The technician, Bobby was super professional and kind. He showed me and explained in detail what the problem was and also ordered additional parts just in case the problem was further than initially thought. When the repair was said and done, he didn’t need the additional part and we were only charged for what was needed. He also made an adjustment to the setup to prevent further issues. He was honest and helpful and I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone in need of AC, plumbing etc.

Christian went above and beyond what I would consider AC maintenance. He let me know that my attic fan was not working, which is a problem considering I have expensive and new equipment in the attic. He also discussed with me media filters and I did not even know they existed. He also followed through with my other requests and really appreciate his work ethic. He is very knowledgeable, intelligent with a Physics degree (I got a C in college Physics and Astronomy) and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Very cordial, and the $67.5 trip charge was fair, but they quoted almost $500 to remove toilet and replace wax ring. I took a couple hours and did it again myself. The real disappointment was said they said they cant guarantee that would be the fix and anything else would be much more. I guess if you make over $200/hr maybe its reasonable,but its out of my price range. My expectation was there was going to be a more thorough diagnosis and plan of action than a lets start here and rack up a bill with no firm guarantee. Maybe their charges are reasonable but I did not think so.

TL;DR: Bobby was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to educate and inform. Dispatch got him out to help us within 30 min; very efficient! Will use their services again in the future.My husband and I were putting up some shelves and were concerned that we possibly hit a gas line. To put our minds at ease, we called around to several plumbing companies and couldnt get anyone to come out sooner than Monday morning (we were calling Saturday afternoon). We reached out to OneCall and dispatch was incredibly helpful! Within 30 minutes from the time I called, Bobby came out to take a look. He was incredibly knowledgeable and assured us that we did not drill into a gas line; he even educated us on the tell-tale signs we should look out for if we DID in fact drill into one. While he was here, we also asked about some HVAC issues we were having. Bobby identified the issue and showed us exactly what was causing us trouble. We really appreciate that he took the time to help us troubleshoot, even if it was an issue unrelated to the original service call.Overall, incredible customer service experience and we have no doubts regarding which company we will use in the future for our HVAC/plumbing needs!

Had Christian come out to give me an AC tune up and clear the main AC drain line. Got that fixed up and noticed another drainage issue and did not hesitate to stay and help try to resolve the issue. Great job and very helpful. The next day Bobby came out and gave an even more detailed approach to my drainage issue, personal and helpful and provided just what I needed to get my drains flowing smooth again. OneCall installed my on demand hot water heater a few years ago. They also arranged for all of my water pipes to be replaced with PEX A piping. A whole house water filtration system was also installed. Their technicians are friendly, helpful, informative, considerate and well trained. My latest issue was connected to a lightening strike on my house which damaged my hot water heater. Rob came out quickly and found that the controller board for the heater was damaged. He ordered the board which came a few days later. Bobby came out and installed the new board and returned the hot water heater to a serviceable condition. I wouldnt call on any other plumbing service to work on my house. I am very satisfied that I can trust OneCall employees and the quality of their work.

Great experience overall with OneCall, dealing with Bobby primarily. Had them install a new HVAC system and water heater in my townhome. I appreciated how punctual and responsive they were, and appreciated how quickly they were able to come out, provide an estimate, and then get the work done when I was ready to - sometimes it can be like pulling teeth with other contractors, so I really appreciated this.There was a small equipment issue that came up a few days after my system was installed, and Bobby was very quick in coming out first thing to address it, so I also appreciated the level of service in that regard as well!

With the winter freeze that just happened, it has been so hard to get anything repaired, but OneCall really stepped in and managed to squeeze us in their filled schedule. We got a next-day appointment and now everything is fixed! We especially have technician Marvin to thank. He came and finished the job so quickly, he even gave us some extremely helpful tips for things that dont necessarily need repairing, just some sprucing up. Since he left, we are so relieved and confident that he did an amazing job fixing everything! This was definitely the most pleasant and stress-free repair experience weve had.

Marvin and Christian with OneCall were so excellent— I will absolutely be using OneCall again if needed. Leaks in the ceiling caused by pipes freezing during our bout with extreme cold snap. Rob came by after hours, found and repaired the two (2) leaks quickly. This is a great company that we will be using again.

We have been on the waiting list since the freeze happened and have to call constantly asking when someone is going to come out and repair our thermostat or even get us a quote for installation. They the ones that install our AC and heating system, so we have been using them consistently to maintain it and have been happy until this new experience with them. My call to One Call was three weeks after the big freeze. Mine was no emergency, but I was anxious to get a drain line unclogged on a home I had just bought as I was concerned about the possibility of a busted sewer line. I was told in the nicest way that an exact service time could not be promised as the company was still very backed up with repairs from the freeze, but they would try to give me a days notice, with a minimum notice of 30 minutes. I could live with that. The very next day I received a call because one of the plumbers was working in the area and had some time to take care of my problem. I was able to leave work and met Ricky at the house. He was very king and informative. My problem was taken care of in just a matter of minutes and he had ideas about keeping my drains unclogged. Overpriced exponentially. I.E they where charging me $300+ for a zoning sensor that was $29.95. I recommend being transparent with pricing. Owner did call afterwards and apologized for the discrepancy which i think goes a long way. They did find what was wrong with the AC

They fixed our leak outside the house before the big freeze and came to the house within hours. Also home Depot and Lowes ran out of pipe liner and they got us some and installed it too. Total Rip-off. I paid their Emergency Service Fee and had a plumber come out to look at a PVC pipe in my garage that had froze and had a very slow drip. I asked the plumber about various options - cutting/stopping the pipe or to extend and repair and he couldnt be bothered to listen/answer my questions. Instead, he pressured me by saying Do you want to do it or not? I have a tight schedule Umm... NO and F you. I had another plumber come out early the next morning (NO service fee) and he charged me ONE HALF the amount of $$ to do the job. He was licsensed as well and far more knowledgeble and willing to answer questions. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!!!

We had an issue with a foul odor from our plumbing. We called One Call and they sent a technician out within an hour. He was polite, listened to what we had to say and then gave a thorough examination of our pipes. He gave two options, one being temporary and another for a long range repair. One Call fixed the problem and we will use them from now on with a problem.

Rigo and OneCall did a great job repairing my broken gas line. Very responsive and worked well with my home insurance during the claims process.

With AC breaking down on a 100+ day we were desperate for a same day repair, as you can imagine. The technician Marvin, that came to my home, stated out his own mouth, that he did not have HVAC license. The manager called me asking, what can he do for me to remove the 1 star rating. After reading his review of what lm stating is untrue, l am not removing a DAMN thing! I am posting this to let other consumers know. Its up to them, if they wish to do business with you. I didnt simply because of your ridiculous quote and pricing of which you admitted to as well.So there!

Wow. How common is it that a service company comes to your home, does the job they are hired to do, charges reasonable fees, and leaves your home better than it was? Not common enough. Edgar and his crews are top notch, certified technicians ready to be creative enough to see a better way to make things better. These guys are not parts replacers.One Call has seen me through 2 Insurance claims on both of my bathrooms and recommend a mini-split system to replace a ducted HVAC system when replacement of the downstairs system was warranted. As recently as today one of their plumbers, Rigo, came out to my house to repair a severely clogged drain and drain pipe. The work was done expeditiously and he arrived on time. Dont trust the Google review - these people are rude and unprofessional. I called to arrange an appointment well ahead of time. I was assured it would not be a problem. Then, well after my appointment window was to be called, I got a call from a very rude and disrespectful person who indicated not only that my appointment was being canceled but that they could not reschedule for that day or the next. And making me feel like the bad guy. Go with someone else, unless you like being insulted.
