Highly recommend! We live in an older house so we have a lot of ac problems. From needing a whole new unit, to small wire issues we’ve been through it all. After getting a few quotes, we met with Josh and he was by far our best option. Not only did he offer us the best price, but he was professional, kind, and very quick. He’s fast to respond and has always been out the same day! We’re so glad we’ve found a reliable ac guy that we can trust!

Five cool & crisp stars! I’ve been working at home on and off during the pandemic. When my a/c conked out in mid-July, I jumped on Google & started reading reviews. Based on ratings, I texted Josh Allen. He responded right away & managed a quick visit in between jobs. Turned out I had a bad evaporator coil. He gave me a quote & I checked it against several competitors. Josh’s quote was reasonable. He scheduled the work as quickly as possible & his crew got me back up & running. While the crew was finishing up, Josh spotted some other issues & fixed at no extra charge. Although I hope I don’t need another a/c job anytime soon, this is the only company I would call.

I called three of the highest rated AC companies according to Google in my area and Allen AC and heat was the only one to answer the phone. The technician was at my house within a couple hours and was very thorough with the inspection and patient explaining why I was not receiving A/C to half the house. I appreciated the professionalism, and knowledge diagnosing the issue-he also came prepared with shoe booties! Highly recommend this company if you have an AC issue. Also great is that consultations are free.

Josh quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed at 1/5th the price that the competitor company was trying to charge. I needed a new AC unit so I called Allen AC and Josh showed up to check it out. Had a quote the same day and with comparable prices to the others, he told me he could be out here as soon as I needed. When I gave him the Ok, he showed up the following day and took him about half a day to put in a completely new 4ton RUUD unit.Very professional, great communication, and fair priced. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

My home A/c went out on Sun. afternoon so I searched the internet for a reputable service & found Allen Ac & Heat. I called around 8 pm, left a message needing service for Mon. It was within a few moments time frame Josh called me, after going over what I thought was the issue, he was very happy to come by early Mon. because he was booked for the day. Mon. morning he showed up on time performing a freon check because I had a 15 year old unit thought it was out of freon but the compressor had died. So, we worked everything out to get a new unit & he informed me later in the morning the install could be done early Tues. Later that evening I decided to go ahead and have the evaporator coil replaced since it was as aged as the old unit & would complete the A/c package. He was so gracious, he said no problem we can do that too! After some back/forth communications (this was because I have a tight fitting space for the furnace & coil). He wanted to ensure he had the exact measurements of my old one so it could fit due to the tight space. I was comfortable with the pricing for everything & we were set to go for the Tues. install. The crew showed up on time & were very knowledgeable & professional as they protected the areas they would be working. Josh was there also checking that everything was going as planned with the install. At the end of the job, the crew cleaned up in an excellent manner. They answered my questions & showed me some things about the system I was unfamiliar with. They had a pretty huge job because my attic space is more of a crawl space due to it being an older home. They completed the install within 6 hours. I was very impressed considering everything that was involved with tight spaces. Josh fully registered my purchase & provided the warranty with invoice via e-mail & I paid online! I am extremely elated to have hired such a professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable service, that didnt over price or try to sell more than what was needed. And who was willing to help me asap fitting me in his busy schedule on a Mon. Bottomline, after having such an excellent experience, I highly recommend Allen A/c & Heat as a 5 star service that guarantees their work & takes care of their customers needs. I am very grateful to have found them! Josh is exceptional & his crew are too! They really deserve a lot of credit & most definitely uphold their commitment as a licensed, certified Hvac service company! My heater/furnace is still under warranty & works very good so that was not replaced. I would have Allen replace if needed down the road!
