Vince was extremely knowledgeable and encouraged questions. We also learned how to pronounce and use many words and phrases of the Hawaiian language. The relationships that he has formed helped to keep the tour moving without waiting in long lines....huge plus! Cant wait to take another tour with Vince on our next visit.

Vince was an amazing tour guide. We learned a bunch of Hawaiian words and phrases, took use to some awesome places. Showed use some pineapple fields and I even used the toilet in the Hawaiian criminal justice center where apparently they film the Hawaii 5-0 tv show at.

Vince Mathis was the best! He saved the day! Upon arrival to our first trip in Hawaii, we were quarantined in our room for 2 days because of some COVID documentation issues. This is our 25th Wedding Anniversary so to say we were livid is an understatement. We had to fly back to LAX to work out the COVID restriction issues then flew back to Hawaii the next day. It cost us about $1,500 because of the issues we were experiencing.We lost 2 full days of our 7 day vacation here BUT this tour of Hawaii was our first event and it made up for all of the bad, frustrating, sense of loss feelings we had! We went everywhere on the tour. He took us around the entire island. The food we tasted, the sights experienced, the activities engaged in, knowledge acquired, they were truly all epic. This will go down in history as our best vacation tour ever. From tours in the the Bahamas, Jamaica, Mexico, and other places we’ve travelled, this tour is now at the top of the list. Thanks so much for making up the lost time experienced when we first arrived to the island, Captain Vince. You made all of us riding with you truly feel loved and like family. We only had a five hour layover in Hawaii and was lucky enough to get Vince as our Uber driver as he showed us around the city and all the major hotspots in less than two hours! On top of that he also took plenty of awesome holiday snaps for us!Mahalo again Vince, hope to meet again soon!

True Ohana!When Vince says - “You are my Ohana!” He doesn’t just mean it, he lives it!.We had 3 days in Hawaii on a corporate trip. This means we have a tight schedule. Vince took us on 2 personalized tours. First - a night tour to the Tantalus Lookout overseeing Waikiki! The tour started with us dictating where we want to start - Jollibee! Vince was on time and full of fun stories to share. Second - we did the Circle of Hawaii tour in 5 hours instead of 8 - this ensured we got back in time for a company meeting! We started with a breakfast at Lihila Bakery - where he surprised us with gorgeous Leis. Next, we hit Aloha Tower, Iolani Palace, Kameahameaha Statue, Makapu’u Beach, Halona Blowhole Lookout and many more! He also taught us Hawaiian words. Humuhumunukunukuapua’a!When we got back to the Vancouver I realized I misplaced my credit card. I messaged Vince and not only did he search every inch of the car, but when the card didn’t turn up - Vince called every business we stopped at to see if I left my credit card and he found it for me!
