Communication from start to finish was excellent. 10 minutes after I requested service on their website, I was contacted to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I was text the information of the technician being dispatched. What really sold me on the company going forward was the technician himself. The work was completed and he performed a walk through to make sure I was satisfied. Very knowledgeable on the products his company offers. Took very little convincing to sign me up for 2 of their yearly maintenance memberships. I believe I have found the company to attend to all my future home issues.

We called Abacus for a second opinion and I’m very glad we did. The first plumber said we had to replace our entire water filter system to fix the dripping faucet which would cost us $950! Andres from Abacus just told us to call the number on the water filtration tank and ask them to send a new faucet. If we wanted help from Abacus to install it, we could just give them a call. He even waived the service fee! Will definitely use them again!

I am only giving this a five star because of Aaron who is excellent but whatever you do please DO NOT ask for Fernando or if you see Fernando show up at your house, send him away immediately! Fernando is a joke and is a terrible representative of Abacus Pumbing. He is totally useless. He looked at our shower and could not figure out how it works or how to put it back together. What was clearly a part of the shower that was bolted into the wall, Fernando thought it was decorative. He would only look at the shower, scratch his head, and then leave. If Aaron had not shown up to do the job correctly, I would be giving Abacus a one star. We had to fire Fernando and tell Abacus we did not want him back in our house. So, whatever you do, please DO NOT have Fernando come into your house. Tell Abacus you want anyone BUT Fernando.

Absolutely fantastic service. David was here early, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me all the options and did a fast but very efficient job. Got all the issues fixed and was done in a little over an hour. Very nice and personable as well. I highly recommend this company. They are upfront about the pricing so you know what to expect, and while they are a little bit high on the price, the warranty, service and peace of mind that they are doing it right the first time is 100% worth it. Its obvious they are in it to provide excellent service and do the job right, rather than just trying to make a quick buck. I will be using them for any other plumbing I need in the future.

He was courteous and informative, giving me tips to get the most efficiency from our system. Your phone representative was very personable and professional and was extremely helpful. Same day service is becoming very rare but I only waited just over four hours. When the air conditioning is out, prompt service is greatly appreciated. You have certainly gained a new customer!

So far the experience was fantastic. Caleb listened to everything that needed to be done to my mom’s home. He documented everything and took photos and videos of the problem areas. He did not rush through the home. He was very professional, respectful, and so nice. He called to let me know that he sent the estimates to me; so, I can go through all of the options of taking care of all the plumbing issues. I was very impressed.

My air conditioner was not blowing cold air. I hired Abacus and they diagnosed the problem to a leak in the evaporator coil. They took care of ordering the replacement coil with the manufacturer (luckily it was still under warranty). They came back in 2 days with the new coil and for the installation. It was a solid 5+ hour job and Eduardo was excellent. My unit is in the attic and it is a really tight squeeze (see picture). Eduardo and his apprentice got the old coil out, new coil in, filled the unit and tested the blower outside. I feel really good that my unit will go strong for years to come. I appreciate Abacus great customer service, online portal and multiple notifications about appointments. Thank you, Abacus!

I needed a hot water tank and new lines for the house. Abacus sent a journeyman plumber, Mr. P, with 20 + years experience. The job was massive and the spaces were extremely limited. I was greeted with professionalism, on time service and respect. The entire process was done quickly and with intense precision. The clean up was as if nothing ever happen and the level of skill on the entire install is impressive. I would highly recommend Abacus Plumbing if you need any plumbing repairs! Terrific experience from start to finish! Great people, great company!

Id give them no stars at all if it were possible. A 72 year-old got taken by these people. $5600 for a water heater and home water filter. At most places the water heater is about $600 and the water filter is under $100. So parts and labor $4900? I have yet to receive an itemized invoice either, 5 days after the work was done. I have, of course, put in a call to management. Im not hopeful.

At first I gave him 5 stars now he gets 2 stars. He was so nice in explaining a 11 thousand dollar job he wanted to get. I called about a shower the water was barely flowing through...so he say thats a water pressure issue and my house need new pipes...I agree in the future it may need to have new pipes because its a older home... just NOT NOW! ..another plumber came and knew what the problem was just by looking at it...he unscrewed the shower head popped out that little screen.....WOW!...that water flowed out of my shower better than I have seen it before....all I had to pay was the service call...

465 for the leaking blue valve replacement a 60 dollar part. Expensive but great work. 3 stars for great work minus 2 stars for being pricey. Why did I book? Because couldnt wait three more days for an appointment with other company while we jave a mini creek between our house and neighbors. If your looking for great work but Expensive price this is the place to call. Will use them again if I get a raise at work. ;).

