By vehicle didnt start at a customer house, called aloha towing to tow me to the repair shop. service was good and the driver even dropped me off at my office.

Would be 0 stars if it were available. Called to schedule a tow from Schofield to Ewa. Lady who answered the phone wasnt very professional, but whatever. She said her driver would call me. Waited about 30 minutes, no call. Called them back and told them I hadnt been called. Was told that the driver called me and said that I refused to meet them at the gate. I told them I didnt receive a phone call, they put me on hold for 5 minutes and told me that they werent going to complete my request. Sounds like they couldnt be bothered with my business. Very unprofessional overall. Called a competitor and had a driver on the way within 5 minutes.

Stay away. I called for tow and was told the driver is making a delivery and will be in your location in 1 hour. I called in 40 min just to confirm he is coming, I was told not to worry. After the hour past and there was still no driver, I called and was told 20 more minutes. I called after those passed as well and ask he they can call the driver and let me know where he is at, the dispatcher told me he has to hung up on me to call the driver/I don’t believe they have only one phone or one line but whatever/ and he will call me back. That was 9 hours ago. Never got a call back. Never use this company, drivers may be OK/didn’t have a chance to meet one/ but dispatch is BAD.

Im very pleased with thier service, I used other towing company in the past and so far those guys was the most honest with upfront pricing.

10 🌟 if I could,Got stuck in the sand in the middle of the night the towing company dispatcher answered right away and sent the driver in less than 20 minutes, the driver came got us out of the sand quickly and professionally what a great towing company 👍👍
