you pay dearly for the service. I also feel that the Technician was trying to upsell me consistently while telling me what a piece of junk they installed a few years earlier.

I almost never leave reviews good or bad but I had to for these guys. They replaced the fan on my Upstairs A/C unit and it went out a couple das later bc of manufacturing defects, not their fault. They ordered the part but it wouldnt come in for 5 days. They actually PUT IN AN ENTIRELY NEW AC UNIT UNTIL THE NEW PART CAME IN!!! Thats what I call above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent and professional services with quick turn around. Unfortunately the iPad quoted him 280$/pound for 410a freon which is at least 3x market rate for 2021. Since the system could need up to 8 pounds, I paid the service fee and called someone else. Next time Ill make sure to ask for price of capacitors and freon before I make people drive out to my house for repairs

My A/C went down early the other morning. I wasnt surprised when their technician arrived within a couple of hours after I called. Im on their maintenance plan after all. But having a complete new system, top to bottom installed before I went to bed that same night was extraordinary. Their advice was honest and included a lot of options to compare.