As someone who has used all of Abacus’ services (electrical, plumbing and AC) for years, I can honestly say this is a 5-star company; from the office staff who take calls, to the highly qualified technicians that come to our home. We noticed there was a toilet leak and a family member recommended Abacus. We called and were able to get an appointment for the next day. The company called us to confirm our appointment and our plumber, Will Simpson, contacted us to let us know when he would be at our house. He arrived on time. He assessed the situation and explained everything before starting the work. Will was very polite and professional. He was able to address issue quickly and our toilet is fixed. He helped to make our experience a good one. To be honest I was nervous to call a well known company and what the cost would be however the experience was great and the cost was reasonable. We will call them again should another issue arise.

Abacus installed a completely new electrical service panel, service disconnect and generator switch for a whole house generator solution. Douglas arrived on time as stated, did a great job informing me of what would happen and the time estimate (which he nailed). Douglas spent some extra time with me testing my backup generator as well. I would highly recommend Abacus and Douglas!

From the moment I called Abacus Plumbing, I was so impressed with their overall professionalism and how kind and courteous the person on the other end of the phone was. Absolutely the best service Ive experienced in a long time. We had an after-hours electrical issue and Abacus sent out an electrician who at 10PM at night had an hour and half drive to get to us. I received a text message telling me the name of the electrician, a photo of him, a short bio, number to call with questions or concerns, and a tracking link to see exactly where the technician was so we would know exactly when he would arrive. IMPRESSIVE! The electrician, Steven, was absolutely stellar, professional, very friendly even at midnight - and fixed our problem so we had air conditioning! I havent been this impressed with a company and service in a very long time. We will use them in the future for any and all services they provide. A true breath of fresh air!

Performed a camera view and inspected the sewer drain pipe. Very professional and straight to the point. I am service technician and the one thing my clients admire is respecting their time. Abacus was awesome getting Mike out to our house right away to repair on a broken outside faucet that caused us to have to turn the water off to the whole house! Robert Zepeda installed a water inlet valve behind our refrigerator. He was friendly and appeared intelligent in his knowledge of plumbing. It was late at night, and he was willing to respond to some plumbing questions I had, unrelated to the work he had done. The information he gave me helped me to finally understand a plumbing issue we were having that had bothered me for some time. I appreciate the time given for the explanation, it alleviated some concerns I was having.

Repair a defective connection of shower goose neck. Located water leak in the wall adjacent to hallway bath & made appropriate repair. Jay Rivas performed the check on the power not getting to our furnace - A/C was not coming on in late August! He verified that it was a short in the wiring between the condensing unit and furnace. Abacus is only as good as their professionals - Jay gave me 45 min. notice before coming out, was right on time, professional, did not mind my following him everywhere and asking for an explanation of what he was checking, etc. Abacus has been out three times the last 18 months - excellent service.

But it is totally worth it knowing how they stand behind their work and will come back if anything isnt completely right. Erin is in the process of doing a new house hookup and test. And evaluated another house for some old piping. He has worked for me repeatedly - thank you Erin.

They did a good job and resolved the issue. However, I am not planning to use them again. I would advise to consider another company because they are INCREDIBLY expensive. It is definitely not worth the very high price.

Installed free standing faucet and tub. Not the normal installation. Required excavating a small area of the concert foundation to install a new drain line and reroute the water lines in the concrete below the floor. All done expertly and with care. The guys were very helpful with some DIY advice as well. This was a costly project but it was turned down by others who were asked to bid so I’ll use Abacus again knowing their work is reliable.

Alex provided our annual air conditioning maintenance. We had left another company because every free call was like being attacked by a used car salesman with upsell offers. With Abacus, this has been entirely different. We asked about an accessory, and Alex provided the information we asked for and then installed the item we wanted, but we never felt pushed to purchase anything extra. He had the parts with him and did the job professionally and quickly. It left us feeling happy with our service and our maintenance plan.

Simple electrical job. Wanted to swap out a switch for a timer. I provided the timer. Job took maybe 15 minutes. Charged $158 which was high but agreed. Expected electrician to program timer considering the charge but he refused.Not ideal customer service for the price and reason I could give a rating higher than a 3.

I thought it was an electrical issue, however the tech, Doug Palacios, discovered the issue to be a water line issue. We had Abacus service our HVAC in June when they changed a part and we signed up for their service plan. The high heat and power outages during storms damaged another part and we called for service Saturday late at night. Zach came Sunday and immediately knew what the problem was. He asked a few questions and figured out that our unit is not ideal for controling the zones in our house. We have been struggling with balancing the heat distribution in our upstarts for a long time. He suggested to get a new unit that is made for controlling different zones. Although it is a big expense we are looking forward to having balanced temperatures in the upstairs bedrooms and peace of mind that the unit will have life time warranty and remote service option from Abacus. Zach was very knowledgeable and explained how the air conditioning system is set up in our house and how it will be improved with a modified setup. We were very satisfied and grateful for his calm, professional approach and lots of great advice.
