Great experience overall! Tho, the driver, got on site to pick up my car early and had it back to my house in no time (all during Oahu rush hour too!). Fastest and most efficient tow service Ive ever had in any state and at a humble price. Tho also knows the process necessary to get on to military installations which saved a ton of time not having to walk him through it. Tho is extremely friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, and honest, and is pleasant to speak with! Will definitely use Freedom Tow in the future. I recommend anyone who needs a tow to this company!

This place is amazing. I couldnt get my car to start and when I called Tho gave me advice on how to start it. He told me if those tips dont get my car started hed tow it for me. Most places would just take the business but Tho was kind enough to offer advice that would save me from a tow.Even though the bad starter had to be replaced I appreciate that Tho offered the advice and he did a great job towing my Jeep. So if Im ever in trouble again Im calling Freedom Tow Hawaii.

Tho towed our car to A&A’s to get it fixed. He’s very genuine and helpful. He dropped off the car and offered to take us to the nearest car rental place. Now that’s customer service!

Friend pulled the parking brake on my car too high and it got stuck. Guy on the phone was super nice and helpful. Walked us through the problem and we ended up avoiding a tow altogether. Can’t speak for their actual towing but customer service is 10/10.

Broke down in a tow-away zone on king street and Tho came to get me at 1:30am so I could rest assured my van wouldnt get impounded at 6:30am. Price was very reasonable, especially for the late night call and awkward position my van was in. He worked some magic and had me home safe in no time. To top it off, we talked philosophy the whole ride home. Highly recommend if you like good service and no price run-around.

Our car wouldnt start in the parking lot of Sams Club. Quoted us a reasonable price for a tow over the phone, when Tho got there he was able to get the car running, so we didnt need to tow it. He was nice enough to charge us only the price for a jumpstart. Customer service was excellent, he even called us after we left to make sure we got home okay and the car didnt fail on the way home.Would recommend to anyone.

I was stranded on the H-1 heading towards Manoa and got towed by the Freeway Patrol first to Makiki district park. From there, I called various tow companies and by far, Freedom Tow was the most affordable and fastest in terms of service. They went above and beyond what I requested and instead brought me to a further service station without the extra cost. Additionally, they dropped me off to my final destination after dropping my car off and insisted on not receiving tip. This is more than a towing company. They understand your situation and will give you great advice and better options if you need servicing for your car. I have already recommended them to my co-workers if they ever need towing in the future :)

Great Service and I highly recommend Freedom Tow Hawaii. The technician Tho made me feel secured and comfortable from the time I contacted him for the towing service. My wife pumped diesel into Honda accord at a gas station around 0900 PM. I knew I had to get it Tow to the nearest Mech shop but they were all closed. i contacted Freedom Tow Hawaii and he told me to show the receipt that my wife purchased the diesel to the cashier and persuade them I am the customer so i can park the car over night. we agreed to meet up in the morning 0600 am. Tho arrived on time but I was late 20 mins, he waited for me patiently and once we met up he hooked up the car and drove to Oscar Auto Repair mech shop of my choice. All this coordination happened over 3 phones call and during that time Tho was very professional and recommend few mech shops and cost to get to different location right. he was very honest with me and he let me ultimately decide where I wanted my car to get dropped off.I am very thankful for his service

GEICO referred me to Freedom Tow as part of my roadside assistance. Tho was fast, friendly, and on time! My MIIN with an Aerokit plus a low clearance garage was a challenge but he was able to get my car out and on a hitch with ease! If I could give him 10 stars I would! About two hours of calling two different towing company to see if they were able to pick up my car at the UFC gym because for some reason it wouldnt start at all, none was able to provide service or if they could it would be an additional hour to two hours of wait. I was already having a bad day sitting in my car trying to figure out how will I get my car to the auto shop, thats when I found out about this towing company. As soon as, I called Tho answered and told me he was able to come. Surely less than 30 minutes later, Tho arrive and he was very knowledgable about what could possibly be wrong with my car and why it didnt want to start so suddenly. He was very friendly, he explain step by step what could possible go wrong while he did a quick diagnose on my car. He then found the cause and told me that my starter gave out. Tho somehow quickly got my car to start and he followed me to the auto shop. I will definitely be relying on Tho Towing Service in the future very cheap, yet quick!
